Great design, stunning views from rooftop terrace cafe & restaurant, effective staff, all health & safety protocols followed, most convenient central location next to old town Plaka and Greek Parliament, near metro, tram, bus stops to airport.

Great stay at this Athens Hotel. Wonderful, location. Easy walk to the Acropolis with an abundance of dining and shopping places near by.
Close to, Parliament and changing of the Guards. The
Olympic Stadium is also near by. Great Hotel for our stay in Athens, Greece. Thanks to all of the staff.

Went for brunch on Sunday. The decor was surprisingly unusual. Wooden details that made you stop and take a closer look. The staff was very friendly yet very professional. The view from the 7th floor was breathtaking. The food excellent and at reasonable prices. A must when in Athens.

The Restaurants is phenomenal! The Staff and Manager Lila all really treat a person like a Celebrity! Will be back! Thanks for making me feel Special!

Apostolos and the rest of the staff have been great… warm welcoming and very helpful! Room was Super fun with my fav being the light Up evil eye wall! Beautiful rooftop with a great view of acropolis and the city which we enjoyed for both dining and drinking! Highly recommend their steak sandwich. Stay here you won’t regret it!

I ve stayed in the hotel for four nights with my children and the experience was very bad. The location of the hotel is great for people looking to be in the center close to acropolis and other monuments however the price to quality ratio is not proportional at all I paid the rate for a five stars hotel for an average room and for the service. The staff are not welcoming and not able to help. I asked for a concierge service they were not able to locate a food restaurant, a nice shopping area or something to do on the weekend when all shops are closed. I asked them to help me find a good beach they said do it online. Unfortunately the overall experience is bad and I don’t think I ll come back again.

Great hotel for a weekend break. Very convenient location, short walk from Syntagma but just far away to avoid the overcrowding (at times). The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms have been designed very well, with some featuring their own theme. Good choice of breakfast.

Four of us came here for brunch this Sunday and we were really amazed by the hospitality of Celia and Eleni. They were both so lovely to us visiting from the Uk, they reserved a great table outside with an amazing view of Athens! Food and coffee was amazing but we were mostly touched by the affection and hospitality of those two ladies. They not only offered us spanakopita on the house so we can try it but when we asked them if we can buy from somewhere the olive oil they used the girls gave us 4 little bottle of olive oil to take with us. That was such a wonderful gesture of hospitality and this is what Greek hospitality is about. I can’t wait to visit again in our next trip to Athens. Thank you Celia and Eleni.

The biggest excitement for me travelling to Athens was to stay in a hotel designed by the Campana Brothers! And, it exceeded my expectations. This hotel is B R I L L I A N T. A magical wooden wonderland with all the recycled furnishings throughout! We spent an entire afternoon drinking gin & tonics in the Art Library (bar/restaurant on the rooftop) — feeling like this was, in fact, the best location to be anywhere in Athens! The entire staff treated us like family, and were friendly at every turn. The food was delicious. And, incredibly impressed with the Championship pop-up art project! Didn't understand all of it (conceptual art after all — but it was fun to try and figure it out! ) We will be sure to check out all of the Yes Hotel Group Hotels in other countries. Oh, and the breakfast is to-die-for. When we had to leave early to catch a flight to Crete, they had two breakfast bags ready for us to take in the taxi with us. Unbelieve service! Very convenient location, one 2 blocks from the center, shops, restaurants, metro. 1 mile from the Acropolis. Very modern hotel, service is exceptional. The restaurant is pricey. They offered a €20 buffet package per person a morning for breakfast. There are so many local places to eat for less then half the price within a block. The pillows are to flat for me. The English speaking television is all leftist news. No free parking, nearby €20 a day. Beds are good balance between hard and soft. Air conditioning is not great at a low setting of 19c.

The location of hotel is great and rooms are clean with great staffs. We enjoyed staying this hotel. We misunderstood that we could see acropolis from roof top restaurant but it did not. Also, we waited for long time in cold room but the risotto served for my wife was too cold and sweet for her to eat.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance to all of the major sites in Athens. The roof top bar has a panoramic view of Athens where you can plan your schedule while having a nice drink and / or bite to eat.

