Located in a quiet neighborhood. Staff are friendly. 5 minute walk to Underground public transportation. No executive lounge but they offer a free buffet dinner at Fresh Fields Restaurant.

Efficient check in. Not much sound deadening between rooms. Okay food. Lots of American accents. Reasonable rate. Good breakfast buffet.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The hotel is on a great quiet location, very close to the Ubahn that leaves you in the city center, a 15 minutes drive from the train station, 5 minute drive from the English garden and the BMW museum and Olympic Park. The rooms were standard and the service was both outstanding sometimes and underwhelming others. The staff at the lobby was incredibly attentive, welcoming children and keeping them entertained. The breakfast buffet was good, great coffee and tea and an amazing assortment of baked goods, cheeses and hams. They even have an area for kids to be entertained while you take a phone call or finish your breakfast. We are a few times and the food was pretty good with tasty healthy choices. The pool and spa area are really nice and the steam room and sauna must be enjoyed by all. Why not 5 stars? Room service was poor and slow and in repeated occasions, misunderstood what we asked for even when we asked three or four times for the same thing. Overall, a great experience, but some in the team need training while others, should be doing the training. Regardless, we will come back.

Typical Marriott, location ingenious, the English garden begins and the subway to Marienplatz is 2 minutes away… Breakfast is too expensive, if a small breakfast is enough, you can have breakfast with a seat at the bakery just before the subway. Overnight parking in front of the grocery store (7 pm to 9 am), otherwise directly in the residential area.

Good hotel with great service and good facilities (sauna, small indoor pool and gym). It is just outside, about 2 km to the centre and close to the English garden. In addition to a private car park (very expensive) there are also many free parking spaces near the hotel. The room with 2 double beds was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) in terms of size. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Only drawback is the fee for the garage (20 EUR/night).

I would recommend this place to a friend. Though not located in the city center, the hotel is a short walk to the U Station, which can get you anywhere in the city. It's also right by the Flixbus stop, which is ideal if you take an excursion using this service. There is also a very nice pastry store and a grocery store located within walking distance (5 minutes). My room was large and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The one thing I'd point out to those planning to share a room is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not provide much privacy.

Expectations were surpassed in terms of friendliness! Very nice and relaxing stay. Will book this hotel again. The location is perfect: close to the highway. 300m away a supermarket, weekly market and park. The subway is a three-minute walk away.

My favorite Hotel, traveling to or from Munich. This Marriott has an awesome staff, the best rooms in the area and a great location. You can enjoy American hospitality in southern Germany. The Hotel offers very good local food. If you want to explore more local cuisine, the town is a 5 minute walk away. Access to the Munich Airport is less than 15 minutes and the Hotel will arrange for transport.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Nicely positioned with a short walk to the nearest Ubahn station and the English Garden. The indoor pool and spa are great as is the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Top Hotel — best location, however, it may be that I will pay for 6 hours of stay of 24 EUR. Hm — you should make it out of the Park home prices thoughts. Otherwise, complain about but nothing to. Good Stay.

Luxury Hotel Excellent location.

Super organized event for the Super Bowl. There was enough food, you could see from anywhere to a screen or a TV. Only the sound was a bit disappointing.

A very nice hotel with all modern facilities, in house dining and a pub with excellent staff. The location is not exactly in the middle of the action but taxis are always available. Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and serviced.

What an amazing experience with really over the top friendly staff! This was one of my first stays with Marriott and they really did everything right. Special bedding orders — everything was arranged. Room size wishes — I was upgraded. The room service was fast and the portion really big with reasonable prices. No need to go somewhere else after a stressful day!

Very nice hotel with very good facilities and great choice of gin. The look is very modern and beautiful. Only drawback: The architect has unfortunately saved some of the signs in the hotel lobby. So you don't find the toilets and the underground garage.

Had to wait 20 min to check in on my last visit. And that at 22:30 am. Absolute no go. Especially since staff was available in the back room and then at some point moved forward. That I know differently from my last visits. Otherwise a good hotel.

