Great location to explore Munich. Helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was to much. Have stayed here numerous occasions and keep coming back.

Really nice hotel located in a most convenient location. One of the rare ones that have air conditioning in the summer months. It has parking too and a gym and sauna. Room service is also very good if one prefers to stay in the room or needs a bite. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable and modern, the bathroom is really cool with a rain shower, the beds are 2 extra long twin beds pushed together with their own sheets and blankets. The coolest part is that there are light switches that control the entire room on both sides of the bed. The breakfast buffet is top notch and the bar/restaurant has a great selection of food and beverage. There are markets near the hotel but they close fairly early at around 8pm. There are always taxis waiting outside to take you anywhere. The parking lot is below the hotel and only has about 10 or 12 spaces.

Nice hotel, the book theme is interesting and not over done. Rooms are nicely presented and clean. They have alternative pillow options which I found useful. Breakfast is standard for this type of hotel. Very close to the main train station so very convenient. Only a short walk into town.

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was a little above average. But the location is iffy. Right by the train station, which is nice. But also by a bunch of strip clubs and gambling halls, which makes for a much seedier area. The room also doesn't have a door on the main part of the bathroom, and there's just frosted glass between the bathroom and the bed. So you can't get ready in the morning without the light waking anyone else in the room up. 3.5 stars.

Central location near the train station not far to downtown However, you should be able to read Arabic because the shops all around are all written in Arabic. The rooms are very well appointed and only the staff at the bar is a bit slow. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

The Area is not very pleasant. And The hotel is quite, for business trips.

Perfect hotel to move around downtown, good breakfast, good rooms, all very clean and very good service.

We arrived at the hotel at 22.00. The staff at the reception couldn't seem to find our reservation. After half an hour they shared with us that we would be moved to another hotel because they no longer have free rooms. On demand, whether this hotel is also in the center, they told us that it is also from the new hotel a maximum of 5 minutes on foot to the center. The address of the hotel was written to us with a little reading on a note. We drove about 10 minutes by car (so much to close to the city centre). Arrived at the new hotel we had to wait about 45 minutes before we received our room. Moreover, they could only promise us a room for one night, as the hotel seems to be booked from Saturday to Sunday. The staff at the Eurostars book promised us that we could stay in the new hotel until Sunday. Finally we arrived in Munich after 3 hours in our new hotel in the room. The room was not ready yet and unfortunately not really clean. Furthermore, it turned out that the centre can be reached on foot in 30 minutes and not the 5 minutes that the staff at the Eurostars book promised us. On Saturday we had to inquire again where we can spend the next night. The Eurostars Book hotel did not take care of us at all.

Partly unfriendly and incompetent Receptionspersonal. Apparently no delegate was hired, so nobody wanted to take responsibility. Were not taken seriously and sent from hotel to hotel.

The most beautiful hotel in Munich! Everything is very good. Breakfast at the level! And most importantly a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Hotel strategically located for those who want to turn around Munich and see its center. 5 minutes from the central station and 15 walk from the center. The hotel has an internal parking at €25 per day, but there are other car parks in the vicinity at €20. Modern and newly built structure, spacious and well-appointed rooms. With an indoor restaurant. Good structure to visit Monaco.

Nice hotel, location is ok: 5 mins walk to train station, 10-15 minutes walk to the center. The rooms are comfortable, the mattresses and the bed are quality. Breakfast was good. The price and quality correspond to each other.

Around satisfied… The location is perfect for the city centre. However, man should know that some employees do not speak German but only English.

We had a really nice stay at the Munich Eurostars Book Hotel. The hotel staff was especially exceptional and regularly went out of the their way to make sure everything was just right — for example, our first room smelled of smoke, and while we were out for the day they made efforts to fix it, and when we said it wasn't better, they moved us to another room and sent up room service as "an apology for the trouble. " The hotel itself was stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet selection was generous and very tasty — we really looked forward to it every morning. The proximity to the train station was also important to us. We'd definitely return to this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at the Eurostars Book Hotel for four nights during our fifth wedding anniversary. We loved the hotel. All the staff were very kind and courteous, the rooms are nice, the showers are incredible, and the breakfast buffet is easily the best we've had in Europe (though some Maple syrup for the pancakes would make it even better)! We let them know it was our anniversary when we checked in and they had a bottle of champagne and strawberries delivered to our room on the special day! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hotel 㸃 is very convenient, about half an hour's drive from the airport, to the nearby shopping malls and museums can also walk, the hotel equipment is also good, breakfast is also very good, simple but the quality is very good.

Rooms were clean and had modern decor. The front desk staff was really helpful and had great recommendations for local things to do. Would book again — can't beat the location! Close to trains and city center.

The rooms are nice, the hotel overall is rather standard and not remarkably different from any other standard hotel. Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and shower.

