One of nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Disgusting.

Reasonably priced hotel for budget conscious travellers. Spacious rooms. Good location even if off hotel row. Check for current hotel promos before booking.

Great Room, Great Service, Great Value, Great Staff, Great Wi-Fi We arrived at dawn and they found us a room to check into right away. We were lucky that one was available. We had a large room with a fridge. We could have seen the ocean from a higher floor. The free shuttle is nice but make sure to arrange return shuttle with the hotel and the driver ahead of time as it is not a regular stop! We would stay there again.

Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and the friendly workers from the first day tot he last day. We had so many good experience staying in the Bayview Hotel. All of us first time to stay in Bayview and we fell in love and will sure come back on our next trip. We have been to Guam several times staying in different hotel but Bayview is the best. thank you.

Compared to the Pacific Star this place is amazing; with that said it's definitely no Hilton or Outrigger. Bayview has huge rooms with awesome balconies which is really nice. Bathrooms need updating but they're not terrible. The gym is nice and equipped with free weights plus a life fitness machine that moves around so you can get different cable workouts. It's a walk to the beach and shopping but there are a few options for food at the hotel as well as a little spa.

The location is ideal, very accessible and with beautiful view. All the staff are so kind and helpful. The cost is very reasonable. We only have two things that we want to be improved: 1. The room is always damp because there is inadequate ventilation. 2. The food for breakfast should have more varieties.

We were on a tight budget due to a loss of income, but we still wanted to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. I found Bayview online and saw their promo. The staff was VERY pleasant and sweet. We checked-in quickly and went to our room. We were given a King size bed per my request with the Reservations Manager. The hotel was comfortable and was quickly provided extra pillows when we requested it. My ONLY issue was that there was a list of all the amenities they provided, and there was quite a few items missing. The room got really cold and they only have blankets, no comforters. All in all, my husband and I do plan on staying there for our date nights because of the reasonably priced rooms.

The room I had nice decor on the inside. Nice headboard and view of Tumon. This hotel is unique for the view on the window side which faces Tumon and on the other side through the door you get a view of the cliff side. The room had a lot of noise from either the AC unit or the washing machine close by. Has a microwave and fridge in the room.

I really loved the view from our balcony. The hotel check in/out was easy. I thought the bedroom was nice and bed was comfy. However the bathroom could use an update. Parking could be a challenge during peak season but we didn't have any issues. Great location.

This hotel was marvelous. Absolutely beautiful views too I highly recommend the 6th floor. So here is the break down. My only negative is that there is limited parking. Reception was nice and easy. We went on a none peak day so it was $88 for a double queen bed which is a steal. I’ve stayed at hotels for the same that had less. They don’t charge a hold for incidentals up front but they do copy your card info in the event that upon check out the room is damaged then they charge for incidentals and send an invoice. So if you’re the type that doesn’t like card info on file then you might want to talk about that with management. The elevators were kind of worn and creaky but they work ones kinda old the other looks newly renovated. The entrance to the rooms are all facing the back side of the hotel which doesn’t have a view just a big side of a cliff. Also they’re not enclosed so you will be kind of like out doors until you get into your room I don’t know how else to explain it. It’s like a balcony. However once you enter the room they’re a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean line. That was a big seller for me. The room was so spacious and very elegantly decorated it didn’t feel worn or dated. The bed was soft and the sheets were clean. Pillows fluffy. The place smelled clean I enjoyed the ambiance. The room had ample closet space and drawer storage as well as a safe and I love when hotel rooms have safes.

Great Place, great location of the hotel.

Other than close proximity to city centre, strong aircon and shower, good service (early check in is available on early arrival at 7am) the hotel is very old, not very clean and could not sleep well coz poorly sagging mattress.

Checkin checkout was smooth, room is clean, with enough parking space, good view. no fork and spoon, knife, cork screw bottle opener to lend if needed which I think is not expensive enough to invest on. Or probably you discourage drinking and eating inside the room, If so you should inform the guest at check in.

Room & toilet is okay. We stayed on a higher floor and had sea view. Nothing negative about that hotel to say beside of that it is a bit expensive for what it offers in total.

