  Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

  Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

  Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

  A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

  Child policies: Children older than 3 years are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

  The minimum age for check-in is 21

  Smoking is not allowed.

  Parties/events are not allowed

  Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.
