Lovely place. We asked for the room with balcony (based on reviwies on their website) and got it. Reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. Nicely designed rooms (I've been to many outdated crowne plaza hotels, but this one is modern). Loved their "sleep kit" with pillow spray and other ThisWorks bath products. Bathroom is on the smaller side and a bit cramped. Located in quiet street, yet walkable to city center and train / bus station.

Room and breakfast although top. However, we also wanted to be able to sleep there for the price — not possible with existing nightclub directly under the rooms, mobs and brawls on the street in front of it.

I have been to the hotel several times. The rooms are fine for this price range and also clean. Sure, something isn't in order, but it was very rare. The service is very good and the food is well above the average of equivalent hotels. Only the underground car park only goes up to 1.90m height, so I have to park in the nearby garage if the seats are occupied outside. But I knew that before. Overall highly recommended and not only because of the location.

I love waking up in the morning and going to breakfast. The breakfast chef Tanja D. Is the Best! She starts my day with such a friendly smile and delicious waffles with strawberries. I have gotten such personal service, and am encouraged to learn German. I would definitely recommend having breakfast here, even if you're not staying at this hotel.

A very well maintained house with nice facilities. Reception and service very friendly and attentive. Air conditioning in the room — safe and coffee/tea preparation also. Very clean and welcoming. Don't be here for the first time and I'm always happy to stay here.

Very plined Hotel. Breakfast was rich and you could eat outside. Room was clean and even a Desk was available.

Great location in Hanover. Lots of available parking. The hotel is very nice as are the staff. Only complaint would be the lack of American television stations.

Horrible design for usability. I don't know who designed the teeny bathrooms but everything was completely stupid and in the wrong place. The shower head did not want to stay and I kept fearing it'd fall on my head. The spare toilet paper is exactly outside the tub on the side without the shower screen, so when I aimed the shower head higher to adjust it, the spray made the entire toilet paper roll soaked wet, plus half the bathroom floor! There isn't enough space on the little strip in the bathroom to put everything; the usual big counter space in bathrooms is absent here. With a wet floor, not enough space to put stuff, and sink too high for my sore back, I was so angry after the shower. Breakfast the next day made me even angrier. For such a big hotel, costing so much a night, the breakfast had not a single item I could eat! Not even eggs! What kind of breakfast does not serve eggs? I have a lot of food restrictions, but at another hotel I stayed in the area prior to this one, I was always able to have a big breakfast. So I had to leave for the train station on an empty stomach. After the poor room design thing and everything placed in such stupid places, followed by a breakfast I could not find a single item to eat from, I was perfectly pissed when I left. Never, never will I choose to stay here.

The site is centrally located about a 5-minute drive from Zoo. The rooms made an excused impression. The spa area was very nice and adequate. Breakfast left nothing to be desired and there was something for everyone.

Location good for the train and walking to the downtown area. The room I have is a little small as will as the tv. The bed however is very comfortable. The fitness room is extremely small and limited. Great breakfast and good bar and lounge area.

We had a fantastic stay with 2 infants. The room and the children's beds were top. The restaurant offers excellent menus to the room via the room service.
The location near the main train station makes this hotel one of the most central in the city.

The hotel is good and location good as will, I just had bad experience with one of the staff at the front disk which she is not helpful and rude some time, while the rest of the staff very helpful, if you give them you IHG membership no. Expect some of the points not credit and there is a mismatched between the total amount and the point reflecting that amount. I wished there is Holiday inn or intercontinental hotel in Hannover.

Always have our Christmas party here and I don't agree with it at all.

This hotel I can only recommend. Perfect for a few days in Hanover. Very friendly staff. Great location close to Central station. Large and very nicely furnished rooms. Fitness studio, sauna, steam bath and spa available. Massages, pedicures and manicures can be booked. Highly recommended.

As a business traveller the Crown Plaza meets my needs, rooms are a reasonable size, clean and tidy and I had a good night's sleep. Bar area is good in the evenings and breakfast is ok. All in all a good hotel.

This is a nice hotel with good location to Hbf by 10 minutes walking. The room is big and bed is just what I need, not hard and not soft. The BF is delicious with a lot of options as well as smiling staffs there. Will surely come back again when travel to Hannover.

Simply exquisite. The location is just a walking distance from the Hauptbanhof where is the main station and the center for all shopping, restaurants, clubs, and attractions of all sorts. The hotel is very updated and clean. The staff here are professional and friendly. The food in general is good but the breakfast in particular is amazing. The room has got almost everything a traveler might need including an iron with ironing table. I didn't try the gym yet, but will edit if I had the time to try it. The Wi-Fi is free in the rooms with good speed and stability. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hannover.

I have come to Hannover for some time and this is my favourite hotel. Professional and friendly staff, great rooms and good food. A home from home!

I state that the review is only for the restaurant that I tried because invited by friends.
I took a simple fillet with a garnish of potatoes, mushrooms and vegetables and I have to say it was all at the top, if you get it back in Hanover I'll be back.

The hotel is located closed to the main train station.

The Internet is very bad slow and have no cover in most places in the hotel include the restaurant
