Very good hotel for relax and good saleep break fast excelent.

Great hotel highly recommended with good service the reception is very accommodating with sufficient free parking and short way to the promenade to Gunzenhausen. It should also be mentioned that 2 e-bikes and 2 bicycles are available for rent.

Wi-Fi is virtually unusable. In our room the mini-fridge was defective. Despite the complaint, it was neither repaired nor offered another room.

Clean quiet rooms, decent breakfast.

Rooms nice and clean. I expected more from breakfast at the price. Construction site right next door.

Large rooms, excellent food. Everything clean. Nevertheless, there is a deduction, because my room for a 4-star house was quite lovelessly decorated and the W-Lan was unnecessarily to use. The food was excellent and was served quickly. The service was friendly.

Very nice hotel. Service in reception and restaurants very good. Cleanliness in the rooms and wellness leaves unfortunately to be desired.

The dinner was not particularly good, but the facilities in the spa area and the offer for example massage was good. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

A total of 7 times with 56 passengers of the Elbus-Reisen have been there. All satisfied.

Nice hotel, room with some worn out furniture, very clean bathroom. Restaurant very good, tasty dinner, breakfast good (but not tip), very friendly staff. But: the bathing and sauna area is disappointing, mini sauna and too little rest are costing the 5th star.

We are at the Park Hotel for the second time. Again we were very satisfied, from the food to the wellness area. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep it that way.

A great hotel with excellent wellness area, good food and great service. Especially noteworthy is the cordial bar lady and the delicious cocktails.

Beautiful country-style hotel (not quite my thing), with a lovely spa consisting of saunas, steam room and pool in the basement. Breakfast is average for four stars.

Had a beautiful candlelight dinner here. Can I recommend anyone here the price is right, will be happy to come back.

Here you can relax really well. After a nice walk, a shopping tour or one of the many leisure activities you can do here, you are in the beautifully designed wellness area with indoor pool, saunas — a classic Finnish sauna and an organic sauna with infrared — a Steam bath, a Thermarium and experience showers are well-kept.
Afterwards you can dine at Star level even if the restaurant does not have one yet. The attentive service staff will endeavour to satisfy all your wishes, including incompatibilities and making almost anything possible.
The rooms have enough space and have everything you need closet, desk, beds with new mattresses, separate luggage storage, a spacious bathroom completes the whole thing.

I can only report positive about the Parkhotel. We had booked again, as so often, the happy days. Our room No. 220 is very large, equipped with extra couch, sideboard and large bathroom. The downside to the bathroom is the bathtub, while showering outside the floor is soaking wet. Don't take the room any more, although it is otherwise great. The food was not to be surpassed once again. At breakfast on Sunday everything was busy and the staff had a lot to do and still remained friendly and tried to fulfill all wishes. We were also happy to use the wellness area again. What is missing is a solarium, which was there in the previous years. But otherwise you can not complain, small cozy sauna area, whirlpool, nice swimming pool, everything there. So we were very happy again and will come back in February, which we are already looking forward to.

Nice hotel, room very clean, central location, for the size of the hotel a little too small wellness area! As already reported by several, bathrobe and Whirlpool have to be booked for a fee.

It is called a wellness hotel but there is not really the feeling if wellness… The rooms are good with a great view but the wellnessroom is a little pool, a bunch of seats and a sauna. There is no place outside to lay down.

We have a great weekend on the 31.05.14 happy. At first, it was quite nice, the Restaurant is superb, the staff during the day very nice. As, however, we wanted to sleep, we had a disco and a shooter Feeling directly under us. On demand has been succinctly answered that it is an event that takes even longer, why are we on arrival were not so informed was "This is a short-term event" for an answer, which of course is absolute nonsense, as everyone knows. We got no apology, no Zimmertausch offered, only a hämischer greeting good night's sleep. The something in such a Hotel is even possible is beyond me, we wanted to relax and not to Party until morning. Thanks for the worst Night we ever in a Hotel had.

Staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient and appropriate for everyone. In the Spa area could be at the Pool, however, still a handrail to be attached as well as the disabled better rise from the water. The railway in the vicinity of passes is not optimal at night very loud. The massages were only to recommend.
