I stayed at Hotel Am See for six weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place during a long trip.

An absolute treasure of a place to stay. Very friendly and the accommodations are great. Enjoy dinner and breakfast with great food.

The room was modern, clean and spacey. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It was quiet and nice, I had a great sleep. The reception was friendly and everything went great.

Again a good overnight stay after a long drive. Was the only hotel that was open. Real rescue. Staff very friendly and quiet room with great view.

I think decent price/value offer, went there for a Business trip, we travelled by car, convenient parking, close by stores if needed. Good restaurant with pleasant staff, very nice breakfast offer.

It was a beautiful experience. Hotel is situated in a beautiful area. Comfortable and modern decor. Amazing staff. Delicious food. My thanks to the chef for accomodating our little changes.

Stayed here for a night on our way back to sweden and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.

My recent stay at Alpenhof in Krün was wonderful, largely thanks to the incredible owners! There was an issue with the reservation on the booking.

Last stayed here 12 years ago, it was good then but has since had a lovely refurbishment. I stayed in single ensuite room 22, very light and airy with a large balcony with mountain views.

We arrived late in the evening for our stay at the hotel, we had previously arranged with reception to pick up our room keycard from a machine outside the hotel as the entrance is not staffed 24

Well located a minutes to the harbour. We had a spacious room with a small seating area. Although a long walk to the room from the lift. Looks like this hotel has taken up two buildings connected.

Highly recommend! We stayed here in June '25 and had the best time. Lovely property with super cozy rooms. The newly refurbished bathroom was a treat. Very inviting and comfortable.

The location was perfect. The hosts were very nice people. The room was perfect and clean. I recommend Ferienhaus Heimhof! I will go back there again.

Top! This is how you imagine Bavarian cuisine and a restaurant in the Bavarian Forest. The staff was more than accommodating and requests were addressed more than excellently.

We've had dinner here several times, always in a good mood, very service-oriented and friendly innkeeper who welcomes and serves us in a friendly manner! You don't find that everywhere.

Excellent Bavarian cuisine. We came here four times with three kids. The kids' dishes are delicious. We tried various meals ourselves and were never disappointed.

I visited last week. It was great. The lady of the guest house was amazing. We had really nice time there. Everything is so beautiful and perfect.

Wonderful place to stay! Our host Carmen was so welcoming and friendly. Comfy beds and a delicious contintental breakfast. Great location to town for walking to dinner. Highly recommend for anyone.

Beautiful scenery around the hotel, the staff is great but there is a real problem with acoustics between rooms. And when the sun breaks into your room at 6am, despite the curtains, it is not great.

Our receptionist was super friendly, we had lovely breakfast, lovely coffee. Cleaning service is slacking. Else 10stars for the price you pay. Oh and bed super comfy.
