The weak point, and that there is no parking.

Good hotel, location, breakfast and reception.

Very convenient property to visit Athens, subway a two-minute walk, places where you can eat at all hours good value. The property is clean, the rooms good without much pretension, the breakfast a bit miserable. A rooftop terrace that is a marvel for the scenery it offers you, especially in the evening.

Cheap. At night the location is terrible… nothing to do or see. There are barely any restaurants and if you leave the hotel (even for an hour), you need to turn in your room key to the front desk. Shower was awful and was impossible to not flood the bathroom.

Very old hotel in a non-central position, but with the metro very close. It was very clean, but the breakfast wasn't the best. Few options, decent bread and the worst Greek yogurt I ever tasted. Not very comfortable bed, still a cheap and decent accommodation.

We stayed there for a week on our vacation in Athens. A nice place, very nice and kind people, and it's only two minutes walk from the metro station. If you are looking for an hotel for the purpose of just a place to sleep, to have a good hot shower after a long day trip and eat a very nice breakfast, I would really recommend you to consider this hotel.

The first thing as you enter the reception area, a beautiful, sunshine lady with a big smile is welcoming you. (Yes I’m talking about you Έφη Νάνου). The rest of the staff also very polite and helpful. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice. The rooms are very clean with free Wi-Fi. Roof terrace with the most breathtaking view of Acropolis. Next to Metaksourgio metro and walking distance to Monastiraki. Plenty of restaurants around the area. I have been using Apollo hotel on every trip to Athens and I can not see the reason why to change it. I’m very happy and satisfied!

Very clean rooms and there were so sweet sculptures everyday on our bed which were made with our towels made from the nice room maid :-)!
The breakfast is small but totally okay.
The hotel is very central the metro is around the corner and there are some delicious restaurants around the square.
The view from the roof bar is awesome.

We spent spent 2 nights here. The rooms are basic and old to say the least. We stayed in 407 right on the road which is very noisy. The whole place needs refurbishing. No smoke alarms in room. We asked for a smoke free room however there are many rooms that allow it and it seemed to permeate through the aircon which only got to a luke warm temperature. Very pricey given what you get. Pillows flatten to the size of a pancake and hard bed. Breakfast very basic, scrambled eggs like rubber however the bread was great. The lift is archaic way quicker to walk the stairs. We had a problem with the safe jamming can you believe we had to wait until the cleaner arrived at 7am next morning as only she can open it! On a plus it is quite central to transport.

Nice hotel with great view on the accropolos. Good breakfast.

The Wi-Fi wasn't going so well. The best was the cleaning lady who left us the dobladitas towels. It's a simple hotel.

Double room, clean and comfortable.
Close to Metro. Good home.
Huge bakery-Patisserie at the corner of the street.

For a short trip totally sufficient!

A normal Greek hotel, have seen much worse.
In the middle, everything is easily accessible. Of course, loud but double doors to the Ballkonen, so that you can rest in the room. 6 floor good view, every day fresh towels and sheets.
Breakfast normal, every day the same. It's all typical Greek!
The hotel we would book again, had many hotels in Athens that we would not book anymore.

No luxury but decent quality for the money. A bit loud though. More annoying than the street noise or the other tenants is the elevator music which wakes everyone on the floor up whenever someone opens the elevator door. Metro is around the corner. Perfect for Greeks or people who need to save money. Dreaming of the perfect vacation? Choose a hotel in the Thission, Monastiraki, Plaka area instead and pay double the money.

V stayed her for 4 nights and the staff was friendly… v had a baby… they gave us an extra kettle when v asked… the rooms are small… but for the price its pretty decent… the bus stop is right outside the entrance but I'm not sure ul use it cuz most of the places r best reached by metro (omonia square) which is a 10 min walk… also v got a pretty view of the Acropolis… the breakfast was basic n the same everyday… the scrambled eggs are served cold… n the coffee was terrible. They should really improve on the breakfast.

Hotel staff were friendly, facilities were good, bed was comfy. Breakfast is good too. There’s a really nice 24 hour bakery nearby, and it’s close to the metro. Overall really nice and would recommend.

Close to center, clean, nice and helpful people! Nice play to stay and visit Athens.

Location very good close to buses and Metro station. Friendly helpful staff and the breakfast was adequate. The room was however very cosy and spacious with a great shower room. Only downside was they liked to service rooms quite early and noisily. Saying that for the price I would definately stay here again.

Good location to visit the city of Atenne.

Quite a Good location — the bus stop is right at the hotel, metro station just a few meters away. Just two km to syntagma square or acropolis. The neighborhood nearby is a bit fishy so if you’re not exactly an adventurer take a bus in the centre. Lovely view from the rooftop. Breakfast decent, rooms clean and spacious. Huge disadvantage — staff smoking in the halls — the smell gets in the rooms and you can feel it even if noone is currently smoking. Otherwise an ok budget option.