We had a great time at the New Hotel during our stay in Athens. The locations was very central in the Syntagma area and we never needed public transportation because we were able to to walk everywhere. The hotel design was really cool, similar to the Ace Hotel brand… quirky, lots of wood and very hipster. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept the rooms very clean and turndown service was efficient and consistent. Their bathroom amenities were very high quality and made with olive oil. Although our robes were super small. The gym was not big but had just enough equipment and space. The business center was also very well stocked. We loved the rooftop bar. Check out the video I added for the view.

The hotel is modern and stylish, full of local character, and conveniently located, within 5 minutes walk of Syntagma Square and metro station, nearby restaurants and places are many, walking distance to major attractions and flea markets. But the security in Athens is not good, please look at their mobile wallet valuables, do not casually put the mobile wallet camera on the table, shopping when backpack sat in front. In addition, most hotels in Greece seem to offer only a free bottle of water throughout their stay, and the hotel room doesn't find a kettle to boil.

Customer service top notch. Very secure. Clean. Modern. Great location for walkable restaurants and day tours. Some beds better than others. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, Athens is a busy place.

Artsy luxury oasis in the heart of a busy city. On arriving in the lobby I knew I was truly in a cool place from the walls that have been produced by artists so it not just the furniture that makes this hotel an art hotel it’s actually the structure itself. Rooms: I stayed in a superior room overlooking the national gardens with mountains in the background. The view was truly breathtaking the huge full wall patio windows made nature part of the room. My room was decorated with old post cards of Athens and it really bought a sense of history to my room. The quality of the furnishings was superb with great artistic details all over the room. Amenities: they have a rooftop bar with fantastic night views that’s located on the 7th floor. I also loved the gym and ground floor restaurant that is like an art gallery you really feel like your part of the art installation here. I had breakfast daily with a full buffet and additionally fresh cooked elements like eggs and bacon. If your looking for a cool hotel in an ancient city then this is the one for you. It truly has thought of everything. The service of the staff is truly amazing, they were very professional but approachable at all times.

Very good. It is close to turistic attractions and a turistic village. Helpful staff, clean bedroom and new installations. By the way, it does have a lady in the reception that is making some effort to be polite, minor problem. Anyway, she is efficient. The rest of the staff is very nice. It is worthwhile to check it out their excellent restaurant on the roof top, great view.

The hotel was great and the location was excellent. The staff was great and went out of their way to help us. The bar at the top had a fabulous view.

Enjoyed the New Hotel very much. Great views of the Acropolis from the 7th floor cafe and nice modern amenities. Centrally located to tourist and non tourist areas of Athens. First time in Athens, but seems like a great spot.

Very happy with this place. The location couldn't be better for central Athens. Rooms are nicely designed and appointed. Ours faced the Russian church and was on the fourth floor — — it was very quiet. The rooftop bar is nice. The breakfast spread was very good. The modern art strewn around gives it a bit but not too much edge. Service is friendly. Would stay again.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, delicious free breakfast, room was cozy, rooftop restaurant was great with a nice view of downtown Athens.

I stayed in (the penthouse) and over the week I was there. My favorite was the PH of course for its framed views of the acropolis and the huge terrace, but normally I would opt for (and any of the 07 rooms) — great corner room with two balconies and amazing view of the church across the street. Perfect location in athens, and all of the hotel amenities you need (exercise room — which I used and found to be clean and w quality machines — business meeting center, and roof restaurant/bar — where I had my meetings of course! ).

Recently renovated (hence the name? ), clean, friendly staff, great amenities. Quiet though somewhat small rooms with a great view. I have to give them for excellent usage of every single square foot. Make sure to grab a cocktail on the roof restaurant for a great view of the night city.

New Hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city Athens with the most modern amenities and coolest design. The room is very clean and our balcony looks out to the Acropolis with a superb view especially near sunset. We were put in the highest floor which was a plus. Staff was friendly and housekeeping super efficient. The Wifi was so strong which helped a lot. We will go back to the same hotel next time visiting Athens.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Great vibe to it. Great style and design. The restaurant here is great. We ate here many times, never disappointed. Not cheap though. The hotel is missing a proper spa. What they call spa is really just a jacuzzi tub in the same small room where they run massages and treatments. Really missed a place to chill like a pool, steam room, etc. It's also very noisy as it's very central. Greek traffic is noisy all the way. So bring your ear plugs. Despite these two things, it's definitely recommend.
