We were there today for Advent brunch. The buffet was perfect! Varied and VERY tasty! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff friendly and attentive 🙂.
We would love to come back!

We had a duck delivered with side dishes last Sunday and it was great. Duck crispy and super taste, also all side dishes great. We will definitely order again in December!

More like a 3* hotel
It's a classy hotel but not not a typical 4 star for Germany… and overpriced. Service and staff are great and hotel is very Central. The rooms are dated would be nice if they updated the rooms and keep a vintage style. Very hard to find a hotel with a bathtub in washroom. The room we booked luckily had a bathtub which was wonderful to relax in. Bathroom is nicely renovated but the door to access the bathroom is really hard to open and are very narrow. To fill up the bath tub you need to step In to the tub to turn on the water on because the glass wall is in the way. The Beds are ok. Pillows are too soft. But they were nice to bring up a firm pillow. TV is small no movies or pay per view tv. To select a different language. Free mini bar. Room Cleaning was good. Restaurant was good but don't order the Veal. Very chewy. Room service restaurant menu on has only 5 or six items to choose from. Cafe and restaurant are beautiful. All in all was just nice to soak in a bathtub and nice friendly service and to be very Central to the shopping. If you are looking for modern rooms this is not the hotel you.

Was there today to have coffee with my parents. The service was really bad. We certainly sat in front of an uncleared table for 10 minutes until a waiter finally took care of us and the table. Although it wasn't really full. And I didn't find the cake so intoxicating. Was really disappointed.

Very nice "older style hotel" superbly located on Ernst August Platz opposite the Hauptbahnhof (Railway Station). Great room and good service throughout. We would happily stay there again if in the lovely city of Hannover.

Great place. Nice bathrooms. Comfy bed.

I had to spend a night there at the expense of DB. The room was very small and simple, but the breakfast was bombastic! I didn't have as much choice and quality as in this hotel. For this alone, the overnight stay was worth it.

The Hotel is nice old hotel near the Hannover central station. Breakfast was good. Staff are nice and polite and if you have reasonable ask to change the room, they will do that without charging you more.

The location is very good and great breakfast, but the hotel itself very disappointing, all the facilities are old especially bathrooms… Tottered feel.

Single rooms are very small and there were still documents of the previous guest in the bedside table. Employees are very nice and attentive. Breakfast is varied and there is nothing.

In the city centre so you can enjoy lot of shopping. You also get Indian vegetarian restaurants nearby.

No air condition in the rooms, extremely small beds designed for kids — not adults, windows do not prevent noise coming from outside, TV low definition — no English channels loaded, dirty carpets inside rooms, daily cleaning not sufficient, Wi-Fi — one of the slowest ever. Definitely stay away from this hotel at all costs.

A decent hotel with a good location, right across from the train station. Great breakfast. The breakfast was very trivia. 0, it's nice. The mini-bar is free a couple of small bottles of water, juice, beer.

Warm welcome very friendly, even with dog you are welcome I was amazed that it is so quiet at night, the rooms are small but tidy and clean and cozy.

The location of this hotel is superb. It's just across from the main railway station and in the centre of the busy town. The hotel is beautiful comfortable and very clean. It has its own restaurant and you can sit outside and watch the world go by… Either with a delicious meal or just a beer.

Super 4 * Hotel with a very good service. The breakfast was very good. Only the light irradiation in my room was annoying. In my view there is a lack of appropriate blackout blinds. Otherwise the room was very clean.

Nice hotel in a great location the hotel is right opposite the main train station, but is also easily reachable by car. In the surrounding parking garages you get as a hotel guest discount and €10 for a day is not too much, there you know worse. The hotel itself makes a good impression, the room was relatively small but OK. The breakfast was very good.
Why 5 stars? There's a simple reason for that. The well-stocked minibar water, apple juice and 2 bottles of beer) was included. The missing, otherwise usual rip off of other hotels, no longer and delights the guest!