Clean and large room with nice view. Near from city. Convenient location. Friendly staff so we enjoyed to stay there.

Staff are friendly, the views are great, the rooms are nice. Downside — the beds are painful to sleep on…

Great location nice room, but the Wi-Fi is horrible there is only one Wi-Fi location on every floor so if your room isnt right next to that location you are out of luck.

Was well worth it my fiancee didn't even know I was with someone else.

Nice spacious room. Clean restroom. Beautiful view, day or night. Friendly and accommodating staff (at the 8th floor). I needed a pair of scissors but you have none.

The view is nice, and the room is quite huge for two. Yet the bathroom is somewhat old.

Front desk staff were nice enough, but the room was filthy (specifically tile at the front door and bathroom had hair on the floor). View is nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If there's anything good to say about it, it is that the staff was friendly and the views are nice. Otherwise… The parking is terrible. One small lot and a terribly designed parking garage with levels that don't connect to each other. The AC in my first room didn't work, so they switched me to another. The toilet in the new room only flushes half the time, and the bathroom itself smells like a locker room. The rooms are obviously old, and not cleaned well. As evident by things like the hair on the floor, the grime building up where the floor and walls meet, and the rust and/or mildew on all the bathroom fixtures. The mattresses are very uncomfortable (having been in two rooms, one with two beds, I have tried three at this point). The list goes on and on…

Room was just fine. Room temperature was great. Quite n very relaxing. Just gotta say the parking is just ridiculous. Not enough parking space. And the hill, omg not so excited about that. Overall. Luckily fr the air conditioning and the rooms inviting feel as u enter, made my experience there. Just fine ☺

The rooms all overlook the side view of the sea. Large rooms (45 sq. M) compared to other hotels in Dr. Countries. In the hall there is a vending machine with drinks, which are cheaper than in the shops, there is a machine that gives ice cubes (free), daily housekeeping, in the room all decent, the paint is not flaking, the furniture is not shabby, beautiful view of the island and the sea, for Due to the fact that the hotel stands on the hill, the bakery hotel with super tasty sweets and cocktails, there is free car parking, from the hotel within walking distance of boutiques, restaurants, located in the heart of the infrastructure. Good price-quality ratio (compared to the fives).

Fine hotel but they seemed inept when it came to charging your credit card. I booked through expedia for 3 nights then had to extend for one more. They called expedia and said I was a no-show. Then canceled my reservation and charged me for all 4 nights at their rate. Lost out on about 200 bucks. Other than that, it was a pretty good location but I would never stay here again.

It's OK for the price. They remodel the rooms and the furnitures looks nice but you can definitely tell the age from rusts, dust, and mildew around fixtures, outlets, and vents that they overlooked. The mattress wasn't updated so it creaked and bowed towards center of the bed. The rooms had mildew-y smell but I think it was from the air conditioning so I had to contend with comfort versus smell. Also breakfast is not complimentary unless I suppose you purchased some sort of deal when you booked the room. I want aware of this and I decided to take my family to eat breakfast downstairs in the hotel restaurant. I saw the menu prior to going downstairs and knew exactly what items they had and how much they cost which most didn't go over 10 dollars. But when I got to the lobby, I realized that the restaurant was closed then the customer service Rep woman said it opens at 8 but there is complimentary breakfast in second floor. I took my family up there and the server/cook made us basic pancakes and omelets. After we finished eating the server asked us if we had a free breakfast ticket. I told him that I was told it was complimentary with rooms. He said no and it cost 15 dollars per person. I talked to the manager downstairs and he said that because of the misunderstanding, he'll only charge for the adults. The server should've asked for the ticket upon our entry into the breakfast room and explained to us that it'll cost us 15 dollars per person.

Great place the walk up hill is brutal after a night of partying though. Might as well cab-it.

Up to date in Island standards. Good location and price.

This place advertised $75 /night but charged me $92. They basically double taxed me at 11% x2. Not coming back.

Alize Restaurant is a great lunch/dinner buffet!
