Good location and good price, but at the time of posting there's some construction going on and the lifts aren't working. Also understaffed so service isn't great.

Not good! Original Mercure overbooked us so 2 of our team had to drive 15 minutes to the other side of the city to be put on the 6th floor in a hotel with a broken lift. Not worth the money at all.

Very quiet, very clean and very comfortable bed. We stayed here for two nights. Only the bathroom is a little too small. There is a bus/tram stop right next door, and the nearest Metro station is only a 5 minute walk away. We did not have breakfast on site as much too expensive, it is better to take it downtown… The staff were welcoming and spoke English.

Staff at Reception was very polite and explained all hotel details. Rooms are ok compared to prices. TV, water kettle, small table, comfortable chair are available in room.

Nice, quiet place. Good facilities for business and leisure stay. Very close to underground. Has plenty restaurants around. Delicious breakfast options.

Nothing for people with space anxiety. Both mini bath (blue patch guarantee) as well as double rooms without desk with only one chair are getting used to rather ibis than Mercure. Despite gold status only a small (half bay room) room with little comfort received. Less likely to be disadvised, price performance modest. Quality of stay in the house rather modest, as a garni house without restaurant and lobby.

Water pressure in the shower was a joke and not only in my room as heard from other guests at the breakfast. Apropos of the breakfast, incomplete and not much shelter. Also the room, specially the bath did gave me the idea of max care and cleaness. Will not come back.

We were greeted nicely, got the room — at 2pm — immediately. Rooms are nicely furnished, clean and tidy. Great closet, good comfy beds.
Despite the location on a road, quiet. Breakfast plentiful, something for everyone but not cheap. (€16.00)

Conveniently located. Hotel Garage (Parking in the 2nd UG can be exciting at the Ausfah RT! ) Room OK. Bathroom not particularly large. Mattresses hard. Service friendly… will be cancelled upon arrival.

Staff were friendly and rooms clean and tidy. Bar on site served a nice range of beers, and although the Korean restaurant was nice, it's a separate business to the hotel — so no charging back to the room. Location is good and the taxi and train links to explore the city are great.

The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. I do not put 5 stars for Internet connection: The free one has a limited bandwidth that does not charge well images and videos — the fast one costs €6 a day, or €19 the week…

Nice cozy Mercure. Very well situated with easy access to metro station a couple of blocks away. Hotel is small, rooms are clean and staff is very nice.

Only one person at the reception, at the departure and arrival times… Suddenly, waiting time quite long obviously.
Room not very spacious but clean. For a stay of 2 nights, despite the fact that the towels are on the floor, the staff does not bother to change them.

Good and quick service. The hotel is one of Munich nicest place for night life which makes it very appreciable.

Lousy service! There was no hot water, the
bath is plugged and I charged to it that it not consumed! Do not come to this hotel.

Cleaning staff ignored mut do not disturb sign. Breakfast was decent. Room was small but we'll organized.

The location is top, located close to the city and the English garden. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is so small, that you can just rotate around its own axis.
The staff is very friendly, but expensive extras such as breakfast, parking, etc.
We spent one night there and were satisfied overall.

The customer service was excellent, night and day. The rooms look brand new and they were very conformable. In the morning you get free breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Eggs, bacon, sausage, boiled egg, more sausage, natural juices, several kinds of bread, hams, cheese, you name it. The hotel is really close to Munich downtown and walking distance from the very center. Great place to stay, I definitely recommend it. PS: I hardly ever write reviews.
