Great Hotel no matter how you look at it:
1. Great and helpful service by the front desk team.
2. Clean and quiet rooms (Large shower)
3. Excellent location — 100 meters from all types of public transport, several coffee shops / Restaurants within minutes from the hotel.
It's not my first time in the city but this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far.

We stayed for 3 nights in August. It was a nice and comfortable stay. We had spacious room. Loved friendly staff and their willingness to help. Amazing lounge lobby with board games, which was great since we travel with kids. Small fitness room, but we found the equipment we needed. Great breakfast. Hotel is highly recommended. This in not the first time we are staying in this hotel chain and I love their design and overall vibe ☺️ thank you!

Nice cute hotel to spend a weekend or some days in Berlin.
First the positives: the location is great! Having the main train station very close and a metro station just some minutes away. The rooms are clean and the toilets pretty spacious. The lobby and personel are very friendly! Didn’t have any troubles during check in. Breakfast was ok, but nothing out of this world. I loved the mini bar though!
Some critique points, the rooms felt a bit small and outdated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Maybe changing to other pillows would help. It’s a good hotel to stay but felt a bit short in the end.
For the price it is definitely worth it though!

The rooms are very utilitarian and everything is made of the cheapest workable materials. There is a lot of light in the morning due to very short curtains.

Not sure whether parquette is high quality, but the chairs are for sure the cheapest possible. The curtains could be considered optimal if you want your room to be full of light early in the morning and some people indeed do.

Great location it is by a tram and metro station. In a really nice area, walkable distance from bars and restaurants.
Breakfast and minibar was a bit disappointing but service in general was great. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.
So sad we discovered the pool table too late but next time we will for sure have a match.

Not a bad little hotel — clean, nice-sized rooms and even tea included. Didn't try breakfast as it felt unnecessarily pricey. There are lots of cafes nearby if you choose to do have breakfast out. Shower a little weak. Housekeeping need a little nudge, but all in all a pleasant stay, especially if you choose a room facing the courtyard.

Friendly welcome, easy check in and out. Good breakfast. The room is suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay, although could do with a kettle. Bed is comfy. Outside can be a little noisy but not a busy road. Good location close to station.

Our family had a great stay here while exploring Berlin. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean plus we had free soft drinks in our mini bar. The breakfast was excellent, it was good quality foods and lots to choose from. We ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was very good. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby so there is a good choice.
The staff were very kind and helpful, our airport transfer to leave was quite late in the day and the staff let us leave luggage while we did some last minute exploring.
The hotel lobby was very comfortable and there is a pool table which we enjoyed, as well as some board games and a football table. Great if you have kids with you to while away some time.
There is a underground very nearby so travel is easy but we walked a lot, you can walk to most central areas in about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Berlin! The hotel itself is a great place to base and has lots of spaces to work or hang out within the hotel. It’s close to the central station and you have so many great public transit connections. Lots of great restaurants in the area as well.

Central location close to tram stations. Room was spacious, very clean, modern and offered lots of free drinks in the minibar. Reception was friendly. What I found uncomfortable was that we got disturbed twice in the morning by the housekeeping staff despite having put a sign outside until I noticed someone had removed the sign (obviously for fun or whatever reason? ). Taxes were requested after the stay. I'd suggest to collect them during check-in to avoid any misunderstandings and bad impression.

Excellent location! 9 mins by tram away from Berlin Central Station. 16 mins if you choose to walk.
1 min away from Schwartzkopffstraße subway station. Last but not least, it is few mins away from different restaurants and the supermarket EDEKA is at the end of the block.
Can't complain about the service. The check in and check out process were quick and easy. I didn't have much interaction with the front desk which is a good sign because it means I didn't have any problem during my stay.
I got the Inner courtyard room. I did not hear any noise from the city side so I had pretty good sleep. The room was super clean and got complimentary drinks. The room is well designed to maximize every inches of the room.
I reduced 1 star from the overall score because I found the courtyard room to be a bit small. The room is 21M2 which is about 226 square foot. 226 square foot is considered small for a room for two people with a bathroom, as a typical bathroom alone takes up around 50-100 square feet. If you are a super organize person, then you will have no problem. However, you will be in trouble if you stay with a significant other or children who is messy. In addition, the coffee table is located right under the TV so you will block others view if use the coffee table and you will not be able to watch the TV while having a breakfast/ meal.

Location is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast has plenty of good options and food quality was top notch. Service is also professional. They gave some free chocolates and there were a couple of free drinks in the mini bar on arrival and those were very tasty. Only downside is the gym is very small and the cable machine in the gym wasn't working when I was there. There were 3 guests doing exercise (one rowing, one running and one lifting weights) when I visited and the gym was very crowded.

Nice hotel. Good value in a good location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Only negative is that the rooms are too warm. Not practical to have window open because of the busy road.

Great location with many things in walking distance. We spend two nights there, but the breakfast wasn't good, max okay-ish. I would go there again, but not take the breakfast and rather look for a nice coffee shop. The room is nice and simple, but we weren't spending much time there anyways.

Single female traveller review:
Hotel is in a boring area but <30 min walk from attractions and <15min from nice restaurants.
Rooms are clean but vvvvvery minimal. No kettle, no iron, weird gym like shower and the water STINKS! My the sulphur smell is so bad — I found this very unpleasant.
There is no detail at all in the rooms, beds are hard and sheets are lacking. You get what you pay for and I was on a work trip so I can’t complain but I could not sleep. If ur not as picky as me you’ll be fine.
Breakfast is very nice, lots of fresh food, good quality eggs and fresh bread.
Staff is attentive and fine as well.