Marriott is always at Hotel search with me at the top of the list. Even if just here in Munich, one or the other modernisation would be necessary, I am nevertheless always very impressed by the friendliness and the high quality standards. By the way, the Bavarians know how to make breakfast.

Nice Marriott hotel. Plenty of parking underground. Great location with a 15 minute walk to the English garden. Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was big as we had a family room. It was a bit worn and could have used a refresh. Everything was clean and well organized. They have a great breakfast buffet that includes made to order omelets. You get different sausages, cereals, cheeses and fruit. They also have an evening buffet for members that is quite extensive with soup, sandwiches, cheese and includes wine and beer. Great selection.

This has been the best hotel I've ever been at. The staff were so friendly and did a great job. Shannon at the front desk was such a super person, who provided great service. When a group of guys were at the desk, it was apparent they were drunk. She handled them professionally and with class, even though they were so stupid.

Low key location with easy access to thé metro and Lufthansa Express airport bus. Rooms were comfortable, and Gold amenities included free (full American) breakfast and evening reception with food and drink (there is no executive lounge). All staff were exceptionally friendly despite our poor attempts to speak German. If I'm in the area I would stay again.

The location is great, right across the street from the U6 stop Nordfriedhof. There is an ATM at the gas station a couple blocks down. The concierge offered an Oktoberfest package that includes minibar, breakfast & train passes. My boyfriend & I opted for just the train passes (€29.10 for unlimited travel over 4 days for 2 people). The room & bathroom are decently sized. My only gripe about the bathroom is the shower. There is a wall of glass but it doesn't go wall-to-wall nor is there a way to close the shower so a little bit of water gets onto the floor. Other than that, we're really excited to be here! I always stay at a Marriott because I've had the most satisfaction with their services & hotels.

Wrapped up another great stay at the Marriott on Friday. Weather was great, so took every opportunity I could for beer and food on the terrace. Update the carpet in the rooms and this becomes 5 stars.

Comfortable European style rooms. I don't like the 1/2 shower barrier. It causes water to cover the floor. The water is very hot. Staff is friendly. Nice business center. Overall a nice hotel.

Great location, superb surrounding esp for kids, provision shops nearby, great staffs at breakfast buffet and also reception, our only dissapointment was the housekeeping staffs. They woke us early ard 0730hrs to ask for room to be celaned on several occasions-our stay was for 10days-the housekeepig staffs will enter in a group to make the neccasary cleaning but often forgets to refill our mini bar ameneties-as my husband is a gold member we have been always loyal to marriott grp but I must say the housekeeping in Munich needs to be improved.

Hotel is comfortable and clean with nice staff. The rooms have a little refrigerator and windows that open which is nice. My only disappointment is the location. Although it is close to a train station, there isn't much in the area. There's a very small grocery store and a little bakery across the street, but there aren't many dinner options in the area. With that being said the hotel does have a nice sports bar with good prices and delicious bar food. A nice hotel as long as you don't mind the train ride to downtown.

Fantastic service. Everyone we encountered speaks great English, which was a huge help (my German is fairly terrible). The lobby is clean and bright, and I love the shaded outside entrance. The staff were extremely helpful in locating food, an ATM, and a place to get a SIM card. Next time we are in Munich, we will definitely be back.

Located in a quiet mixed use residential/office area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but is conveniently located within a short walk to the nearest UBahn metro station. Shops, restaurants and many attractions is within easy access nearby. The staff are the stars of this hotel. From the Reception Front Desk, restaurant and bar staffs, housekeeping and concierge. They will go above and beyond to meet your satisfaction. The room is beautifully furnished with modern and elegant touches. I was upgraded to the Executive Suite perfect for a family or a group. The breakfast buffet selections are very good with made to order egg omelette station.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice and quiet. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay North of Munich.

Everything's great. The hotel is very nice I already was there 2 times. Even don't know what breakfast super tasty to you all so plenty should be there. And the whole staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and large with 2 separate beds. The bathroom a very big dream and everything what you need. Easily to reach by train. We come again so beautiful was it. We felt right at home.

