It's not a luxury room but the advantage is the location. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. :) You also don't need to drive.

Ideal destination when you want to visit the Pozar baths. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Cozy, relaxing and very near many good beaches. Road noise is not an issue, although the room was facing the road.

We hade a wonderful time with my family in villa Pefkohori! Very convenient and cosy accommodation, super clean. We loved to spent a lot of time on the terrace with a beautiful view in the sea.

Very nice and quiet place, also very clean and tidy! Staff is great but the way to the beach is very bad. Rooms are small but the balcony is very nice. Great value for the money! Nice parking!

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed — although it was actually two mattresses joined together rather than a single double bed. Still, it was cozy and didn’t affect our sleep.

The villas are in the dead center of Ormos Panagias and easy to get to. They are great on the inside and outside and perfect for bigger groups.

Great accommodation close to the sea in picturesque Ormos Panagias village. Well-equipped villas. It's not far from a big sandy beach, which is really one of the best on Sitonia — Livrohio beach.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The room is spotless, and checked by my little child in every corner. Not a speck of dust as the reason says.

We stayed for four days. The room was very beautiful with a wonderful view of Mount Athos, the Syngytiko gulf and the green fir trees.
