Good place to stay in interesting and changing area. Quirky places to eat and drink in the area. Close enough to metro. District is mostly motor vehicle repair shops. Lofts and art galleries beginning to appear and will be very different in a couple of years. We had largest room on top floor with balconies and a view of the acropolis. Rooms as shown in websites. Tidy and well looked after. 24/7 concierge which is good for those getting into Athens late. The hotel offers transfers from the airport for 79/80€ but you can also take the metro for 10€ per person.
