I'm on a motorcycle trip, I discovered this place by chance. I was very well received, not only by the owner but also by the population of the small town.

The picturesque location, away from the heat of Serres, the calm and friendly atmosphere of the village made our day.

Just got back from 1 week's all inclusive trip to Xenios. The resort was lovely and staff especially the owner were very helpful and hospitable.

One week in this place is not enough! The view during breakfast, lunch, and especially dinner is absolutely fabulous and truly stunning.

For the second time in this hotel with my family, and most definitely we'll come back again. Cozy, family hotel with perfect locatin in center of Hanioti, two minuts away from the beach.

We liked the location, it was clean, and tidy. A good enough breakfast was included, and they provided everything we needed. They were responsive, and helpful when we needed them.

Can't understand complaints here about the entrance. First of all — it's totally ok, clean and bright.

I would say it’s quite nice place to stay. Close to the train station, there is a supermarket close to this place. Checked in quite late with instructions without any person interaction.
