We stayed here for one night, we were positively surprised… Beautifully designed rooms, comfortable mattresses. A rich and appealing breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. Very friendly staff throughout the house. Have felt welcome. The next time Munich will be back at the Hotel Brecherspitze.

Had a (self-inflicted) problem, and the woman at the reception (04.09.18 at about 9 p. M. ) solved EVERYTHING in 3 minutes. And was incredibly nice!

Friendly, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Great service. The only nitpicks are out of the way location (but close to a tram stop and a 10 minute walk from the St-Martin-Straße S Bahn station), and some noise from busy streets on either side of the hotel.

Cosy and quiet; very friendly English spoken personnel. Be attentive on Saturdays breakfast: there can be many people, and all seats may be taken. So it's wise to come earlier for your breakfast on Saturday :)

Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was not so exhilarating, the room is also very small, so there was quite a lot of room.

We were there in December, a good, simple guesthouse, breakfast delicious (apart from the juice), selection average. A defective light bulb in the room was exchanged one day after the complaint.

Nice stay in a single room, kind personnel, good breakfast, well connected. One minor problem with the WC, they'll probably have already solved by now.

Unfortunately no parking has to be randomly looking for breakfast! Value for money is not too expensive for what it offers to watch out there are rooms where the bathroom/toilet is still on the aisle.

Great hotel with late night check-in. Good support staff and reasonable prices. Its location is also very near to Neue Balan.

Stay away! Worst hotel expirence in 25 years! Firstly dial up internet in year 1993 is faster than the Wi-Fi at this hotel. 28 minutes and Internet page did not load. Worst is that your privacy is not a priority at this hotel. Left the “ do not disturb sign on door handle, ” came back TV was off (even though I left it on) and cleaning staff moved our personal items around. This is unreal! Furthermore in our second room we requested room service. Cleaning staff apparently “cleaned” te room but open and left both windows wide open all day and room was freezing cold! Not to mention security risk of unknowingly having both windows open! Shower had black mold spots on tile grout. Breakfast buffet did not get refilled. Approached staff to complain and gave a $20 discount for entire stay. $20 that’s it and your privacy and security was compromised! Lastly some of the rooms smelled very bad of smoke. Great location but poorly poorly managed place!

The rooms were not very clean. We found a peeled pipe on the table the 4th day we were. The breakfast is a little short, or you arrive first thing in the morning or you find what is left. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. To reception the young lady was very nice and the older man very rude.

Clean and tidy. Good staff. Toilet and shower in the hallway remains a matter of taste… otherwise OK.

Only 1 star, sorry. Long black hairs on ground of the shower and fungus at the wall. Footnails and other dirt visible on the floor… broken tv-set and a safe „to go“. When confronted with the topics, the receptionist shrugged with the shoulders and said „Cant do anything right now“ (He didnt even clean up, or ordered others to do so!? ). Me? Speechless!

Simple, but elegant and decently priced. Friendly staff, clean rooms and only a short walk to the nearest s-bahn, which can take you to the city centre in only a few minutes. Would definately recommend if you don't mind sharing your bathroom with others on your floor.

Good hotel for the cost. Near to S bahn which is a plus. Nearby good restaurants. Nice people. Good breakfast which is included in the hotel cost. Except for occasional noise and creaky floor, a good budget option. Definitely recommended!

Very bad and not to recommend.
The hotel was the purest construction site.
The rooms were old, stinking and the cabinets were wrong. The beds were simple roll-away beds with ancient, with Pocket-sprung mattresses. Parking was virtually absent. Showers are there only in the hallway. This hotel has never earned 2 stars, that the requirements are not met.
When the "boss" was thus confronted the next day, was threatened with police. And before all the other guests. I've never seen bad anything.

My room was 104. You arrived directly on the bed and you have a huge wall that separates the bathroom. The breakfast is good. Even during Oktoberfest, it is quiet. The overall experience is okay for me.

Hotel Brechreizspitze. Everything is outdated, except for the nen reception and Fruhstücksraum, modriger smell in the room, the Breakfast is not very diverse. The floor creaks everywhere, and the fat from the Restaurant next door stinks every evening in the Gang. Dont Waste your time in this Hotel. Prefer a Zanziger more per night in a different Hotel to spend.

New fresh concept after re-opening! A great Restaurant with even tollerer Bar! After the reopening, there is a new menu, which is much more modern design. Every day there is a new varied offers, as well as days of action, each with a different court. I personally love the Cocktails, which you to the Happy Hour zw. 17-20 clock and 22-00 o'clock. I've never been to the Happy Hour so good Cocktails without any waiver of quality. The cuisine is a blend of Asian, Mexican, American, but also classic German dishes, so something for everyone appealing. Operation and Service are super friendly and also happy for discussions to have. Keep It Up.

Room somehow shabby and not very comfortable. Breakfast standard. Price ok considering the period here to Munich. Shortly it's ok for easy going people.

The Brecherspitze is under new management. Was the 20.3.2013 to a Essensstop there. Nice ambience, good food and nice Service. Bavarian Coziness Can anyone recommend a visit there.

Attention all crafters! It will be a damage to property attached, and it is just dirt. With work clothes do not make the Breakfast room betretten. Both owners are arogant, cheeky and anti-social. Are always of the view that you are in the right.

An unforgettable Oktoberfest. We happened by chance after various vicissitudes and I must say that it is a pension without too many demands, clean and cured. At the time it was only bed and breakfast with the bathrooms in the hallway. The staff was very friendly and very rompiballe.
We went back the year after on the way back from a trip to Prague and we seemed to finally return to the civilized world.
