We booked an apartment via booking three days before check in. In the last minute, when we arrived at 7 pm to the apartment’s address we saw that the host canceled our reservation at 5 pm, because we don’t have local SIM card we couldn’t see that. We called her while we waiting under the building, she told us that because she couldn’t charge our credit card, she decided to cancel our reservation. We ask her why didn’t she ask us about the payment and she just turn off the call. We we’re lost with no place to stay, Thank you Lekka 10
