The room are too small for me but all is good. Wi-fi really annoyed me because kept going disconnected. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, friendly staff, good food, clean, interested design interior, nice gardens.

Was very surprised about this hotel. Is located on a main road but also directly at a metro stop and has a huge parking garage. Bar is great and not overpriced. Breakfast rich and good and the staff top.
Room furnished only as necessary, but top chic and very clean.
Also the bathroom. Even a built-in hair dryer. Everything in all clean nice and cheap.
The beer garden or the great terrace, shop to knock in.

Very tidy and clean hotel. Good value for the money. Breakfast were good, but variety could be wider. Nearby you can find nice local restaurants.

I've been here again. I liked it. In Motel Ones, I feel very comfortable in general. There is a spacious underground car park underneath the hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant. All the staff were very friendly.

A very good hotel, especially for the location and for two stars! The breakfast buffet is appealing and always fresh. The rooms are large enough for two stars and very clean. The bathroom is great and the rainforest shower is a dream! The bed is also very pleasant.

Room is very nicely decorated. Nice large and soft bed. TV is also great and even from Loewe. There is also nothing to complain about at the bathroom.

I like everything about this hotel. Check in is simple and fast, the breakfast is good, the rooms are good and it is somewhat close to public transportation. The down side is that it is too popular and it can be hard to book a week here even if you try to do it in advance.

I just spent a night at the one City South Motel and was impressed by the quality!
From the entrance, I was charmed by the common areas… Warm, design, contemporary (coup de coeur for the bar/Lounge).
In the room, you can find all the comforts, an excellent Wi-Fi, international TV channels, storage (a favourite for the shower and for the organic hospitality products).
Breakfast was complete for a very small price (9, €50) … And they even have gluten-free bread on request (included)!
In short, a pleasant surprise from start to finish. To very quickly I hope…

A beautiful place to become but that is far from perfect for the moment Hotel new, modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. A few subway stations downtown.
But personal cold, dry and not smiling. Small room with no storage. Duvet too small for an adult. No equipment such as a kettle…

Very nice hotel, comfortable, new. The rooms are small, with no wardrobe but clean and good air conditioning. The employees are very friendly. Good price. The parking is extra€ 10 per day and the breakfast is also apart 9.50 € per person. This is a bit far from the center 20 minutes by bus. But very cute.

Very clean. Well organised. Good shower. Good bed. If the room would have been a bit bigger, our stay would have been perfect.

The booking ran over the internet, so the checkin was fast and completely smooth. The room was equipped with a large bed (for single occupancy). The room size was not excessive, but quite adequate. The location is quite central, but right on a main thoroughfare. The window insulation was excellent and the house was equipped with air conditioning. The connection by public transport is quite good. You can get to the city center with a one-time change in 20-25 minutes. The price is reasonable, however the surcharge for breakfast I find quite "athletic".
The only point of criticism — however, is the whining at a high level — were the two reading lamps on the bed, which could only be switched directly to the lamp.

Great hotel with adequate rooms. Everything new and clean. Only the breakfast was overflowing. It was not properly cleared and also not properly filled (plates, bowls, salt, etc. ). I haven't seen that in other motel one yet. The front desk, however, is competent and very friendly.

I'm in the motel one for the second time. The rooms are not very large but very clean and nicely decorated. I particularly like the bathroom with the large shower. The staff at the reception is friendly. The restaurant is also nicely decorated, but the food did not knock me off. It's sick, but it's not. I would recommend it to the Indians.

The room was small but very cosy, with an amazingly comfortable bed. It is on a very busy street but the room was soundproofed so we didn't hear a single noise. The lounge and the internal garden are very pretty. Breakfast is a bit overpriced but good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautifully modern hotel. Great service from staff members who all spoke English. Lovely room with a large comfortable bed. No drink facilities though which was a shame. Hotel situated on a busy main road but you cannot hear the traffic unless you open a window.

Das Hotel ist im Neubau des Agfa Gebäudes und die Zimmer gehen bis in den 13ten Stock. Selbst zur Straße hin sind die Zimmer ruhig und desto höher desto besser ist der Ausblick. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig an der Bar ist es noch stellenweise holprig da entweder zu wenig Personal für zu viele Gäste da ist oder das vorhandene Personal noch nicht die benötigte Routine hat. Das Frühstück ist bereits ab 6 Uhr geöffnet und immer frisch. Wenn kein Zimmerservice und keine Minibar im Zimmer benötigt werden ist das Motel One München-City-Süd auf jeden Fall in Betracht zu ziehen.

The Motel One is the more popular Alternative, if you want to know what you are getting into. Everything to the fullest satisfaction of. Only the individuality of the individual houses would be desirable.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Our room was on 10 floor. IT has the more beautiful view than we have seen ever. The city of MUNICH. All the city under your eyes. Our room was very clean, hot, large windows, without smell, PERFECT. The breakfast was simply but very tasty and with fresh foods. It is near the centrum by U1. We will stay in this hotel again.

When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled. We are with a dog arrived, this is allowed at an extra charge. At the reception we were asked if we also have Breakfast want to book. CONS: No nearby supermarket. No Restaurants near by. Located in the outskirts of München. Considering that Munchen is very expensive, we were pleased with this place; all of the Cons considered in this review can be mitigated by planning ahead.

We were excited about it. Over Christmas the adjacent construction site for a holiday. Upon arrival, it was not a Problem a room to the location to the patio to get.
