Dusit Thani Guam Resort

I did not enjoy my stay here. Unfortunately the hotel was at capacity during the holidays so it was difficult to find chairs at the pool, towel service ran out of towels, and eating our free breakfast at the restaurant was impossible without an 1hr wait (by then breakfast service would be over). Every place to eat required reservation as it was so busy so we spent most time at restaurants off site. My room was flooded and moldy and was able to switch rooms 4+ hrs after check in so we were annoyed and jet lagged. The holiday buffets were very expensive and not that good. Unable to eat basic American food. Elevators were very slow and always full. Check in took about 1hr. I do appreciate the ease of the mobile app to request services but they eventually stopped responding to my requests. Room service food was the best part and the balcony view was ok but we only had 1 chair for a family of 4. Our view looked over a different resorts pool so it looked like they were having more fun. Will not be back to Guam and not likely to book another Dusit even as a Gold Member.

I had an amazing experience at this spa from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff made the service feel completely personalized. They took the time to ask about my preferences and any areas I wanted them to focus on, which made the treatment feel tailored just for me.
The entire facility was spotlessly clean, and every step of the procedure reflected a high standard of hygiene and professionalism. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soothing music and a calm environment that helped me unwind immediately.
After the treatment, they offered a cup of their relaxing tea, which was the perfect finishing touch and made the experience feel even more thoughtful and rejuvenating.
Overall, I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely relaxed. I asked if I can keep the slippers as im too relaxed and unable to put on shoes. Haha. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a personalized, clean, and truly soothing experience!

Do not make a reservation with this hotel, they will charge you if you make a change or cancellation. They will charge you half of your room price if you make a change. I would advise to use another hotel that has a more friendly option.

The service is great everywhere at this Hotel. Right when we walked in Mr. Rommel and his staff helped us check in. The staff at the Lobby were so great. We also had great service at the club lounge. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our dinner at Soi was great as well. DJ was our server. Him and the chefs were able serve us an item that wasn’t on the menu and it was delicious. We stayed at Dusit because my Auntie and Grandpa were visiting from Japan. They both enjoyed their stay and said they’ll be back in December. I’d recommend Dusit Thani to everyone! 100/10!

We came from Fukuoka, Japan, stayed in April 20-24, 2024.
It was fantastic experiences. We stayed in club floor. In Club floor, increleble services. We met Rommel the Dusit Club Manager, and Service Specialsts TJ and Jeff through our stays. It was unforgettable experience to be served by such an amazing staffs. They are professional, thank you so much for your great hospitality. We already dicided to come back in October because we felt well connected with the hotel. We also dined at Tasi twice, it was gerat! as well as Soi and Bar Lounge on first floor. The bar lady and manager were also fantastic! (sorry I cannot recall their name I was probably emotional leaving Dusit on our last day) Thank you so much! we will be back!

The massage at the Devarana spa was phenomenal. The best service at Dusit Thani Guam Resort. The ladies were outstandingly polite and professional. Truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended. Thank you.

This is my second time at the hotel. I made a reservation for 2 nights ocean view room in late April. I asked to change the reservation and was informed the reservation was not changeable and not refundable but that they would make an exception but it would be a Mountain View and cost me an extra $220.
Upon arrival I again requested the ocean view since that is what I originally reserved and that’s when my Hero Patrick came to the rescue. He simply is FANTASTIC! He figured out a way to change my room to ocean view and charged me just $35 per night more. Wow, that’s what I call service!
The hotel could have screwed me over by denying the change at all, which they did not. Then Patrick stepped in to really make our stay extra special.
I suggest everyone become a Dusit Gold member. Great benefits and cost nothing.
Also, Jeff and the other staff in the Club Lounge on the 30th floor are super helpful.
This is the ONLY hotel I will stay at when I visit Guam. Is it perfect? No but it’s dang close!

This hotel has a beautiful view and is right on the beach. Besides that it’s pretty much a scam. Unless you get up every morning at 6:30 and save a seat you won’t be able to enjoy the facilities as there are not enough chairs. So using the pools and beach are always stressful even though you pay a lot of money to stay there. They will tell you to go to their sister hotel but they don’t have enough there either. Everything is owned by outside businesses so you have to pay extra. Feels icky and all the staff there know it because it all looks and feels like it is part of the hotel but then you have people coming up saying no you have to pay more. Everything on the beach is not the hotels, shaded chairs by the pool not the hotels, the resturant grill on the beach, not part of the hotel so even though you pay a lot to stay here nothing is really included at all unless you pay more. Even breakfast is 40 usd pp extra! It’s just not worth it. For the money you would pay you can go to other really nice beaches and places that have facilities actually accommodate their guests. I won’t come back and I will not be recommending.

Rommel and his incredible staff made our stay a first-class experience. Highly recommend this hotel as a vacation destination. We have 2 little children and everyone was so friendly and welcoming to our entire family. 5 stars!
