The resort was wonderful. In particular, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. That was the greatest strength of this resort.

We had a wonderful time in here. Room was clean and cozy and bed was so soft. Every worker in there was so kind and location was good.
However the pool water is little bit dirty when people are crowd.

Such a special, beautiful place. This is my second time having a spa treatment here and each time gets better and better.

While checking in, we were assisted by Tina and James. They went above and beyond our expectations, answering any questions we had and providing service with genuine smiles.

I visited the pool bar during lunch at 1pm with my niece. Mr. Dan Milne recommended the BLT Burger and FLAT bread pizza. I’m so happy that I have ordered it. It was very juicy and delicious.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and other areas of the hotel was lacking.

My husband and I stayed here for a 10 day trip. Our experience was 10/10 I want to highlight the fact that Bayview employs exceedingly excellent people.

Guam Reef is a property that flies under the radar but for those in the know it is one of Guam’s best kept hotel secrets in a prime location.

Amazing staff. Buffet has a great selection and great quality for the island. The rooftop was absolutely amazing. The pool and childrens amenities left a little to be desires.

By far my best stay on Guam. Friendly staff top to bottom. Room service is quick and efficient with turn down service if you catch them, if not they generally clean while you’re out.
