Special thanks for the beautiful room upgrade and the abundant pillows in the room.
Despite the high outside temperatures at night, the ventilation provided a pleasant temperature for sleeping.
The 24-hour service at the reception, including advice for a good city tour in Munich, is also very good.

We recommend the hotel further, especially because of the central location and the good price-performance ratio (except the breakfast price).

We have no disadvantages to mention compared to the well-known hotel sizes of this hotel.

Infinitely slower check-in. You will be cashed immediately, but you will not receive an invoice. This is supposed to come in 10 minutes by mail. Of that. I complained on departure, then it went.
Room to the street noisy. Around 4.30 street cleaning, then delivery for the surrounding shops. Room okay, but loveless.
Breakfast weak and not worth its money. Only baked goods and cheap products. Shown on the invoice with 15 euros.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room already had some signs of use, but was beautiful, modern, as well as comfortably equipped. The location is central and quiet due to the side street. We didn't have a booking with breakfast, because of our activities. We were able to park our car safely in the underground car park for a reasonable fee. We will be happy to book there again on our next stay in Munich, if possible.

Great for business trips, maybe a little small. No buthtube, only shower. The personnel is great, fluent in English and extremely helpful. Close to the English gardens and the breakfast is just perfect.

Great hotel. Rooms are of excellent quality. Bed was really good. Breakfast buffet was good. I didn't like the aircondition in the rooms and I couldn't turn it off, but of course that's a preference.

Dear I — I don't think so again.
Even the "quiet" rooms to the rear are no quieter than those to the street. Construction work in the courtyard and the harness rattling, door flaps and the loud conversations from early to late of the adjacent locations in the courtyard do not allow for quiet rooms. The view of open bins with food leftovers from the restaurants is also not pleasant. The rooms are far too warm, the air conditioning doesn't seem to cool. The ventilation of the mini-fridges is loud. The winter bed linen is standard and already far too warm in May. Hotel is in need of renovation. The "cell-like" dining room is also not cosy and the 1/2 price for the breakfast buffet would be reasonable. We got to a trivial mind, had a cheaper breakfast next door in the Cotidiano.
Actually a 2 star hotel with twice the room rates than actually appropriate. Too bad, staff very friendly and anxious.

This is a very clean hotel with a good service and located very close to the center. There are a lot of alternative eatery places, nice cafes and restaurants as well as markets and stores. The only negative thing is rooms are small as the hotel building is small.

My stay lasted only one day, for that I felt very comfortable, for everything was taken care of!

It is a small, comfortable and friendly hotel, close to the English garden and well connected. Breakfast is varied and healthy. A safe value when I visit the city.

Reasonably comfortable, good Wi-Fi and breakfast but no bar or restaurant.

Check-in took 30 min at midnight because our booking was recorded in the system for only one person instead of two. Accordingly, the room was equipped only for one person, although the room was effectively booked for 2 people (written confirmation from us was before). The night porter was also not able to make an invoice. All in all, the check-in plus receipt of the items lasted for another person well an hour.
The next day the Türbatterie was empty, so we could only get back into the room with the help of the night porter. The night porter did not get the idea to provide us with a room card for the master switch, so we had to use our own card. — All in all, really unsatisfactory handling! Also the friendliness left to be desired.

Clean and centrally located. Top Price/performance.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with this hotel. I booked and cancelled two hours later and they charged me full price. I asked for, my invoice and still I don’t have it. What is wrong with you? You don’t have a good service. It seems to me that you are desperate to earn money! Will never visit your hotel!

Very comfortable hotel: room quite spacious, comfortable and clean, location of the hotel great, staff friendly and helpful, we did not have breakfast in the hotel Therefore I cannot judge it, not eating much at breakfast €15 for breakfast there They seemed wasted and we preferred to have breakfast elsewhere.

Was absolutely OK, clean, higher quality furnishings, breakfast was plentiful but not exotic.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful. Close to the historic center by the subway. Nice shopping street.

A most pleasant weekend break whilst visiting friends and loved ones in town. Very helpful and polite staff. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Good value for money but … there is no bar! What a pity!

Good price-performance in top location. Not the cuddly haven for a romantic getaway, but for the lonely business traveller a reasonable shelter.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations for the area. Very happy, danke!

Quite simple — and the breakfast is definitely not fair to its price.

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The room is just as expected and each room has its own Wi-Fi network. Also there is a modern standard TV which is screen mirroring capable. The service is okay, just one of the receptionists was a little bit over-motivated. In short it's a good hotel for a business trip.

Breakfast a bit Mau and room forward noisy. Otherwise good.

The hotel is very nice and the staff courteous. Not a positive review as there is not the possibility you have extra bed in the room, a real problem for those travelling with children.

Liked the kind sized bed. Wish there were bigger rooms. Room only big enough for 1 person in my opinion, not a couple.

Very elegant, very clean and very good service. The only one but, is that towards some cold in the room because you cannot disconnect the air conditioner.

Beautiful modern room and buffet breakfast.

HOtello is your regular hotel for the business travelers. The rooms are clean, well fitted and mostly quiet. I thought it was rather expensive for the just about average experience, but as mentioned: a hotel streamlined for business travelers. If you bring a laptop also bring a patch cable.

Clean and modern. Nice employees. Have lived there again like during my project stay in Munich.