Ugly room at the end of the flight. Ancient furniture. Was compensated by free breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

On 1. Christmas day in the Hotel Kaiserhof, Central Hanover for Brunch. Unfortunately, there was some confusion with the booking. But a great solution was presented to us, the came to meet us and our children very much! We were very pleased and have enjoyed the time in the Hotel Kaiserhof. On occasions other Family we will go to the Hotel Kaiserhof back for more! Thank you for your commitment! Merry Christmas, and for 2018, a lot of success.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, attraktive Lage. Leider nicht immer so organisiert, wie ich das bei 4 Sternen erwarten würde. Zimmer nicht mit 4-Sterne-Hotelketten wie Ramada vergleichbar. Essen und insb. Kaffee haben mich nicht beeindruckt. Sympathischer Familienbetrieb, den ich sehr gerne besser bewertet hätte, der sich aber preislich nun einmal in der 4-Sterne-Kategorie bewegt.

We stayed with 3 people for afternoon tea there. At first, very nice service which, however, has abated absolutely quickly. This was probably attributable to fullness, but it was a pity. On our floor The Petit Four was also forgotten, which at 26, €50 per person is also a pity. The tea was first served in beautiful porcelain teapots, the second jug came as a metal jug which was not unbelievable before heat. We had also ordered a cup of coffee, half in the cup half in the saucer and was so even without words preposed. This has absolutely no level! It doesn't even happen at McDonald's! All in all we had an experience but will not recommend this to anyone. Very sad!

Average level hotel, convenient arrangement about central station. On proximity great quantity shops and good transport outcome.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. However, while the windows are well insulated, the walls between the rooms are very thin so that you would hear all what happens in your neighbor's room!

Hotel across the square from Hanover HBH. Very good restaurant serving meals at reasonable prices.

This is not a 4 star hotel if you ask me. Old rooms that are worn down. No ac in a superior room. Only positive thing is the restaurant. The reception should really recommend it.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night on Saturday 3 June 2017. Room was clean and comfortable although a tad tired (curtains were hanging off at end). Staff were very friendly & couldn't do enough to help. Hotel food was exceptional. Only negative was no tea/coffee facilities and no hotel car park (there was a car park around the back of hotel — €10 for 24 hrs). On a plus — there were a couple of beers, apple juice & water in fridge — all free of charge! We would stay here again as in central location.

A great hotel in a excellent position. Our double room was clean and spacious Decor very nice. Complimentary mini bar is handy. Breakfast also good with lovely staff Hotel is opposite the train station so it's convient and easy to find. Can be a bit noisy but if you close the window and all is good. I would stay here again.

I had a very good experience at the Central Hotel — Room was spotless. I asked for a quiet room and indeed my room was very quiet. Reception staff were always helpful, especially Peter. Breakfast was very fresh for buffet style. Hotel was in a very good location for train station. I would definitely stay there again. I was very happy there. Jacqueline Porte.

Fantastic room, lovely staff. As a solo traveller it was a great place to stay. Only extra I would have liked is tea/coffee facilities in the room. Definitely recommend.

Hotel in the middle of the city centre close to the main station.
We had a suite so it was very comfortable to have a separate room with a sofa to sit on as we were there for 10days. I asked for a kettle so I could make my own tea and it was provided. The breakfast is amongst the best we have had and we have stayed in a lot of hotels all over Europe. Would stay again.

Kleines aber sehr gediegenes Zimmer. Sehr guter und zuvorkommender Service. Exzellentes Essen. Ausgezeichnetes Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs.

Central hotel directly at the central station, the restaurant is good and the service very friendly.

Strategically very cheap compared to the train station, with cosy rooms and a large breakfast buffet.

I was there for 5 nights and had booked a single non ref room. It was a beautiful and a cosy room with plenty of amenities that included a free mini bar. The breakfast (included in the booking rate) was sumptuous. The staff were very gracious and helpful. I checked in a little before midnight and had no problems finding the way from Hanover airport. The location is a plus, with it being situated at the heart of the city, the main train station (DB) located just opposite and the underground rails (Kropcke) just at the adjascent street. Plenty of eateries and shopping places around. I look forward to staying here again the next time of my visit.

Negatives: Students room size (10m2), small single bed, no tea or coffee machine in the room, at more then 200€ night. Positives: central location in front of Train Station, shopping Mall just in front and many other shops, good bar restaurant.
