I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.

Neat and clean rooms. Clean bedspreads. Wooden flooring.
However, hot water wasn't available in the morning.
Food is good.
Breakfast — veg sandwich.
Dinner : rice dal sabji.

The property is located right on the main road that goes to the Gurudongmar lake. The rooms here are cozy. Note that they don't have heaters in the room.

It is one of the best hotels in Gangtok, offering a truly pleasant and memorable stay experience. The ambiance is elegant and creates a very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter.

Awesome rooms, awesome food, beautiful hill view. Service is also top class.

The rooms are good, but there are various kinds of insects in the room. There are like honeybees, hornet, cockroach etc other insects. Every room we booked, there was 15-20 insects.

The view is great, I travel more than 15km just to feel the view along with a coffee.

It's a great hotel in Lachen. Stayed here for a night as I was coming from Gangtok. Included dinner. Dinner was warm and delicious (both veg and non veg).

The hotel is quite old, but the balcony views are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the stay.
The breakfast and dinner were tasty and satisfying, with a good variety.

Though the room looks little old and at this price range thats not right, other services are good. Location is great. Services and stuff behavior is also very welcoming.
