The resort was wonderful. In particular, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. That was the greatest strength of this resort.

We had a wonderful time in here. Room was clean and cozy and bed was so soft. Every worker in there was so kind and location was good.
However the pool water is little bit dirty when people are crowd.

Hotel Nikko Guam was a wonderful experience to have for a family, especially with children. It has family-friendly services, along with different varieties of food to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at The Tsubaki Tower. The hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with stunning ocean views that make every moment feel relaxing and special.

We stayed at The Tsubaki Tower with our 11-month-old son and had an amazing experience. We’re a couple in our mid-30s and stayed in a Junior Suite on the 20th floor.

Amazing staff. Buffet has a great selection and great quality for the island. The rooftop was absolutely amazing. The pool and childrens amenities left a little to be desires.

By far my best stay on Guam. Friendly staff top to bottom. Room service is quick and efficient with turn down service if you catch them, if not they generally clean while you’re out.
