Great Hotel, great Bar, great bartender, super great room, great food, especially the Breakfast… Really EVERYTHING what the heart desires especially for Breakfast in the room, over eggs, salmon, melon, Croissants, bread rolls in all varieties, cheese, sausage, jam, Nutella, Kaba, coffee, Philadelphia, quark with Herbs, etc. And in a quantity you could eat for 3 days… almost 2 weeks, great time, like always, And a great, discreet room service etc… Just perfect in every way ❤

We're in Munich for 2 days to enjoy city's Xmas events. Pullman Munich is a perfect choice to; such a very confortable accomodation. Expecially, dinner was supported by very professional and kind people-staff! … good meal, suitable delicious fish (of course meat too) and a rich assortiment of wonderful BEER. THANK YOU! The hotel has had its best times! There is little emphasis on cleanliness and maintenance here! Even at expo real times, just under EUR 500, — for one night is clearly too much!

Great location and rooms, had a pre dinner drink then dinner.
Drinks and service were great, staff very friendly and helpful BUT so disappointed with dinner.
Honestly the risotto was the worst I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat it.
We are not fussy people and usually never complain but this meal was very disappointing to say the least. Pasta wasn’t great either. Fortunately we are only here for 2 nights.

They are big fraud they have charged me for a free cancellation hotel and then returned my money back in one month that too in parts. I have suffered alot due to there non-professionalism. It took me good kne month to take my money back whereas at first they were not suppose to charge me. Say big no to pullman.

We stayed at it's hotel a couple of weeks ago and for a four star hotel the service was poor not enough staff at check in. The Wi-Fi kept dropping and when we left we forgot a couple of things in the room and when we went back to ask we where told nothing was handed in? I have stayed at better 3 star hotels. This hotel should not have a 4star status… we travel a lot and stay in great hotels. This one was very disappointing!

Nothing was a problem here. Staff were awesome. Great location, we walked into the town centre about 4.5kms. Also a 20min walk to the English gardens. Love the vibe there and the food near the tower was great and well priced.

موظفو الفندق لا يحبون المسلمين. Hotel location far from any sights. To old Munich its a 15 minute Underground ride. Understaffed at reception. Night staff is simply rude. He is not suited to hotel hospitality. Hotel is noisy. Food and bar service in Theos Bar and restaurant is very slow. Food quality and taste is 3/5 at best. Rooms are noisy from the courtyard music, buses, taxis and smokers staying around the window; and late night activities. On the street side, noisy from smokers, taxis, late night traffic and party people. Requested and booked one double bed, got 2 single beds. Hotel staff made no effort to fix this, so for 4 days we slept apart. Hotel does not like Muslims. I would have left after one night, but it was non refundable prepaid. Don't prepay for this hotel until you see what you get.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Hotel itself is within a few meters of the subway, from which Marienplatz is only about 15 minutes. English Garden is within walking distance as well. Staff was kind and helpful, bathroom was well stocked and clean, and the laundry room was a bonus for us as we were doing a few weeks in Europe with just a few clothing items. Didn’t have any problems with the Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Munich.

Chic hotel with a very good restaurant. The food and drinks offered are very good, but unfortunately also somewhat expensive. Service and ambience very nice. Minus point is the very expensive underground car park.

Rude staff who made me and my group feel like we shouldn’t be there after attending a prepaid visit by our company. We were advised at 11pm we couldn’t sit outside for drinks as ‘our lot’ would upset other guests as we wanted to have a drink outside in the evening as it was too hot inside the hotel, staff were argumentative and said we had to go inside allowing other guests to stay outside. Very very upsetting and poor customer service I will not return and will advise others not to stay here either.

Location was really comfortable — less then 2 min from the u-bahn. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly and helped us a lot. On the last day our flight was in the evening (10 hours after we checked out) and they let us use the shower in the spa before the flight. The room was big and very beautiful, bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Excellent hotel.

Hotel room spacious n nice, staff at the Cafe polite and food choice not to bad. I just find it shocking for the rude staff at the concierge worst of all its the manager. Poor management and handling skill.

Very chic, modern hotel. Large rooms, good bed. Restaurant highly recommended — priced for Munich in order. Parking overnight 16€ as a hotel guest, therefore point deduction.

Quiet, clean and modern. Minutes from a metro station and next to a bus stop that links directly with the airport (25 min). There are trendy restaurants, but it takes less than 15 min to Marienplatz (direct metro line), so I went down to the centre for everything.

A very nice and modern hotel!
The front desk is on hand to answer any questions you may have. The rooms are clean. Breakfast unfortunately a bit overpriced, but around the corner there is a great baker who offers good breakfast. The hotel can only be recommended to anyone.

Always willing to help, good location. The Nespresso in the executive room was nice.

Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast spread: cereals, meats, eggs, bread, pastries, coffee, juices, teas, honey, yogurt, fruit, and more! Nice location for airport shuttle too!

The hotel. Is. Located to one side of the metro station has very easy axeceso and in addition, when the neva on the inside of the hotel has some green areas, and amazing stained white when the snow falls.

Great location. Great service. There were some issues with the lift and it was weekend. That caused some inconvenience as a secondary lift was only availed after more than 24h.

The location is very close to the subway station.

The breakfast was plentiful only the coffee could tolerate some beans more.

First time I have stayed in a Pullman hotel would defiantly look to stay in their hotels in the future. Top quality room shower is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I like the location too it's 30 mins walk from the centre of Munich.

Very modern and finished to a high standard. Exemplary service on front desk. Breakfasts very busy but handled by the staff perfectly. Easy to get into the centre of Munich and easy access to motorways.

Room service menu is truly limited choices and nothing fantastic food selection… Expensive and there are few taxes and charges apply, if only they can include pork knuckles, choices of spagetties, choices of pizza etc… Will be wonderful.

Good room, very very good breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Unfortunately, my room smelt on one evening when I came back after cigarette smoke, which was not very pleasant. After a call at the reception, however, I got a new one directly.

This is a great hotel is a quiet part of town. Easily accessible from airport and quick to get to the centre of town on the Ubahn. Lovely staff at reception and in the bar, brilliant G&Ts with local gin. Rooms are really nice, good size as well. Would defo recommend for pretty much everyone.

Bell Hotel, pity that the fifth floor is hard to reach.

All very nice. There were also super delicious macarons as attention. Unfortunately, it stank in my room very much for cold cigarette smoke. The stench had set itself so pure in the curtains and cushions that all airing didn't help anything. The breakfast was mediocre and its presentation was reminiscent of class driving times. In addition, the elevator did not travel all the way to my floor (5). Then I had to run to the other side in the house and change to a second elevator. Not bad, but annoying.

Review for business trip stay. Fast checkin and friendly staff. Room was a good size and had the amenities you’d expect from a hotel in this class. There was a chocolate stain on one of the furnishings that looked like blood and not sure how the maids missed it. The staff quickly sent someone to clean it but expect more at these prices. Room service did not answer the phone when I tried to order so had to order with reception. The food was the biggest let down. The quality of the burger was way below average. The wine was okay. Internet was super slow which is massively frustrating for a hotel that touts itself as a business venue. All in all, not a terrible experience but not a great one either. Would only recommend if you get an amazing last minute deal.

Great hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both at breakfast and at reception. Overall, my room was very quiet, did not hear my neighbors, nor guests in the hallway, nor the road traffic. Breakfast was great! Didn't miss anything. The inty shortcoming: After breakfast, the clothes smelled of fat … But I'm a bit sensitive about that. Come back at any time.

5 stars for a 4 star hotel? Clear! Value for money is right for Munich. Modern. Friendly service.

Great sleep hygiene with effective curtains, quiet rooms and good HVAC. The bedding is the German approach of two smaller duvets. The rooms are clean, contemporary and luxurious without being pompous. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Midday check out is the much appreciated. The corridors are long and repititious and look like something out of Inception.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant (especially the tuna tartar), nice spa area, nice looking rooms, unfortunately a bit outside the city.

Good hotel. Very slow free internet connection. Slow and only 2 elevators. No connecting rooms! Delivering food to room costs you 6 euros! Fast internet of 3Mbps is 10 euros! Good things availability of supermarket in the hotel building. Availability of free parking around the hotel.

Beautiful, well-equipped executive room, water and Nespresso free. Bathroom slightly small but very clean and pleasant rain shower. Bar-lounge in the garden pleasant in summer, breakfast very good and everything we like. Staff was very nice and accommodating at the reception, bar and breakfast. 1 star deduction is available from us because of empty minibar (in other hotels of the Accor Group these are always well filled and free in the executive category), missing slippers and bathrobes (always available in other Accor houses) and stains on carpet and the ornamental cushions on the bed. At breakfast, care should also be taken to make guests aware that egg dishes can be ordered. We only discovered this at the end and already enough, there is no demand and no menu is on the table as we know this from other hotels (e. G. MGallery). All in all, we will be back in the Pullman when we are in Munich.

A good basic hotel with OK breakfast. Great staff who speaks fluent English. A bit too overrated for my taste though. This was also a top of tripadvisor app, like many other things during our Central-European tour.

It was fabulous as expected — it's our 4th time here and we are inlove with this hotel! Room is gorgeous, bed is a dream (we spent more that half day on the first Christmas day after breakfast in bed), breakfast amaising, staff welcoming, smiling and helpful, Christmas decoration and the little extras made my birthday on the 23rd and Christmas a fairytale! Thank you all, hope ti be back soon!

