Have been a frequent guest for professional reasons.
I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Very clean rooms. Super nice staff. Very large room large bathroom cool bathtub, from shaver u shaving foam, over toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a comb in the bathroom was ready was very surprised except schampo u soap naturally standart

Great hotel to stay I only stopped for the one night. Room was big it had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very nice it had a shower with the option of a bath. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great a lot of choice to be had. If you stay remember to close the window at night as the trains will keep you awake.

Very cost conscious stay and staff very friendly and helpful but could have done with non slip mat in the bath/shower and more soap otherwise good parking and comfortable stay.

Convenient location, good value for money, one of the best hotels for travelers in Europe in Hanover.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping places. Very close to the main train station is another plus point. The rooms are neat, beautiful and big. The staffs very very friendly and morning breakfast was a good mix of bread, fruits, bacon, eggs and Müsli. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel and close to the main train stayion. On first day, I asked to change room not next to the rail track but on road side. The clerk complied. The quality of room and cleaniness is high standard. The inclusive breakfast with salmon, cheese and egg is filling. I'd recommend this place if you find a discount as I did.

Nothing to suspend. Quiet cool room in a central location, breakfast was great and bed comfortable.

Hotel is clean and the rooms are furnished to standard. Rooms to the street are very noisy, the windows are not really soundproofed. At night, therefore, you have to cope with busk-noise/street noise. The breakfast is rich and the staff were really very friendly.

Everything is excellent about this hotel. everything looks so clean and new.

Positive: Good bed (mattress comfortable), bathroom clean negative: room in April heated to 27 degrees, complained to the reception, then the windows opened… speechless! According to the night, as "The Usual Suspects" thunder with pimped out exhaust systems along the hotel (central location). Carpet dirty. Breakfast buffet narrow and with little choice. For 10 €/night you can put your car on the rear side of the hotel in about 1.60 m high Boxes! Even the tailgate of a VW Golf 7 beats in the open state above. All in all too expensive and by no means 4 stars!

Historical hotel, cozy place for living and travelling around Hannover, good meal serve here. Near from famous historical main train station, big mall, food court, boutique, Asian Market, and mosque.

In the hotel entrance it smelled uncomfortable. The Teppisch in the hallway was heavily polluted. The room was clean and quiet. I would rather grade the hotel to 3 stars.

Price-performance very good, otherwise something has come up in the years! Very good location…

The rooms are large and spacious but unfortunately there was a lot of dust in my bathroom. The hotel itself is not really special now, in the entrance hall it has also strongly smelled of smoke…

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Central location, unfortunately parking is very limited. Come back.

Very polite staff who responded flexibly to booking changes. The bathroom with the corresponding tub was great. The only criticisms were the lack of milk in the frühstücklichen cereal and the fairly thin ceilings (February).

The railway tracks of the central station run directly behind the hotel. Despite the double windows, there are also train noises to be expected at night. Between midnight and 5 o'clock morning these are a little less, but from then on sleep is no longer to think.
The rooms are decorated in a colonial style and are very gloomy due to the dark wood. My room was clean and had a renovated bathroom with rain forest shower.
The breakfast is a rich buffet.

A very nice hotel, the rooms are large and cozy. Haven't felt so comfortable for this reasonably cheap price. The hotel has an ideal location, unfortunately lack of parking and the staff did not even suggest alternatives with quite unfriendly sound. There are parking garages nearby which can be recommended, instead I have been recommended parking spaces with a maximum duration of 3h.
The breakfast was very good, only the small dining room was a bit cloudy. I'd love to come back.

For the price — performance ratio there are only 3 stars, I was on the 5th floor under the sloping roof, the room was noisy, so I always woke up very early. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is Bahnhofsnah, but there are better hotels for less money.

Some rooms are located directly on the railway line and therefore very noisy. On demand at the reception, however, there was no accommodation but only the statement that the trains would run quieter at night.
Smell in the lobby and some corridors also takes a lot of getting used to.
Breakfast and room equipment itself otherwise good.

Good hotel with kind stuff and good services! Nice room with correct space and soft bed. No noise coming from exterior. Parking OK. Nice breakfast. Less good: Noisy ventilation in the bathroom and high temperature in the room (27).

Amended booking not reflected in the stay resulting in protracted conversations to resolve. Staff friendly enough but systems simply not robust enough to cope with a simple change. Rooms are big but lacking in facilities that are reasonable to expect for a 4 star (bath for example). Breakfast really basic and often lacking (bananas for example were far from fresh). Whole hotel is in need of a refresh to bring it into the 21st century. Also terribly located, kept up by sbahn trains at 1am in the morning even on the top floor. Overall, keep looking. This is not the hotel you should pick if you have a choice…

Well. The traditional 4 star city hotel that lost its shine… Seen it time and time again. Fantastic location, good staff and service, but simply outdated. Inconvenient plugs, old TVs, creaky this and that, lack of parking and high prices. I am sorry to say this, but I am a tad too young to stay here again. Don't get me wrong, it's a good hotel — it's just not for me.

