Room has two double bed, sleep is very comfortable, the hotel is only 6 minutes drive from the airport, near a large shopping center, very convenient.

Nice hotel, good pool area. Terrible restaurant service. Was unfortunately ripped off by a waiter and the hotel did not care to correct this, then on top forced me to pay the 10% tip. Such small things could be easily avoidable with a good management and I’ll therefore definitely never book again in this hotel. I stayed from May 4-7. The person who ripped off was working in the restaurant on May 5 during breakfast.

Very good service, and the best thing is that it has parking.

This is a very nice hotel and is very quiet.

It is a very cozy and well located hotel, right in front of a shopping centre and access to the island of Flores. The rooms are comfortable, with quality mattresses that allow you a good rest after a busy day in archaeological areas.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a very good treatment of the hotel staff, willing to collaborate in what the guest needs.

Comfortable rooms. Good air conditioning. Spacious bathrooms. Cozy beds. Clean pool. It doesn't have 5 stars because of the Wi-Fi signal. It doesn't get to the room we stayed. Number 26. But the rest is very good. And comfortable.

The pool was closed in a high demand day, hotel wouldn't let use any other affiliated hotels pool, I tried to get at least breakfast for free since the pool problem was posted in advance, but they refuse to give me free breakfast. Wi-Fi didn't work till late at night. The rooms were excellent, beds really comfortable and they all full equipped with a/c and tv.

Love this hotel — great beds, comfortable room, and AC. Beautiful plants in and around courtyard. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Casino next door. Only downside was pool under repair.

The staff was mostly friendly, the room I stayed in was very damp and humid and not comfortable. The restaurant claims to be open from 6am-9pm but they don't actually serve breakfast till 6:30am and close earlier. The waiter was very snappy and said he could only offer us sandwiches at 8:45pm and there were no vegetarian options. Also, there is no parking nearby and I witnessed another tourist getting robbed on the street right in front of the hotel.

I really liked this hotel a lot, it's near the island and close to a grocery store. Easy to get a Tuc Tuc (Taxi) to anywhere in town. The room was good and very safe. I really enjoyed having the courtyard and hammocks. Having a restaurant on site is nice and the food is good. The TV's are old, but they work okay. The Wi-Fi did not work well during my visit. The staff is very helpful and I would come back next time I come thru Flores.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean, a/c was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced. If you're looking for an economical, quiet and clean place, I suggest you stay here.