The hotel is in a quiet location. Nice room with modern design. I think it's better to ask for a room facing the courtyard. We stayed in this, it was very quiet. There is a kettle. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and nice but rooms are small for the price – more for business people.

Awesome staff. A little too awesome. Every time we were in when the cleaned the room, they had someone follow up to see how our experience was. Rooms were really nice and new and the breakfast buffet was really well done.

Went to the hotel to eat at the bar. We sat outside to watch the Germany North Ireland EM match. The outdoor seating area was actually pretty large and looked cool. Would definitely pay another visit.

Really nice location and helpful staff. I actually stayed here when another hotel let me down. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A bit of a shame that in such a nice hotel you still have to pay for Wi-Fi but I guess you can't have it all.

Breakfast OK (scrambled eggs unfortunately doesn't), expensive, but you can also beside the Ungerer bath free parking.

I stayed here a lot when it was the Renaissance and liked it. A remodel was long overdue though. I had the chance to stay in the Pullman once after the remodel and I liked what they have done to the place. The rooms received a modem update, the breakfast is still excellent. I will stay here again if I have the chance…

Very great Hotel! From the staff to the for Sleeping and dining. So nice!

Very clean and tidy although feels more dated than some of the other hotels in the area. Great location for the u-bahn and also convenient to have the supermarket, chemist and bank (cash is king in Munich, cards are not accepted everywhere yet) just next door. Some of the rooms have a balcony which is nice to get some fresh air. There are garden facing rooms or street facing. Both are quiet unless you're right above the supermarket when it can get a little noisy in the mornings if you have your window open. Unfortunately the hotel seems very warm throughout. In the rooms the air conditioning doesn't seem strong enough to cool down with the windows closed. Bar and restaurant are OK for a hotel and the breakfast is adequate but seems to run out of items quite frequently and I wasn't offered coffee or tea in 4 of the 5 times I had breakfast in the hotel. I would stay again but if the room rate was similar to the Marriot at the end of the road I would pay more to stay there.

Rooms are clean. Small bathroom, No room service after 11pm, not good attitude from some employees at the bar and The restaurant. The hotel does not have house laundry, Small lobby.

Had with a well Known booked. Stay difficult. Everywhere Arabs, women in burqa, men in flip-flops. Our women have been with a contempt is considered an insult). In the Foyer running TV Dubai. I was in a German city am, I was veiled. So there is no reason to come back.

Nice rooms. Nice staff except in their restaurant It is too far to center of Munich. Walking around has no coffee shop It is in a nice far away residential area. Taxi cost to much to center. U ban is complicated for tourists.

I'm sitting in the Pullman at Breakfast, and I am rather half satisfied. The Check-In the day before was quite short, I was just the key card handed out and briefly explained where my room is. The rooms are really nice and also very clean. Unfortunately, the lock of the door, not so easily by themselves, you have to right to throw. The echoes through the hallway. My poor neighbors. I slept well. The scrambled eggs at Breakfast is more of a cream, the fried potatoes and the sausages were also not so the Hit. The car Park per night costs 22 euros, not exactly cheap.

Despite not being located in the Centre, the hotel is very well connected by direct line with the old area of Munich. The metro station is just around the corner.
The rooms are spacious and pleasant. They have taken advantage of very well block courtyard, building a glass tunnel that crosses it and which leads to the restaurant (with interior terrace).

Some of Front desk employees are very unfriendly and think they know better than the customer very bad Wi-Fi.

Hotel is really nice and rooms are comfortable. However I paid € 245 per night and internet connection is not included — it is ridiculous. Bar and restaurant is very good.

We were 2 days there: rooms are top, service, breakfast at its finest, location: right by the subway station North Cemetery from there from about 12 minutes to MUC downtown!
Overall: Fantastic.

New rooms, redone in 2012/2013. Sauna and gym included, good for business travellers.

We were recently for two for one night at the hotel. The service, the room — everything's great. There were no defects. Reception very friendly, the room was very clean, the furniture in very good condition, and the beds comfortable. Free tea and the water bottle that gave the day a good start. Compared to other hotels are the 4 * definitely undervalued. The 5 * were deserved — but only with free Wi-Fi. Again, great job.

We were here for a night and it is highly recommended. Very friendly staff, extremely clean room. Modern furnished, spacious rooms and elegant bathroom with rain shower. Regular TV and very comfortable mattresses. As a small gift, a bottle of water and tea was US + Kettle provided. Subjectively more would have deserved loose a star hotel.

A super Hotel in Munich. In the North, near the Leopold street area. Hotel and rooms are modern. Breakfast is also fine. Only to recommend.