The hotel itself us very nice, most of the front desk people were very nice, the concierge was great, and the housekeeping team was nice. However a couple of the front desk people like to chat and laugh to themselves instead of helping guests in line.

When requesting to the reservation and booking conditions of the Mariottmitarbeiter has hung up on him after a few responses, kommentarlos! I even saw that in € 80. — hotels. Insolence!

Not at the best location, but does have access to public transportation to old town not far away. The room is clean and the breakfast buffet is pretty good. Don't forget to get Wi-Fi reimbursement at check out.

After 5 hours Trip finally arrived and been treated like the last criminal.
In this day and age where there is free Wi Fi in every Café here must pay 3.30 per hour.

Great quiet location close to English Garden away from the city noise and yet very accessible with great U-Bahn connections. Very friendly staff but can improve on the communication with tourists who don't know the German language.

Always friendly staff, food quality is excellent and the rooms are definitely good! So far haven't had a chance to stay.

Good Marriott Standard in a Central location with access to highway and the Munich U-Bahn.

The last time I stayed at this Marriott Hotel in Munich was close to 10 years ago. I can report, nothing much has changed. Rooms received makeovers but the bathroom, especially the shower, is still very cramped for somebody like me (6'. 4', 210lb). The TV's in the guest rooms take forever to turn on. On my 3rd or 4th day the fan/blower for the Heat/AC could no longer be turned off, this problem was fixed at the time I returned to the hotel at the end of the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One think however was VERY annoying, especially if you are on a tight schedule int he morning. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. Not ONE day during my 7-day stay the restaurant was actually open at 6:30am. Most days it was at least 3-5 minutes late, one day the doors did not open until 6:40am. What is so difficult about this.

Very pleasant stay. Gluten-free food is not a Problem. Underground Parking is also not like many other so closely.

Gorgeous hotel, reminding you of flagship properties. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The hotel is a bit in the suburbs of Munich, but near the U-bahn. Not as convenient as places near the train station, but you won't be mad at the hotel.

Because there are better Marriotts. The Hotel is loud, noisy, and just a few years old. Prices for city still just acceptable.

The Marriott in Munich after the renovations are always better. The Problem of the lack of Lounge has also been solved, there are now in the evening a separate area in the Restaurant where drinks will be offered. Especially to me, the child-friendliness of favor. From the children's Check in on small Empfangsgeschenke up to the voucher for a Kindercocktail. Well done! .

Arrived at 11:30 pm after a long flight, and I was told my room was no longer available. No help with my bags, no sympathy, nothing. They sent me to another hotel over 15 minutes away (I'd chosen the Marriott based almost solely on location).

Very bad experience. Arrived with 3 big bags at 2pm. No offer of assistant from the staff. In fact the porter watched me drag the bell boy trolly to collect my bags from where the taxi driver left them. Breakfast on the first morning was aggressive service. The room was empty but the wanted everybody sitting on top of each other. Extremely uncomfortable to have a private conversation. The next morning although I asked for coffee 3X, I received none. As the staff were too busy dealling with thai tourists and the United Airlines forgotten pilot cap. As a marriott member GOLD The service was below what would be expected at a Courtyard. And it should only be booked as a last resort. Until the management pull their finger out and deliver what is promised. The only redeeming feature was the room service food, albeit the price was not cheap.

1 of the good munich hotele but thir is no customers loyalty policies the rooms reat easy can jump from 150€2 600€in aweek time because of the demand in the market! Abdullah banimalik.

rarely so well fed and getunken. The breakfast buffet was delicious and totally friendly service staff. Everyone has shown us all wishes of the eyes. The spa area is new and nice to the relax. The parking garage was very pleasant in this weather, and we gladly paid the 20 euro per day. Everything was very clean and the housekeeping worked out well. I no longer want to write but we are very happy to again in this beautiful hotel. Are well-travelled and have collected – but here at Marriott too many bad experiences there is nothing to complain about. We come back in any case as soon as possible.