The proximity to the metro and the staff of the Martina, for the rest better to let loose.

Location is very good, near to metro station Metaxurghio, red line. Rooms are little but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast food is not so various but good enough. Staff are very kind and available. Very good value for money.

Booked for 3 nights. The staff is friendly but only ask for would give us a few tips for eating etc. The hotel is located in a bit of a run-down area but close to the metro.
Take a Metro Ticket Packet zb 5 days for 9 euros. You get there everywhere.
The room with 2 beds: Paint color splashes everywhere. It's not really clean. Minibar available but empty. Door bathroom not lockable and the door attacked fell rounder. The painter was an amateur! In the bathroom you will find a phone but not a single plug for smooth iron, razors, etc. In room 2 plug 1 in the hallway of one in the wall opposite the beds. Very bad when you have to charge phones. Very noisy not only close to the main street but in the hotel indoors.
Breakfast very deficient. Pulse moons for stirring and cold scrambled eggs. 1 variety sausage and cheese. Jam, margarine in packaging.
Since we were on the road all day, that was enough for us.

It's nice localisation. Good breakfast. Wonderful view from the roof bar. Downstairs there is a 24h bar with good food, sweets and bead.

I love the attention, the location, cleanliness. Breakfast is good and has everything will happen a traveling girl like me.

1 star is too much for this hotel. Avoid hotel at all costs. Absolutely disgusted by the staff and the rooms. We were originally meant to stay 6 nights, and had 3 rooms booked — October 2017. 1 — The beds had bed bugs! we all woke up to what we thought were mosquito bites but later realised there are no mosquitos. One of my family members had 27 bites on her arm alone. See pictures of one bed bug we found. When we told them about this they said they will "spray the room", nothing had changed and we got more bites by the day 2 — they only had 2 irons for the whole hotel and one of them had wires coming out dangerously. They had given this iron to one of our rooms, we gave it back to them and told them that the iron was dangerous to give to anyone. We asked for an iron again and they gave us the same iron. This iron switches on and off by itself without being in the plug! We didn't know this and it ended up burning the bed (without it being plugged it at all), this could have caused an issue had we left the iron like that and went out. When complaining to the staff we got very rude responses including "this is a 3 star hotel what do you expect? " 3 — There were cockroaches in the toilets 4 — The AC was leaking onto the bed which lead to a very cold uncomfortable night 5 — The "view" outside the room was a very busy high road that does not go quiet at all during the whole night = noisy night! 6 — We got a bedsheet with blood stains on it!

Excellent location steps away from metro station. Nice clean room. Good breakfast… need a little improvement. Friendly staff. Value for money.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good value for money. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. In the evening you look at the illuminated Acropolis. You should be limited to a drink, the food is not recommended.

It was a great experience at this place not the modern hotel but. I can it doesnt count. I love how the people treat you. Specially the receptionist I dont remember the name of the guy who work from 3 to 11 pm. He is so awesome helpful and he is a guy that u can count on when u need help. The only thing I might not satisfy is the why at my room sometimes I dont have the Wi-Fi at room 206 but still. I really want to revisit them. And I love when breakfast time arrive all the staff are smiling at you and it was great meal at all. They all greetting you with a sweet good morning and you know they are happy to serve you. Thanks to all the staff. Good luck and I hope to go back there soon.

Hotel room was spacious and comfy, with decent a/c. Views were amazing — stunning view of the acropolis. Bathroom, however, was not nice. Needed throughly cleaned, had a bit of a fly problem. Location was ok, a bit of s dodgy looking area but close enough.

Very clean. Nice bathroom. Great for the busy traveller​. If you want down time in the room with a pool. Not the place. Location is okay, kind of on the bad side of town. Families with young children maybe a miss if you're​ nervous.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the rooms, beds, and linens were clean. The beds were comfortable. They serve a pretty big breakfast for free that had scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, preserved peaches, cream, tomatoes, olives, bread (optional margarine and jam), cold cuts, and cheese. They also have fresh-picked oranges. The one issue I had is that there seemed to be a small ant problem in my room.

Close to Metro. The bar on the roof is nice-it's pouring wine. The real downside is that the bar is closed at 12:00 a. M.

Horror is terrible! Gel, the neighborhood is nasty. There was no door in the shower. Nothing.

Tthis is good view on the top ，is good to see Athens.

Excellent value great location only two parking spaces. Breakfast serving staff need to realize that their smoking break lofts into the dining room and ruins the meal with cigarette odors.

A nice bar on the roof with wonderful views of Athens.
