Very pleasant behaviour with very greatful service. I preffer everyone who wants a familiar hotel or home stay this is the right destination for those.
Showing a deluxe homestay providing a budget homestay is their main business. Also in the name of visiting nathula pass they snatching money from customers. For any reason if the spot is closed, your money will not be refunded. Also they treated like a begger at the end. And if you refused to pay they threatened with some local mafia. And providing a bill that have no value. I also attached that bill. Don't waste your hard earned money.

The biggest drawback of this hotel is its location. It is situated on an lower hill, and you need to walk around 15 minutes uphill/downhill to reach the main road, which can be quite tiring.
The rooms are good and well-maintained, but the prices are much higher than what the property offers. Food is also expensive compared to nearby options.
Service quality is below expectations. The staff and management are not very helpful when guests face problems and often seem to take advantage of situations.
Another issue is transportation. Since the hotel is far from the main road, you need to book cabs for almost every outing. Most cab bookings are arranged through the hotel manager, who appears to take a commission from drivers, ultimately increasing the cost for guests.
Overall, while the rooms are decent, the poor location, expensive food, average service, and transportation inconvenience make it difficult to recommend.
