This is a nice and comfortable hotel, high quality service, fabulous rooms, clean and nice. I've really liked staying here, thank you) ) ) )

Disadvantages: -no helpers for carrying luggage -poor housekeeping specially for lavatory -need to connect to Wi-Fi every time -not replacing all bath towels -no free parking (€10 per day) Advantages: -nice welcoming -helpful and kind stuff -close to tram station and bus stop -accepted Wi-Fi signal and speed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is very friendly and competent. Clean rooms and very pleasant location. Good breakfast is for everyone. We were very happy and will be happy to come back.

I've been there several times, in business trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattress is of very good quality and the hole ways are quiet, so sleeping conditions are excellent. Breakfast is also quality. There's a bus station 100 meters away and the metro line is 1.5km away (reachable by bus). Last but not least: the bar is opened all night.

This is a three star hotel. A very modern construction with a minimalist and practical design. Very comfortable and an extraordinary cleanliness. The only negative is that it is on the periphery although with good public services you can move to the centre of Munich in a few minutes. The average price to other hotels of the same category.

Modern hotel with TT basic services and staff really helpful and kind, affordable advice.

Great service and great quiet room. The bed was very comfortable and the equipment pleasant.
What was missing, though, were several towels and a floor towel.
Otherwise there is also coffee to cook yourself.
The breakfast is a little overpriced, but leaves nothing to be desired.
Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

1 hour walk to downtown. It's a 25-minute tram ride. The view was terrible and the staff seemed slightly irritated and not very motivated. The rooms are simple and small, so nothing special. Even the surroundings are nothing special … Probably more suitable for younger couples or businessmen … Parking is only available on weekends … However, it is possible to park opposite in the garage for an extra charge. Personally, though, I won't be arriving and staying there …

Profesional stuff, clean rooms and modern and good breakfast. In the room I had smart TV so you can connect with your phone or HDMI cable. There are some bus station near by.

In the room it was when we arrived very hot and stuffy. We only had the possibility to tilt a window, because the other one was missing the handle and was not possible to open it anyway.

Zimmer sind groß und sauber sie könnten jedoch etwas liebevoller eingerichtet sein. Die Lage ist gut mann ist schnell mit dem Auto in der City. Das Parken mit 10€ am Tag in einem Parkhaus direkt am Hotel sehr günstig.

Very nice and well equipped hotel. The receptionists made a very good impression and tried very hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very good and something for everyone. Everyone is at his expense. The parking spaces are in a kind of parking garage and worth your money. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room and facility's. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed with two children in a two double bed suite and they loved the size of the rooms! Breakfast was excellent. The children ate for free and enjoyed having so much choice. We travelled very easily to the Allianze arena and the Olympic park. The tram is a 4 minute walk and it takes you directly to the trains which are very easy to use. We had an excellent time here and would definitely recommend!

A good choice and a great hotel.

A good budget hotel, highly recommended for those who come on a business trip, to business partners, to football and for treatment, all this is very close to the hotel. Very convenient logistics, who by car has parking, the hotel can take an hourly rental car and bike, near the tram and subway stop, not far to go to the shuttle to the airport. The hotel itself is new and very clean, there is a room for negotiation, most importantly stable and very fast internet (free) throughout the territory. A very comfortable gym. Always welcome and welcome guests.

Comfortable and clean hotel not far from the city center. Front desk staff were polite and pleasent as well as the bar tender. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Munich area.

It's a very good hotel. Good location, cousy rooms, delicious breakfast. The Wi-Fi connection had its ups and downs, but didn't have much impact on my stay.

The price is low for Munich. There's a parking lot nearby. Nearby is a tram stop. Not far from leaving the city. Easy to find. If you go to the city, take day tickets, because you will need to go with transfers and so it will be cheaper. There are no ticket ingescans at the stop, but you can buy it on the tram.

The parking lot is some distance from the hotel. You need to drive along the next star Inn Comfort hotel and at the end there will be an open multi-level parking lot. Works on the cards that are issued at the reception. Nearby is a construction site, take the rooms to the west.

Awesome stay for a quick trip to Munich. Room was exactly as advertised. Location to bus stops and train stations were only minutes away. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff. Wide choice of breakfast. Overall a very good place to stay. The only negative thing about the hotel was the temperature of the room. It was way too hot and the thermostat didn't do much.

It's a business hotel, nothing more nothing less. Friendly staff and the breakfast is good, too. You can visit the bar 24/7 and enjoy a beer … but that's basically it. I had a problem with the shower, saying it was simply not staying at the intended position and always moving down, what makes the morning more tricky as it is anyway ;) If you want to walk downtown. Don't even think about it … it's a hell of a walk. Either you take the next taxi or you should try to find a station and take the tram or bus. Last but least, they have a parking garage at the end of the street with some parking lots marked with the hotel name. Either you drive in directly or ring the bell…

After 7 days we at check out not even goodbye on the part of the staff said real arm € 10 were booked so I can use 2 forks and a plate and it never had to be the housekeeping on various things.

The Star Inn has modern funktionel equipped rooms and is equivalent to 3 stars. There are Shampoo and glasses. No Minibar. Negative to me is really just the missing electrical outlet in Bettnähe noticed. For 1-2 nights with 80 euros without Breakfast absolutely i. O.
