We have had a perfect time at Elia Apartments! The apartment was extremely well-equipped for a proper family holiday (8-month-old baby).

Just back from an 11 night stay with family & friends and couldn't recommend Elia Apartments enough. Brilliant location, good size rooms, very well maintained and fantastic value.

Recommendation, a special for family with kids. Safe place with privacy. Location is close to all major beaches. Very nice hosts, all of them. Thanks to Nikos and his main man madam Georgia.

Nikos is amazing! He answered at midnight in our phone call, as we had an issue with an other apartment in the area.

Clean, well maintained, run by this lovely couple Dimitris and his wife. The rooms have mosquito net which is rare in Greece.

This House accommodation is owned by really nice and decent greek family and its very good preserved.

It was my first time in Sithonia and the accommodation could not have been better! The stay was perfect, with a wonderful view.

The Villa is perfect for families with kids. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for the children to play and the sea/beach is right at your door.

A beautiful place, a large landscaped yard with grass like at Wembley Stadium, quiet, the beach is 100m away, the hosts are very friendly, each bungalow has its own parking space.

Best value for the money… You can pay with a credit/debit card at the location. Very spacious rooms and balconies. The studios are quality equipped.

The villa it's ok. It needs some renovation. The pools definitely needs some maintenance as you see in the photos below. At the pool there are a lot of screws.

Fine establishment in a quiet spot of Maroneia. Very lovely people at the reception, decent breakfast, decent pool. When the AC stopped working all of a sudden, it was fixed in timely manner.
