I loved the hotel, very nice place, comfortable, clean (very obvious thing that is appreciated in Guatemala). Owner and staff very attentive always willing to help you, they help you with tours and with tips to know. Excellent chef, exquisite pool. Very well located you can walk to Flores Island. I'll definitely be back.

My mom and I had a blast here. This place has great staff and the rooms are comfy. There is a cute pool. I definately recommend this hotel. A super easy walking distance to Flores. Safe and comfotable.

Nice place with parking included. Near the island, 10-15 min walk. The price is very high for what is offered.

No hot water. This is a 1 star for a hotel thats almost 50 usd. Got warm but not a comfortably. Beds are uncomfortable. Room only have 1 towel, much smaller than the pictures that show. Go somewhere else.

El exterior es bello, lleno de plantas y colores muy amables para los ojos. Se disfruta bastante desayunar ahí. La alberca es muy bonita. Los decorados en general son muy hermosos. Los empleados son muy amables. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado lo cual nos hace sentir más seguros. El único problema fueron las habitaciones: no son muy cómodas si tomamos en cuenta la distribución del espacio en cada una y los colchones, las camas hace mucho ruido con sólo sentarse en ellas y hay algunas en las que no hay espacio para colocar objetos personales.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
The food is not spectacular and neither so unpleasant, expensive prices for what they serve.
The pool is not clean at all, bad for this because you do not want to get into a water so murky and smelly to chlorine and full of rubbish in the evenings.
They do not have simple rooms, or in my case I was placed in a room where they can stay up to 6 people.
Televisions are too small and outdated.
There are too many bugs in the restaurant area, mosquitoes and mosquito in particular that made my stay a bad experience.
The coffee that siriven for nothing pleasant, being a tourist place and contact with many foreigners should have a special coffee for guests or foreign people to take a good experience of what it is to have a coffee in Guatemala.

Amazing location. But room was dirty and electricity is cut from 22.30hrs until I do not know… Not convenient when you want to wake up early to see the sunrise. Service was very good. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Very good guide.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, but the central Placita is adjacent to the rooms which makes them noisy, the pool is small, just to cool off and not swim. The place where it is located makes the rooms close to the street very noisy tomorrow.

Great hotel… very clean and air conditioned which was welcome in the 40 degree heat. Very accessible to central Flores. Power went out a few times due to storm… But not a huge issue.

Very beautiful hotel, wanted a nice place to stay after a long day of traveling other than a hostel. The rooms were air-conditioned, the grounds were nicely kept, and it was clean. The prices were also reasonable and the staff was very friendly, but there was construction going on that was a little loud in the morning, and the location wasn't ideal for things to do within walking distance. Wi-Fi was a little spotty in our room, but that seems to be the norm in Flores anyway.

Well we liked this hotel
We in Belize are all eager to go back to play football against those of Guatemala and kedarnos in this place again.
