Remarkably friendly staff, great breakfast and good value for money (although the room prices vary a lot and we were lucky with our booking)

I always come back to this lovely boutique hotel with excellent location and near the English garden. The staff is very professional and caring.

Reception friendly, rooms too small, not clean… Hair from the predecessor on the floor. Bathroom not clean, lime in toilets and they washbasins not clean.
The breakfast was completely overpriced. The staff will not be ready to prepare fried eggs four times. Everyone who claims this hotel deserves 4 * has no idea what the criteria are. Price performance next to it.

Well located boutique hotel in Schwabing Fussnah to Monaco Franze. Morbidly cozy in the retro Baroque. A little bit in the years. But you can do it if the daily price is right.

The room was very clean and very modern.
We were greeted very friendly and all the questions would be very happy and politely answered.
The hotel is centrally located so you can reach the English garden within 25 minutes on foot.
The walking from Munich can also be reached within 10-15 minutes.
We had a beautiful stay and will definitely come back!

Staff are all brilliantly friendly, rooms are lovely. Location is noisy but the rooms block out the sound well and are also some distance from the elevator shaft.

Hotel La Maison is one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. Prior to my arrival I saw a lower selling rate online so I called the hotel to see if they would change my rate to the lower one. After rudely telling me no I received a notification that my card had been charged for the full cost of the stay. I called to notify them that per my booking confirmation I was to pay at check in they need to refund my card immediately. The rude girl on the phone then proceed to charge my card two more times. The total charges to my card prior to my arrival where $3170, plus international fees and phone calls. After several attempts at resolution and no apologies, one of the staff said we could have free breakfast during our stay, that was the only compensation for this 3 day struggle. Well fast forward to check in. No greeting or welcome just a cold face telling me breakfast was not included… after a very long conversation and showing email "proof" she says fine and tosses our room keys at us. Fast forward to check out… All breakfast charges were listed on our room bill which also included another guests name, address and telephone number listed at the top. Now I had to spend about 30 mins standing at the check out waiting for the reception to sort it all out. I worked for Marriott for 12 years and I have never experienced any hotel this unorganised and unwilling to admit their mistakes.

My experience here was not good, which is unfortunate. The rooms are well furnished and clean (kinda: look under the bed), but they tried to cheat me into paying things they displayed as complementary. They left a bottle of water, a mini-pack of chips and a mini-pack of salted snacks on the desk (outside of the minibar) just like an awful lot of other honest hotels I visited in the past. But they tried to make me pay for that. When I said it was not good to fool people into having snacks they don't want to pay for, they canceled the payment of the water (6 euro for one liter of warm still water), but they made me pay 8.40 euro for a very very little bag of chips and another equally little bag of salted snacks. I have no problem into paying what I consume. If I choose to do that: they fooled me into thinking those were free. Very, very unprofessional. Don't go there.

Great place in a great neighborhood. A couple train stops away from tourist attractions, and surrounded by local restaurants and bars.

It was boutiquey, Wi-Fi patchy on the top floor. Breakfast is off a menu rather than self service.

Nice Hotel and very clean rooms. Nice entrance but a bit disapointed with over 30 degrees no airco on room for a 4 **** hotel. All others Thanks for the Nice check out lady.

The night receptionist needs customer experience lessons … Do not eat breakfast, too expensive for nothing. In general the room is fair but the hotel is not what we say "value for money".

Aside from the fact that every room is unique with its own boutique ambience, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything about this place is easy going, but professional at the same time. If you want a funittle getaway with a reasonably priced and memorable hotel (room), look no further!

Friendly staff who also respond to the wishes of the guest (e. G. Gluten-free food). Clean and well-kept rooms and modern bathrooms and very tasty breakfast. Would we book again at any time.

I had a great, but very sweet stay at la maison. Room was clean, everything went really smoothly and the hotel has a very special atmosphere through its great design gimmicks. What I really liked though was the breakfast staff — which did remember what I like and didn't like and I didn't have to get up for a buffet of some sort. Looking forward to my next stay when I'm in Munich!

Great place with super attentive staff. Good value for money. Trendy rooms with precious toiletries. Good breakfast and superb scrambled eggs!

Interesting little Hotel, if you take one or two Nights in Munich is needed. The location at the Münchner Freiheit is the big Plus — it has excellent nightlife and the proximity to the English garden. The Breakfast is also excellent with real coffee and freshly prepared egg dishes. For Business travelers, I would like the Hotel is not recommended for the following reasons: — rooms are very small — there is no richtigter Cabinet present; what the Cabinet was called, was 90cm wide, marketing nature of the Minibar, the glass shelf and a Safe that didn't work. You could also not right to hang up and had to live out of a suitcase. — very narrow shower with a large glass pane, the horizontal than the soap holder is attached and prevents you in the shower can bend down without somewhere to drink — the room has no carpet, which in principle is not bad, but you can also see, that only scratches the surface of the floor has been cleaned — the seat of my chair hung unfortunately completely through, so that Work in the hotel room was not thinking — to the rear of the Hotel is adjacent to a Parking garage/Tiefparterregarage by a taxi company is used, this has you in the morning running vehicle engines All in all, more something for a short break, as for a professional stay at the hotel.
