Very good for a two star hotel. Comfortable, and service was really nice and kind. It's a bit far from the city centre, but there is plenty of parking space on the street outside.

Staff was helpful & friendly, room was clean and more importantly smoke smell free. It would be unfair to compare 1:1 with U. S hotel at this price point but better than most we’ve been to anywhere in EUR. Note: We’re a family of 5 with multiple EUR trips over the years for comparison.

Central Hotel with good metro access to the Centre. Rooms very small and minimalist, Staff okay, can occasionally work a bit on the Friendliness. Price/Performance for Munich absolutely fine.

The room is very comfortable and clean. All service forces are very nice and courteous. Breakfast is rich and offers the right for every taste.

The Parking spaces are not free, 11 Euros you pay per Day.
The Rooms are dingy and you only get one Towel per Person. There is no Wardrobe and no Place where you can store the Suitcases.
Breakfast is good, it is regularly refilled and the Food is fresh and nicely prepared.

Site without luxuries but very competent in all the options, room well, location well, breakfast good and super nice and attentive. They gave me a suitcase at the airport and they helped me talk to everyone so I could get it back. Very well in all respects.

The Ibis Hotel is visually in the nineties and is perfectly located in the vicinity of the subway. The equipment justifies the 2-star, however, such a group could quietly perform the cosmetic treatments faster. There were a lot of small ugly corners and spots in the hotel — as in the room area. The room facilities are OK, the bathroom very small and spartan. But for our city trip it was completely enough. The price of the hotel is good, but I still do not understand this breakfast price. And the €15 would not have been worth it to me as I can have breakfast in muc perfectly away. Since hotel is also perfect for onsite travel from the airport, as just opposite the Lufthansa shuttle in 25 minutes for €11 to the airport every 15 minutes. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly reception staff, which has improved our stay.

Nice new hotel on the entrance to the city of Vilnus. Clean large rooms. Breakfast and all the stuff. Close to the airport.

Good quality hotel. Usual Ibis standard. Rooms need refurbishment, bathroom could be cleaner. Only one lift, during breakdown, Cumbersome for elderly people.

Hotel was fine: Our room was clean and quiet; Breakfast was great and was constantly replenished, even gave a waffle iron; Subway station can be reached in a few minutes. Happy to be back!

Very bad hotel! Reception was rude. For dinner I was sent to the bar with the children, got a pizza without mozzarella, just a dough with Tomatenpürre on it, a completely lampigen salad and a really disgusting soup! Then it was called the mozzarella is out, had to pay for everything the full price! Although none of it was edible. As an apology we got a club sandwich, was also inedible! Never again we go to this hotel!

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

When you need a hotel to sleep, then boldly choose Ibis, nothing superfluous, silence and order guaranteed. In London, in Munich and in Moscow, Ibis is the same everywhere. And in Munich it is still near the Metro in three stations from the exhibition center in which I had to work.

Good location. Standard Ibis, as well as all over the world. Cosmetic repairs will be needed soon. There is an underground parking at the price of 11 euros per night. Standard European breakfasts.

Clean rooms, price/power absolutely fine. Good location, as subway 100 meters away towards the stadium and towards Marienplatz. Drawback: relatively small rooms and too little towels, but at the reception you get more.

Kleine Zimmer zu 2t kann man sich nicht gleichzeitig bewegen. Für die Gäste kann das hotel ja nix. Aber wenn man in die Marmelade mit dem Finger rein geht, ablenkt und das dann noch mal wiederholt. Naja gehört man in kindergarten. Personal ist gut. Zimmer zur Straße hin leider recht laut.

Nice hotel but not a lot of places in the hotel to talk. TVs are small, but staff is very nice.

Clean room with free Wi-Fi, breakfast is also good. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport.

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had many options and met expectations given the price point of this hotel.

The room was very clean. Ideal for a couple of nights. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and committed. Only point of criticism, the double beds like to drift apart. May interfere, but must not.

Quality within the expected. The room was a bit fair in size on which on the other hand there was only one phone, one TV and two lamps on the bedside tables. In the bathroom you only find along with the towels the hairdryer and the hand soap. There's not even a comb. The best thing is the bed which is very comfortable, the noise isolation and the heating that keeps the room very warm. Recommended but for your price next time see other options.

