We booked a meal in the roof top terrace for my birthday tonight… the setting was stunning, super excited to be there. We chose our menu and started our course with wine. We realised after the first course that they were serving the wrong menu.
We explained there must have been a misunderstanding but the waiter was very confrontational and rude. Felt very uncomfortable and felt we did not want to continue.
The manager was called over and kindly said we could just pay for our wine and leave. It was extremely awkward and spoilt our night. Such a shame…

We had a very pleasant stay at this unique and welcoming property in the heart of Athens. They accommodated all of our requests promptly and graciously. Highly recommended.

The staff, the managers, & the owner are wonderful. We showed them kindness upon arrival, and they gave it back to us ten-fold in hospitality. The view from our room and the 3rd floor restaurant is the Acropolis, which is awe-inspiring both during the day and while lit up at night. The location is amazing with five minute walks to Plaka or to the flea market. Shopping and dining everywhere.

Very very disappointing service and customer care.
I've been waiting to be refunded for a booking (canceled due to corona) for over 3 (! ) months. The hotel has been open for over a week and I was promised my money back by June 1st. I would think twice before booking a stay here…

Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic, creative dishes, friendly service, magnificent panoramic view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon.

The Zillers roof bar-restaurant was one of the best culinary experiences we had in Athens! The food was really amazing! Not large selection but I I think this is the philosophy of the chef… service is fantastic! The boys go an extra mile for you! Highly recommend… prices are on the high end but it worths every penny! Bravo!

Right on the Plaka, so close to everything! The room was small but clean and very comfortable. The people who work here are very nice and helpful.

The best breakfast, fresh, delicious ingredients, pre ordered previous night and cooked fresh to order … staff are very courteous and helpful … a very interesting building with glass floors on the landings and cute 2 person elevator …

Rude and disrespectful hostess, who made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We stayed at a few boutique hotels in Athens while visiting between islands and Zillers was amazing. It is located just off the main strip in a quiet street. So you just get there and chill. The rooftop terrace is great and the view is amazing, I won't spoil what you see, but you will be happy I mentioned it. The staff are also all amazing and helpful too.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, though it was just an overnight. We found the room very comfortable, and we had a warm welcome from the staff there. I'd like to spend more time in this hotel and in Athens to do a proper review — I really liked what I saw. We left an iPad behind and the hotel arranged to have it delivered to the airport before we left — great service!

Perfect location. Excellent breakfast — try the Zillers omlette! Friendly staff and lovely rooftop bar with great view of the Acropolis.

Should have 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ for incredible team members. Roberta & Petros on front desk could not do enough for us. Theo and his team upstairs on the rooftop restaurant were faultless. We would not stay anywhere else in Athens. Position perfect, ambiance perfect, comfort perfect. Thank you so very much we will miss our Athens home.

Rooftop bar is so good. The vine was awesome, I loved the dj and the set he played while there. Drinks are craft and delicious.

Best Fine Dining restaurant in Athens. Adventurous dishes, a carefully selected extensive wine list, excellent cocktail options and breathtaking panoramic views. As we were a company of 16, we tried all dishes and each one was better than the other.

Had a wonderful stay! Extremely clean hotel. Very very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant is awesome with a great view. Value for your money. Breakfast was included with our stay and was very tasty. Great location in a busy area but rooms are quiet with the windows closed. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Been to the rooftop bar couple of times already over the years. Last time we booked a table for two during Christmas period. We booked via phone and were seated to a nice table with a great view. Cocktails and dinner in a lively environment on a great spot even for winter.

Amazing views, perfect coffee, drinks and snacks, nice deco and… quiet with smooth sounds. Among my favourites when downtown.

The Zillers is a boutique hotel. I only visited the rooftop bar, and was impressed. A mixologist bar, lovely, light-filled setting and breathtaking view of the Acropolis. Young, attentive staff caters to a young, hip crowd. The food and drink were excellent; I discovered "dry" mastika liquor here, and fell in love with it! They even re-charged my phone!

Rooftop restaurant with a nice interior and an amazing terrace with a perfect view of Acropolis. They offer international cuisine and the food is absolutely amazing! It’s a bit pricey, but well worth the money.

Beautiful hotel, great room, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location, great rooftop restaurant. Loud at night and early morning with noise from restaurant/tables/chairs/staff/patrons.

Perfect view on the Acropolis. The rooftop is breathtaking. So is the food — highest level of modern greek. Full recommend. The restaurant changed the table set up early in the morning, which made a lot of noise and woke me up. But with that taken care of it is a 5 star experience. Concierge was very helpful, friendly and good to talk to.

I've never stayed at the hotel but the rooftop bar/restaurant is delicious and unique. Yum! Not to mention the nighttime view is marvelous.

Best staff ever… arrived with food poisoning, the care and attention given in my state was a godsend. Gorgeous views, great restaurant, and chic rooms. Best location for the museum and Acropolis area. Can't stress how well we were treated…

Having lunch at Zillers roof garden: excellent Acropolis view, very good dishes, mostly greek food in alternative ways, nice dessert. After 19.00 the menu is richer!

This place is full of charm and comfort. The architects have preserved the character of the building while adding graceful modern amenities. The bathroom behind a beautiful iron grill was a clever and successful example. From what I can see all rooms have views of the Acropolis and Cathedral (you had best like bells) as well as the bustling Plaka neighborhood. The rooftop restaurant (where you receive a refreshing fruit juice cocktail on arrival) is inviting. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

World's best staff, especially the bald front of house gentleman. I spent my birthday there and they really well above and beyond. Amazing view of the Cathedral and Acropolis. Very central but you do not hear any noise from the town. The room are beautiful, so is the rooftop terrace.

A location at the center of life with a restaurant-roof overlooking the Cathedral and the Acropolis. — The rooms on the back would be better isolated. Conclusion : I strongly recommend.

Nice view… great tastes and good service! The prices are above average (it's across Acropolis monument so it makes sense) but the foods, drinks and deserts will reward you.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Zillers hotel. It is centrally located it and near to museums, shops and nightlife of Athens. We really appreciated and admired the fact that the hotel's interior has been designed with respect to this historic building's architecture. One of the best things about this hotel is its roof garden which offers an amazing view of the Acropolis. The staff of the hotel, from the housekeeper to the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the time that we had a health problem and needed some medicine and a specific diet, they did their best to help us. The only drawback that I have to mention is the noise inside the building, because it is an old building with wooden floors and we can hear anyone walking or talking from outside the room and sometimes we also heard music and noise from the roof garden. However this was not a big problem for us. Our room was very clean and spacious and we are generally very satisfied by the hotel. We definitely recommend it!

The only thing somebody could enjoy there is the view, perhaps even coffee. But don't expect to eat there or even to receive the dish you imagined by reading the menu. Each dish is just a few bites, while their whole menu hardly consists of 13-15 dishes, and the prices reach the ceiling. The ultimate joke was a dish called meatballs, which comes to your table with FOUR meatballs and an inedible sauce. Don't, just don't.
