Not writing this review as a mere formality but as a sign of thankfulness and gratitude for what we have experienced during the stay. Food, hygiene, spacious rooms, generousness, friendly nature—most importantly, everyone is so helpful, feels like home completely. The safest best option near pelling. Uncle, Aunty, and also the other individuals—everyone is so kind and warm. We loved the experience. MUST RECOMMENDED.

The rooms are spacious and maintained neat and clean. You have to negotiate good number of steps to reach in your rooms. As we have to leave early in the morning and the caretaker was not available at that time, we have to bring the luggage all the way down. We stayed there on 3rd June 2024. The rooms and the common area is well decorated and well maintained. The place is at a distance from Pelling town, but near bird park and ruines. Overall it’s a very good Homestay. The food was good. The caretaker was helpful.

Perfect homestay to stay in Pelling. The rooms are cozy and pretty. Everything was super clean. They have decorated the living area and it looks very aesthetic. The best part was the hospitality accorded to us by Yanchen and family. She went out of her way to arrange for our travel, and was very prompt with everything. Will recommend this property to everyone who's planning to visit Pelling. If you are looking for a decent budget accommodation, look no further!

Had booked this at the last moment. However, the whole family ensured that we have a comfortable stay. Good food, drinks (from Bhutan also available). The location is ideal and gives a good view of Pelling. The dining area attached with balcony is the spot to chill. There are 4 rooms available for guests — 3 with attached bathrooms and 1 with separate bathroom.

Stay away from this place. We booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms did not have attached bathroom. They said to go to a separate bathroom which did not have even a sink. They kept us waiting before we could check in although we went there way after their check in time. We stayed there for 3 nights but the rooms were never cleaned during our entire stay. Even the common sitting area was not cleaned. We booked two taxis through them and the taxis did not arrive on time. Later we found out that they charged more than the usual rent. One of the drivers was rude. Also for sightseeing they promised more places but showed only few places. Overall, it was a terrible experience with this homestay.
