The stuff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed.
The apartment was clean, little dated but we didn’t care. It had a wonderful terrace and garden and a breathtaking view.

Recommend this lovely place. The owner is very friendly and helps if you need something, beautiful beach and view!

Lovely, clean place to stay. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and garden, great with a young child. Plenty of choice of places to eat and the food was great.

We are currently 1 week into a 2 week holiday and it has been great! We were so nervous about coming after the recent spate of poor reviews, but honestly we have had such a different experience.

Very good location.

Cleaning every day.
Hosts are polite and very friendly.
Parking always available on the street.

Good host, clean and nice rooms and good location, a great pick for a few days stay.

Great accommodation, in quiet place 5 minutes on foot from the center. The owners are very warm people and always helpful. 🔝

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to both the town center and the beach, while still being far enough away from the noise.
Our room was clean and well-maintained.

Great place, great hosts, close to everything and still quiet at night for sleep.

My family and I spent ten days in this beautiful home. There is so much space and many outdoor areas to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.

Beautiful house close to amazing beaches.
Spacious and modern.

Good location if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The owners were very friendly. Pool and breakfast, large and clean rooms … lovley place 🇬🇷😍 thank you.

Great and affordable accommodation. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a pool and a bar with excellent mixed drinks at a great price. The hosts were very nice.

Rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious. Hotel close to the beach, and the pool was nice. Friendly staff, very helpful. I do recommend this hotel!

A great place for a holiday! Located in the heart of the town, near to the center which is full of shops and restaurants, this resort provides the customers with an amazing experience.

The hotel is in a good location, short walk to the beach and town centre. This is our 2nd stay here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Love the huge room, very clean and airy with a balcony.

Clean rooms, affordable prices, the staff was very kind and the pool is amazing and clean. I would visit this hotel again for sure.

We recently hosted a Retreat for 135 people coming from 20 countries.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Simantro Resort and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation.

I have not found more kind owners than here, excellent food, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

We visited the restaurant area recently… what can I say… the reception started with a kind smile… then we were impressed with the presentation of the dishes and their wonderful taste.

The private beach is amazing to have. Everything needed is available for the indoor and for the beach. Only thing you need is to come in Paradise 💜

Very good and nice atmosfere.

Simple, but very clean! 2 minutes walk to the beach, everything is clouse to the Lakis.
Wi-Fi is terible.

Room was clean, no complaints! We had a nice stay and owner was very helpful and hospitable. Nice location, 2min walk to the beach, only 50m to a really good authentic greek tavern!

Excellent, friendly hosts. Nice accommodation with kids playground. Great place for kids to play around.

Fabulous! … probably the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere in greece, the owner emilios and his family are so friendly and the attention to detail throughout is superb, lovely quiet setting

Fabulous! … probably the best apartments for the price we have stayed in anywhere in greece, the owner emilios and his family are so friendly and the attention to detail throughout is superb, lovely

Just amazing; 28 years after our last visit we returned, the accommodation is still superb whilst still retaining the greek charm that we loved all those years ago.

2nd year in a row. Location is excellent and great options for hiking or swimming. 5/5 for the service and effort from the hosts. We had a great vacation.

I highly recommend the Barocco Wave Hotel for its beachfront location, my kids played on the beach all day and I could watch them even from my balcony!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel! The breathtaking sea view from my room left me in awe every day, and having a private beach at my doorstep was a dream come true.

It has almost everything you might need in the flat. It goes without saying the landlady thinks about everything in detail to offer a perfect service. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious.

I will start with the contact with the owner of the hotel. On the moment I made the reservation, he contacted me with basic information about my stay.

The apartment was big, furnished with everything you might need — utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a cheese grater, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron.

Highly Recommended Stay in Thessaloniki!
I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Thessaloniki.
