Just came there and had to park on the second floor because there was no parking. Intended to go to JP Superstore to buy a gift but when I parked in a stall that said it was for Guam Plaza and walked up the stairs, the security guard said I couldn’t park there. He was nice but said it was reserved for the Owner. There were no signs saying that and there were so many other parking stalls right next it but I had to move my car? Just annoyed the hell out of me so just left. The owner couldn’t park at any of the many other stalls available? I could have easily moved but not the point! By the way, change your sign!

Comfortable and clean with many amenities. No complimentary coffee/tea in room but can't complain about that when your stay includes use of the waterpark. Best thing is the location which is walkable to the downtown tourist shopping district.

Beds were comfortable, A/C was good. Need to upgrade their showers and mini fridge. But had a good nights sleep.

Good place to stay for work. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's definitely an older property and the Wi-Fi is slow. There also was no dresser in the room. I stayed over 2 weeks and had nowhere to really unpack.

Noise from roudy children/adults is easily heard, & other noises such as guests moving furniture and even walking the halls carries. The rooms have no house slippers (the entire floor is un-carpeted) or robes, and no power outlets near the bed. There is a tiny fridge, but no other kitchen amenities besides a coffee pot and mugs and a container for ice). The bed (s) and comforters are plush, however. The bathroom does provide towels and soap, and hot water does not run out. The entryway requires the key card be inserted into the little console above the light switch to have the AC (air conditioner) and lights turn on automatically, which is slightly handy if they are left on.

4 stars instead of 5 only because it's a little old, and not right on the beach. But for me it's perfect. A little exercise walking 5 minutes to the beach is healthy of course. It has an indoor 24/7 convenience store, and has a nice courtyard outdoor bar and swimming pool. If you want one of the beach hotels you'll be paying double, just to save yourself a 5 minute walk.

Kahida Ballroom, customer service, and food quality are best kept secret in Tumon. Recommend Guam Plaza for banquets and lunch at Rootz.

I arrived late on a friday evening. Whem checking in I was told that if for any reason I needed to cancel my reservation I would not be reimbursed. Strike 1! I did not thoroughly inspect the room that night because if the timing. The next day I found a water bottle under the bed, wrapper pf some sort behind the nightstand that were visible from the front of the room, bugs in the bathroom and mold on the shower curtain. I spoke to management who offered to move my room. Which was an inconvenience due to yhe amount of bags I had. I agreed to have yhe room cleaned and was offered lunch certificates. Strike 2! The next day the toilet was leaking. Strike 3! My thoughts we're… I need to move. We got in yhe next room only for the A/C unit to start shooting out ice. The staff was helpful. Jerick and Maricel. They are over priced for the service that you receive. I hope that I got the names correct but other than that I would not recommend anyone stay. I forgot to mention the used tea bag in yhe closet along with part of a broken hanger. The amount of dust under the beds and mold on the shower walls.

My family celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at Guam Plaza Resort and Spa. We invited 150 people to celebrate with us. I can't say enough about working with Red and Ed on the event. Our guests complimented how nice the ballroom was and the food was very delicious. A few guests have already inquired about booking the same room. Great job to Red Ed Heather and all the other staff that made our event one we will never forget. Thank you Chef Dennis for the great tasting menu.

I recently attended at birthday party at the Kahida Ballroom. Much to my surprise the facilities have gone through alot of renovations and is quite nice. Kahida was exceptionally beautiful When I never expected to see a room like this at Guam Plaza. Lechon and salmon were delicious. Staff extra friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a beautiful room and good food, I recommend you take a look at Guam Plaza and Resort.

Not worth the price! Floors are dirty in the rooms. They don't always make the beds completely & the Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible! It stays on for about 10 minutes maybe then cuts off and on frequently. Overall, good hotel but definitely not worth the price! I'd recommend if you're going to spend this much on a hotel, take your money elsewhere.

Nice hotel in good situation. Reasonable priced rooms, expensive restaurant. Service attitude to european customers a little rude and slow in reception and restaurant. We waited for beers in lobby bar half an hour. Pool bar open evenings only; very good service there and nice guys working in the bar. Good shopping center attached and supermarket open 24h. Mac Donalds 24h in the neighbourhood. Clean and uncrowded pool area.

The price corresponds to kachestu very convenient location.

The room was a little old, the TV was too small, but there was a Taiwan transit station. Hotel location is also good, downstairs is the JP store, in advance booked 500 yuan a night, also value.