I was in the hotel for two weeks. Good breakfast and they were permanently resetting. The room is normal size with air conditioning and no carpets, the cupboard has no doors and it is 5 shelves and a hanger with hangers, is quite fair for long stays. The TV is small but it works. The plug is quite far away from the bed, a normal cable is not arriving next to the bed. The laundry service the worst as on the third day we asked for the paper to send the laundry to wash and until five days later we were not given the paper, only when we threatened to put a claim. If I could go to another hotel just for the messing of the laundry.

Easy to reach by train (about 15min from Central Station by subway), nice staff, cozy room. Free Wi-Fi with easy access, but a little too slow.

Friendly staff but room too small and cheap materials used in room. And the bathroom is very cramped and small. For this price you can expect something more.

Stayed here for a business trip and have some thoughts about the room. They're not cheap by the way, but the company was paying and I keep the price in mind for when I would be personally booking a room here. The good: — Staff is nice — Location is good, close to the U6 and business area — Housekeeping does a good job — 24/7 Bar The mediocre: — No closets to store your clothes in — Breakfast is not included in the price — Not really many amenities The bad: — Free Wi-Fi is terrible. If you want to have a good Wi-Fi speed you have to pay 6 euros extra per day. It's 2017 and I can get high speed internet at the McDonalds for free, this is just ridiculous. The standard internet speed is enough for doing light browsing, but you can't even watch a youtube video or have a Skype call. The company paid between 100~180 euros per night which is way too much for what you get here. I know Munich is expensive though so no idea how it compares to other hotels.

Excellent value, rooms are quite small, but food was much better than expected. English Gardens just 10 minutes walk away.

It’s IBIS so no expectations. Booked since no other nearby hotel was available. Simple room. No service at all. No iron provided even though requested. Not going back again.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Munich. Friendly service. I was there with a student group and students were assigned rooms quickly and efficiently.

Basic, no-frills lodging within 5 minute walk from U-bahn and Lufthansa Airport Bus station. Rooms are small, as expected at this price point. Breakfast was serviceable and staff was generally helpful. Located directly across from cemetery though, if that's a concern.

Rude staff member. One of our group took a coffee from what seemed like a public free coffee stand. A member of the staff then rudely started asking about the coffee and said we should pay for it. We enquired that there should be a sign by the coffee table where the coffee is available (open to self service) and he made a scene and spoke extremely rudely to us. Not appreciative of the disrespectful manner we were treated — clearly an innocent mistake thrown out of proportion by the staff member.

Close to Lufthansa bus stop. No surprises. Good rooms. 5 min walk to metro station.

Ruhiges Zimmer, teures Frühstück (nicht in Anspruch genommen), kostenloses WLAN, sauber, Rezeption freundlich, Ausstattung sehr spartanisch.

Felt of the room made for low budget, but has the price thanks to days of the fair one 5 star hotels… The bathroom light wanted to work after 5 minutes… But otherwise clean.

To recommend for the unassuming 3 star hotel guest. Staff is absolutely top. Rooms partly dirty and very small…

Good hotel, lousy food. The hotel rooms are pretty standard for Ibis, clean and comfortable. The greatest mistake you could ever make in this hotel is to eat at the buffet. I made this mistake at dinner time and I regretted it all evening. Food quality is below any standards, meals are tasteless and this is especially shocking given the high prices they ask for them.

Good hotel for the simple and fast overnight. Rooms small but useful. Shower too small, no ventilation. Parking is very tight.

Small clean rooms but rather loud until 21:30 The rooms are really clean and smallish (try to roll out a yoga mat and you have the challenge of some more "restraints"). I have been in smaller rooms, but I would like a little more space. What really bugged me: the "air flow/condition". Mandatory. Cannot be switched off until it switches itself off at 21:30. Might not bother you, if you hit the town every evening, but for a business trip, where you might need want to catch up on some work in the evening or even if you simply want to read a book: It is loud. Really loud. I resolved to some ear plugs. Next week I will switch to another hotel.

Convenient hotel with Parking near the metro and a bus stop, riding the gr airport.

Well located Hotel, for the residents conditions favorable to the IBIS Standard. Positive: directly to the U6, on the bus, on the engl. Garden. 24 hour Bar with Snacks SKY football/Sports Rooms are modernly furnished Negative: Duschtassenabfluss despite note that the water is not running, not repaired. Is not beautiful in the waste water, the predecessor to Stand!