Stayed here for a night. Spacious, comfortable room with a nice rigid bed. The reception warned us that the room was on the train track side and might be a bit noisy, but with the windows closed it wasn't noticeable at all. Great breakfast in the morning and friendly staff at the reception. The only down side was the food we ordered from roomservice. The cheeseburger my girlfriend had wasn't warm and came with lukewarm soggy fries. Luckily we weren't billed for it.

The staffs are nice. The room is nice. Breakfast is nice. The Wi-Fi code changes daily, so if you're staying for more than one night it can be a bit troublesome. But overall, it's nice.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Just their in house restaurant doesn't serve good food.

The location is very good and there were some free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was quite big, but the staff were very kind. Even in the bathroom the one or the other beauty repair could not hurt. The room prices at fair times are pale. The only bar in the hotel is a smoker's, which is more than annoying for non-smokers!

Time to update this hotel. Noisy rooms nearly at the railway (10 Mtr).

Lovely bedrooms and great breakfast with very friendly staff. However proximity to the railway can be an issue in some rooms.

We booked here because it was stated individually controlled aircondition. Had been driving car without from Spain… But sad enough it was not possible to get temperature lower than 21, 8 Celsius. So we complained, staff was very helpful and checked other rooms for possible working aircon, but with no result. Staff told us that this was an issue and had been before. When we were to check out, a manager contacted us and explained in an very condescending way that aircondition was working fine… And he even managed to mention that he was from Mexico and in Mexico 21, 8 Celsius was never a problem. All this while having a smerk grin on his face. He even told me I was funny? This left us feeling ridiculed and made fun of. Rest of staff we spoke to under our stay were very proffesional and understanding. As we left an employee came to us and excused for his managers behavior. This I appreciated. Not worth a stay here if you have any problems or issues during your stay. Shame on you manager. Steven.

Both the location and the fact that it is luxurious and very nice. The price — performance ratio from my point of view is very high. Moreover, compared to the other 4-star hotels in Hanover, the rooms here are more wide. As the last point, I want to thank all the staff; They were always very nice and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the hotel is clean and the room we had was also big! But we specific looked for a nice hotel with air condition but the air condition didn't work as it should so the room was hot and that really destroyed our stay here. If the air condition doesn't work this should be informed before you book and arrives.

Only stayed 2 nights but very friendly staff, nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I would stay there again.

Luxurious rooms, huge bathroom. Excellent staff. Good Wi-Fi. Abit hard to park if you have a tall car.

Unbelievable
We left around 2:30 in the morning (at night)! Why? Negative: 1. Lobby and hallway smell terrible after pipe break (feces?! ). Really, really bad! 2. The room smells very strongly of cigarette smoke (have only hoped for 2 hour Airing, it will not evaporate, was so (from the bad smell, we were often awake) )
4. Anti-Theft Hanger (Really?! Hostel?! )
6. Bed linen in the hostel (not high)
7. Thin blankets (In the Winter rather ugly)
8. Pillows to hard. 7. The bed creaks at every turn so loud, that we were constantly awake. 8. Heating not adjustable! (17, 5 degrees of Fix) (In Winter, with Thin ceiling and not warm bedding but really the minimum. )

Location very central, good service, little onsite parking, sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Close to main train station. Get a room facing the street, away from the train tracks. Great bathroom, bed ok. The entire building smells slightly musty. Very good breakfast. Friendly service.

Overpriced hotel who wants to play the part but doesn t have the right cards to do it.

Rooms were TV reception rather poorly as a legal right, view of the unkempt backyard or on the noisy main road, and the rest suffers from the vibrations of the bordering directly on the backyard trackage of the railway. Rooms are clean, staff very nice, breakfast is top, all in all but not 4 star and 134, — € per night worth…

Very nice Conference Hotel and for business travellers. The interior design is very tasteful and stylish. Unfortunately, there is no sauna or a SPA area and by the tram, it is sometimes a bit noisy.

Good business hotel, beautiful room, central location (unfortunately also directly on the tracks, but the Windows are pretty well insulated).
One was in my room in the bathroom unfortunately cant, so that the shower could lap only up to my shoulder.

An excellent hotel, a four star plus, cozy, clean, friendly staff, slippers, bathrobe, bast and comb in the arsenal of rooms very happy.
Close to the central station and the Center. Recommend.

Super nice people. Fruestueckbuffett even to still amply covered short for 10: 30. Close to the train tracks true our room with closed dark no problem.
