The place is wonderful! The house has all possible amenities for village life and relax: from household appliances in perfect condition to coffee, spices, napkins, olive oil.

Awesome place. I would book it for the whole summer to stay and work remotely. Clean, welcoming, comfortable, perfect for summer time. Beaches are very close, as well as shops, gas stations, etc.

Very good house with warm welcome in the house there is everything and more than you need for your perfect vacation. The host is the best host which I ever seen.

A really good place to spend some days with a family. The rooms are clean and the yard is nice to have a breakfast there. Close to the beach but the beach does not in a good condition with some trash.

Very well situated, close to the beach and near the bay with reataurants. The parking area is just across the road, the garden of the hotel is exceptionally.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Joy! The house is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The first instant we saw this villa, placed ideally in a quiet neighbourhood, in close vecinity to the sea, we thought it would be a great exprerience. But there was more than meets the eye.

Nice designer villa like oasis in a bit rural Greek village near a nice beach. It has what you need to feel at home with friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Direct in front of the sea. Super beach with clear water. 40 meters of white sand deeper to the sea with only 60-80 cm depth.

Beautiful villa with extra clear water!
The first line with a direct sea view. Private entrance to the sea with sunbeds. Very hospitality owner who helps with activities and airport shuttles.

We recommend this place!
We stayed in August, and rented the place via booking. The apartment was like in pictures (a beautiful compact place).

I love the place since many years! It has a big garden where kids gather and play together! The rooms have everything you might need for holidays. Beach is 100 by foot.

Very nice place, family business, everything clean. Manager / owner is always there to help.
