Lovely stay at this hotel 2nd to 5th January. The position is excellent, short walk to the s Bahn station. The hotel has obviously been refurbished, everything gleams and sparkles.

We received a warm welcome at reception and were booked in quickly. Hotel is in a great location and was very handy for walking to some of the major sites in Berlin.

This hotel is perfection.

Stayed at this hotel during 2025 7 times. Wonderful location, place to be when in Berlin. Staff very engaged. Doormen always very friendly. Their spa, pool, fitness is excellent and best in Berlin.

Very good hotel, we booked the Half Board option and both the breakfast and the dinner were very nice. The staff was very kind and helpt us with needed requests.

This hotel is located just opposite to the Berlin main train station so the location is very convenient. It is a modern tech savvy hotel where the check in and other processes are automated.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. Room was roomy with kingsize bed, mattress so comfy. Kettle, fridge and tower fan in room, all of which were very much appreciated: as was the balcony.

Excellent location within easy reach of Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, Ubahn station less than 10 minutes walk away, the hotel itself is just of the main road so it can be quiet, room was a good

Great week there.
Spacious rooms but terrible air conditioning system. The control system seemed to do nothing except emit a bright green light at night!

Absolutely amazing. Ideal location, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and most importantly, 24/7 sauna, with a lounge area, towels, water, showers, lockers.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bed and a big, modern, shower.
The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel.

What an amazing room! So much space in 313. Big and comfortable bed. Big bathroom and superb quality shower. Housekeeping was great over the five nights spent here.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Neuer Fritz. From check-in onwards, nothing was too much trouble for the staff – everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Overall I loved our stay here, honestly no complaints at all. From the moment we met the reception staff Patricia and Hyden we were sure everything would go smoothly so friendly and professional.

We spent three nights here while in town for the Berlin Marathon and overall it was a good experience. The public areas and rooms felt clean and well-maintained.

Well, you have basically no contact with people, you make your own check in and check out so hard to rate service.
Hotel is ok, spaces are good and is comfortable, nice and clean.

Stayed for 5 nights in an apartment with a kitchen. Spacious however kitchen area is a bit cramped but adequate for our needs which included cooking meals 4 nights we were there.

We loved staying at the Adina Apartment Hotel in Berlin — we had a nice upper floor room (512) with a lovely outlook.

Return visitors. Love it here. Amazing views (superior room floor 5) … and a warm welcome. Like the quirky style and unusual room layout, with movable screens and curtaining.

Enjoyed it but not a 4-star hotel. I also fan very loud at night and made it hard to sleep. Good breakfast.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin. Loved the atmosphere of the hotels. Rooms are cozy and interior is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

What a treasure! The feel of a lovingly maintained bed and breakfast in an historic building, but the privacy of a hotel.

The stay there was exceptional. A wonderful apartment with a living room and a bedroom. Everything is tastefully decorated, with endless closets for storage and plenty of accessories.

We had a great experience — check in went well and was super friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great.

We had a wonderful city break in Berlin. We were greeted on arrival by Maria. She was welcoming and gave us so much helpful information re Berlin.

Rooms were quite tiny, without much wiggle-room, however, the location was amazing.

This hotel is great! the rooms were quite small but it's what was expected. Fan included in the room was useful. The bathrooms were not too busy and kept clean, as was the entire site.

A refreshing change from the usual hotels, this is a converted house with a lovely garden. Nice spacious room, decent bathroom. Breakfast is ok.
A 10 minute walk from the station.

Delightful place to stay.
We were visiting Berlin with another couple. This little hotel is a real gem. We luckily had the rooms directly onto the courtyards which were lovely.
