It was a good hotel overall. I think there the facilities were not up to the mark. There should have been a vanity kit, toothpaste and brush, etc.

This is NOT like Super 8 in USA. Higher German standards bring higher level of service. Extensive German breakfast for you and 1 guest for 9 Euro. Great deal and restaurant serves dinner with bier and wine available. Wonderful shower. Quiet location. Just next to hotel Bus 177 takes you to Frankfurter Ring U2 station. Otherwise 20 minute walk. Will strongly consider this or West Munich location upon return.

Very nice hotel. Is rather new, so all materials are Well chosen. Service and breakfast is also very good! The ideal choice of you're looking for a clean business hotel.

The hotel is very modern and tastefully decorated. It is ideally connected to the public transport network and only a few kilometres away from the city centre and the Allianz Arena. The W-Lan is free of charge and parking, directly in front of the hotel, is free of charge. The rooms are not very spacious but large enough for a shorter stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €9 per person extra. The price is justified as the breakfast was very varied and also hot dishes were offered. The only point of criticism I think is that it was very cold in the room, although we had the heating constantly turned up to 30 °c (! )! It remained cold — seemingly a defect. Otherwise highly recommended.

Simple but modern and comfortable rooms. Really liked it.

Do not be put off by the dusty logo. The hotel is relatively new with a modern design and fresh colors. The rooms are compact. The room still looks cosy due to small practical details such as extendable storage areas and a beautiful lighting concept. Breakfast is not the largest, but everything is included in a live cooking station. Unfortunately, the staff were a bit careless. For a long time, the coffee cups were missing or the tables were not cleared. Still a good choice in Munich.

Very pleasant hotel, how were a night there for a concert on the weekend. Breakfast is also good for you to take with you. There is a lot, bacon, scrambled eggs, rolls etc. Overall clean, but not too posh, you feel very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are very attentive and the room is very clean. Noises from the hallway go one to one into the rooms. The rooms are clean and modern, staff knows no service idea but is okay. The transport connection is great. The app is not to use.
For the price I would look for a different accommodation.

I spent a night here on business and the hotel offered me everything it needs. It was clean hygienically well lit and stylishly decorated. The only drawback is the breakfast it was very laid out on meat some more variety would be desirable.

Traveling for work I have found this hotel comfortable for his position in the industrial area of munchen north. Our room was really tiny (not even space for a wardrobe) and walls are thin (if you know what I mean. ) but also clean and cozy and with a really good internet connection. Never experienced slowdown or disconnection, common in other hotels. I really appreciated the breakfast, rich and various. Will come back if again in the area.

Really clean modern looking rooms. The beds are quite firm but surprisingly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff are polite, quick and efficient. In order to get to your floor you need your room key to access the elevator and the staircase, which I think is a great security feature. It is a little further out from the city centre, but fairly easy to get to by transit. The tram will leave you across the street from the hotel and it can take anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes to get to München hauptbahnhof (central main station) depending on the date and time. The rooms are a bit small but just enough for what you need. Our AC worked perfectly fine. You can screen mirror from your cell phone to the smart TV however with their Wi-Fi you can't stream and screen mirror at the same time, so I suggest downloading what you want to watch to your phone then screen mirroring it. You can also bring the cables to connect your iPad or tablet to the TV. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when going back to Munich.

Friendly staff and good service. Nice buffet breakfast served in the mornings. Only down side is that there is only a glass pannel between the room and shower. Not functional when sharing a room with a friend or colleague.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Place was superb! Almost brand new and very clean. It had a safe in the room and Wi-Fi. Definitely recommended.

The location was easy to drive to with a tram stop across the street. We liked that you can borrow bikes for free. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The room was nice and updated and the Wi-Fi worked great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that we could rent bikes for free. Price was good. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the AC. It was a pretty hot week and we booked here because it said they had AC. The AC was more of a fan — it just circulated a little air and the room never cooled down. Other than that, everything was great.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, rooms were small enough but we didn't mind because we weren't staying long. There's no wardrobe storage so we didn't unpack any clothes. Very clean and beds were comfortable, public transport is close by which is handy. Only downfall was there wasn't much offered on their dinner menu so we ate elsewhere.

Great hotel for a fair price. Modern and clean rooms. The location is a bit away from the city center, but has decent public transportation connections.

Clean rooms even if they are a little small. Heated floors in the bathroom are a big plus. Breakfast is good, coffee is excellent! They brag with free coffee and tea during the day but charged me 2, 5€ for a tea.

The hotel is simple but modern furnished. The air conditioning was set to the maximum level in winter and could not be regulated or deactivated. The room seemed pretty clean. There is a rich breakfast buffet. If you are lucky, you will find a free parking lot in the side street. Alternatively, you have to resort to a €15 expensive car park in the hotel's own car park.

Modern new hotel with rich breakfast. The fault of the lack of wardrobe I find unjustified. There are enough hoes and temples in the room. If you live in a new building, you will also be aware of it and find it exaggerated!
I would like to come back and recommend it. Many free parking spaces in front of the door, which is seldom found in MUC!

Very clean and attractive hotel. The rooms are stylishly designed and modern, but very noisy, you could hear every word from the neighbouring room, closet addiction and heating did not go, I gave me a second blanket. According to Nice gentleman at the front desk it was supposed to be attached to the wrong thermostat (can you fix it if you know it)
Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice, with 9 euros per person I find something much. I find the underground parking space for 15 euros, who is not lazy, then prefers a few minutes to continue. I would return for the price at any rate:)

It is located to the north of the city and of first sight it could seem difficult to move to the center, but it is not so because the bus stop is around the hotel and if you cross the street is the tram stop, both connect you fast with the subway. The hotel is new, nice rooms, comfortable beds, the Internet connects perfect, friendly staff, all very well!
