We arrived at midnight, had 2 kids who were asleep and about 3 pieces of luggage and 3 carry-ons, 2 strollers, and too many little stuff. It was really hard for us to get out of the cab and then have to carry all of this ourselves up to our room because they do NOT Do that! I mean I get it that it's nice to have the help yourself concept in some services and if I didn't have the kids maybe it wouldn't have been that bad of an experience for us especially that we just arrived at THAT time. And WITH KIDS! When we asked if there is help twice actually they just said no and didn't even offer it as an exception for example and we had to ask again if we can use the huge luggage trolley in the reception area. They said oh yes you can borrow it!? We got a really bad first impression. As for the neighborhood it is not the most pleasant especially if you are a family. The area is full of street beggars. It doesn't feel that safe. But your in Germany of course no one will harm you at the end. It was just a bit uncomfortable for us leaving and coming back to the hotel from the main streets. In general the location is good as its right at the Main station and a 10 min walk to the Alt Stadt. However, the rooms are pretty nice, space wise and are comfortable. I don't know if we had exceptionally different rooms as we had 2 extra cribs for the kids inside. The staff in general are not extra friendly they are just doing their job. Professionally!

Very nice hotel indeed. Lovely room, service was very good, couldn't fault the hotel at all, but the area was not good… surrounded by homeless and beggars… didn't feel safe at all.

I was there through a seminar (without an overnight stay). The seminar room was good, if a little small for 20+Leute. The snacks and drinks were good, as was lunch, but the portions were very clear. The fewest people get fed up with this.

Completely underwhelming hotel for the price. Privilege room was not as pictured and we were told our room had “yet to be renovated” as some of the ones pictured online were. Location was close to main tourist attractions, but was in a gross area that was not fun to walk around in after dark. We checked out after the first night and moved into another hotel. Two stars are for the nice and courteous staff. Without them, the review would be a zero.

Good reception. Room very good. Breakfast was great. The room service to avoid on the other hand!

Positives: spacious room, clean, and visibly renovated recently; practical furniture with a design touch; practical bathroom; nice breakfast room and nice choice for breakfast; convenient location as close to the central station.
Negative points: welcome not top (employees focused on their PC completely ignoring my presence for 5mn) ; No reception at breakfast; 45 min impromptu water break just before my check-out without prior information (practical…), nor excuses when I mentioned it to the staff; I always wait for the Bill that the staff had to send me by email.
Conclusion: nice place, because recently renovated, and convenient because of its proximity to the train station, but staff unfortunately not up to the height during my stay.

The service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and walking distance is very fast in the old town. The only downside is the environment and the people living there. It is very noisy and you are often talked about by unpleasant people.

Excellent location in the immediate vicinity of Munich Central Station. Surprisingly large rooms, tasteful and consistent furnishings throughout the hotel. Very nice reception area The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the rooms were very clean and clean. Still an address to come back!

One of the best Mercure in Germany. All other consequences with greater (or unfortunately often) very large distance.

Super Restaurant concept with fresh ham, gin, etc. Super Cozy furnished.
Unfortunately no fitness/sauna. Breakfast is usual Mercure standard.

A few steps from Munich Central Station and a few blocks from Karlsplatz. At reception they are super friendly and collaborators, they recommended us to know Garmisch Partenkirchen and it was one of the best experiences of the trip. I recommend it widely.

What's the fashion to do without locking the door to the toilet.

A nice hotel close to the railway station (Hauptbahnhof). Quite expensive but that was probably due to the ongoing sports fair. Nice spacious rooms. A little nit too noisy where I stayed. Good breakfast where you can find something for your taste. Friendly staff and quick service.

Hotel seems to have been recently refurbished, very well kept first impression, room large and clean, staff very friendly, breakfast good. Location of the hotel near train station and city centre, recommended for a Münchenurlaub.

Good business hotel in a central location, close to Central station. The rooms are modern renovated and generous, the windows alone are not so well soundproofed. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, typical of a hotel of the price range. The mini-bar is included, but only with a beer, Coca Cola and 2 Wasserfläschen. Overall a decent hotel, already rather expensive, but still adequate for the Munich city centre location.

We lived the Mercure! The location is so convenient — the main train station is literally a 2 minute walk. The gentlemen at reception greeted us immediately, were so helpful in answering all of our questions, and offered us umbrellas! The rooms were quiet, very clean, the beds very comfortable! I would stay here anytime I came to Munich!

The hotel is absolute top. Good central location, very friendly staff, good service in the house, everything very clean and appealing. Only the underground parking is almost an imposition.

Great location near München HBF. Staff were friendly and let us check in earlier than normal which was great after 24 hours of flying. Layout of the room was so nice; two levels — one for the bed and one for the living area.

Nice room. Prices not exactly favorable. But this is almost always the case with the bars and restaurants.

Location is very convenient if you’re getting in and out of town from the train station. A short walk to the old town area. The room I stayed on the 7th floor is a duplex that gets a lot of sunshine through the ceiling window. All in all, a fantastic stay!

The staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are large, updated and are kept quite clean. The bathrooms are updated and a good size too. There is a mini bar in the room which is very lightly stocked but complimentary which is a nice touch. The lighting and it's controls in the room could be better. Location — located only a few minutes away from the main central station. The hotel is located centrally but not the most swanky area of Munich.

I was greeted and welcomed by brilliant service. Rooms are large and clean. Business internet is super fast. Breakfast is tasty and has big variety of food. The location of the hotel is very good, just 2 minutes walk from central station and 15 minutes walk from Marienplatz. Overall very satisfied.

Well located, though the rooms on the front are quite noisy. Reasonable desk to work at and better lighting than most. Free (limited) minibar is a nice touch. Staff are always great and the restaurant does good food.

Great hotel of the Akkorov chain. Convenient location, spacious rooms, unobtrusive staff, good service. I liked more Adagio on the next street, because the audience is much more civilized.

Excellent hotel, very good service and a very good breakfast buffet. I prefer a star, because of the "Save the World" policy, the air conditioning is switched off in winter. In itself a good thing, you can open the window, unfortunately it is in the street all night so loud that you prefer the window closed, which in turn makes it extremely warm in the room. For me not quite thought out, but otherwise everything great.

That's great. Exceptional treatment, help in everything and speak Castilian. I hope to repeat in a couple of añls, that sure I return.

This hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and very well equipped.
There is a garden in your inner where it is possible to get together for a drink.
The restaurant is good and the breakfast fantastic with a very varied buffet.

Great check in service, very friendly and he spoke great English. Rooms were clean and spacious. Free mini bar but it only had 1 beer so that was disappointing a little. Parking garage connected to hotel.

Hotel is on a one way street. It was under construction while we were here. Food in restraunt for breakfast was good. Friendly front desk. Rooms need to be updated. We were on top floor.

Always liked this hotel. Rooms larger than average and a recent makeover has made then even better. The area the hotel is in is not the greatest but the quality of this place more than makes up for it.

A clean and beautiful hotel, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were tidy and nicely decorated. The location was very useful, in the middle of Munich. I wouldn't, however, walk in the nearby streets alone at night. A big recommendation!

Very good value for money, nice rooms and more particularly at the 7th with mezzanine under the attic. The staff is very competent.

The district is not the prettiest, but the Bahnhofsnahe perfect location. Rooms clean, staff is friendly and the price is perfect for a city trip.

Very large rooms, nicely decorated, free Wi-Fi, big breakfast included, friendly staff, conveniently located near the central train station (with shops open until late night). Paid parking available. That area may not be one of the finest in Munich but the location at the city centre is perfect to get everywhere quickly. The hotel itself offers great value for money.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel as promoted. The rooms and the overall hotel experience is more at par with a 3 star hotel. The location is awful, just a few blocks away from the train station (which is a plus), but surrounded by strip clubs, casinos, cheap stores, fast food chains and budget hotels. It is also NOT walking distance from downtown or touristic areas. Our room was on the 4th floor, it wasn't ready on time and the other room requested wasn't ready either because they were replacing the toilets! The smell of smoke is penetrating and uncomfortable, I have young kids and hate to make them sleep in a room smelling like smoke like that. The problem is that smoking is permitted in the 5th floor, hence the smoke travels in the air vents disturbing all occupants. I respect people choices to kill themselves by smoking, but hate getting dragged into their stupidity by 2nd hand smoking. The room service food was beyond disgusting, we ordered a simple hamburger and chicken sandwich (how can you mess that up? not sure, but ask the cooks at this hotel). The hamburger wasn't a hamburger, it was a piece of overcooked piece of meat (cheap cut), with the consistency and flavor of a car tire. The "crispy chicken" was covered by corn flakes and deep fried. F-ING DISGUSTING! I'm so glad we only spend a night in this hotel, I will definitely have moved I had to stay longer in Munich.

The place was very good, there was free ice cream and refreshments in the mini fridge, very good breakfast, and the staff are nice.

Price performance is not consistent. Dehoga 4 star "First Class" does not fit. Garagenpreis for cars is a nerve.

We arrived from the Fleming Hotel in Vienna and we expected a comparable service. Disappointment…
On arrival, we were charged the amount of one night without asking us how we wanted to pay (cash or credit card) and the rate chosen by the hotel and not by the credit company. The reservation was for 2 and a single bed duvet was waiting for us on a queen bed.
We never had the same maintenance services. We lacked either the washcloth or a towel or soap or the free bar was not filled.
The neighborhood is not recommended. Many young people who are intoxicated.
At the time of paying the room in cash, we wanted to unlock the amount of the reservation on the credit card, the attendant told us and this very little kindly that he would do it the next day since he was busy. We are not demanding people but when we spend 8 nights in a hotel, we are entitled to expect a minimum of respect.

I have just returned from munich and stayed in this hotel it was excellent by all standards very close to the central station, the shops, resturants and beer halls. The room was top class 8ft wide bed and very comfortable I would definatly recomend.