Very pleased with overall experience. Nearby, friendly but unobtrusive staff. Well designed, minimalistic rooms with an good layout, efficient maid service (clean. ) Internet: 6/10 Very inconsistent Wi-Fi with excellent five device policy, but performance less than stellar. On (6th floor. ) Interesting bathroom design, excellent (very wide) bed. Electric safe/deposit design and ease of use very much appreciated. Air conditioning excellent. One minor observation: Light switch layout in the room (609) was confusing, however this may only be a first time visitor to Germany not grasping the logic.

If you are travelling in summer. This hotel will be one of the best options available because unlike many hotels. They have air conditioning in their rooms.

Stayed here many times now and intend going back as many times as I can. A fantastic modern, clean hotel with powerful showers and queen size beds. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. Always very accommodating. Hotel food really good and reasonably priced. Ladies travelling alone though please be aware of the hotels location as it's a short walk from the main station through a quite sleezy and threatening area where there are prostitutes and beggars. Couples no problem but women alone not so good. Hotel very close to city centre (10 min walk)

Great location, however room not cleaned well, had to wash glasses, coffee cups, responsive when calling for extra towels, etc.

Tidy, small, modern rooms; decent breakfast & handsome server. Overworked front desk — I understand grumpy but unpleasantness is a sign of $$ trumping care. Screw the décor; give me happy people. The neighborhood may be the best part as I like immigrant lower-rent neighborhoods: interesting food, cheap haircuts. Don't rent the (slightly) overpriced poorly maintained foldable bikes. Okay for a night, but Munich has much better to offer.

Very good hotel. Excellent service and almost all Spanish. The room for people with reduced mobility is fantastically adapted.

I really liked the hotel, the service very attentive and the decor for me is their strong excellent. The pillows are the only thing I didn't like, but hey. Very good location with bus and Ubahn very close.

Contemporary, clean and well themed hotel. Loved the book theme, perfect for artistic people. Located in a great location, close distance to the old city. Nice selection of beverages from the bar and a clean dining area with a Spanish themed menu.

Spoken Spanish, of echo throughout the service are Spaniards, great room, great breakfast, location is good walk Mariemplaz you reach in a short time. Totally recommended.

Extraordinary hotel in the gehobenetem level. The emphasis of this hotel chain is on the literature. An open library is located on each floor. The chef was very friendly and engaged. The room was very spacious, clean, modern and quiet.

Good hotel, nice rooms, close to train station — but in a spooky area.
The double rooms are large, clean and modern. It was too hot (without heating) in March in the rooms. We could sleep poorly due to the heat. Views: Directly on a school — the students watch with interest what is happening in each room. Hotel striking many Arab families House in itself, which does not care about the rest of the night.
The schwanthalerstraße is certainly one of the weirdest corners of Munich: beggars, homeless people and lots of photophobia figures. As a woman I would there not go out at night.
Service in the hotel room for improvement: our reservation (Trivago) was not available at check-in. Also our confirmation with reservation number and confirmation of payment was not enough. We had to call itself with Trivago and clarify the issue. Guests are consistently ignored the coming in and going out. The cleaners in the morning entered the room without knocking. The cleaning lady in the room was suddenly at 8 30.

Hotel with spacious, modern rooms. The hotel is dedicated to literature. The staff very friendly and helpful, which not are Spanish in have and speak Spanish with ease. It only sticks is the lack of broadcasters of television in Spanish.

The room that you expect to find when going on holiday. Large, clean, bright and above with a text on the ceiling. Serious, Personal and attentive. Breakfast service is very complete and a la carte or room service quality. Come back for sure if I go back to Munich.

Good Breakfast, big room, everything is super new and modern. The bathroom is great equipped. The bed is comfortable but to slip the two halves of the bed from each other. The Sauna is clean and new, with 75 degrees but a bit cold.

Good — It's good just for singles and small families no more that 3 members. — they have a good service and their cleaning is absolutely incredible. — If you try to speak with them in Spanish they will respect you more XD. ================= جيد — هو زين حق العزب والعائلات الصغيرة إلي تكون أقل من 3 أفراد. — السيرفس ممتاز تنظيف رائع جداً. — إذا حاولت تسولف معاهم أسباني بيحترمونك أكثر XD.

فندق سيء ،،، من لحظة الدخول ماعندهم مسؤل حقائب ولازم توديهم وتنزلهم بنفسك… + ازعاج في الليل بسبب سماع اصوات الممر والغرف على الدوام … من ناحية النظافه لا بأس به موقعه ممتاز لانه قريب من محطة القطار حوالي ٣ دقائق وساحة شتاخوص والمارين بلاتز لكن الشارع اللي يقع فيه للاسف يكثر فيه في المساء محلات الكازينو والقمار اشوفه ينفع للعزاب اكثر من انه للعائلات.

Bad experience at Eurostars Book Hotel Munich 6 of us from Malaysia booked into the Eurostars Book Hotel in Munich from 1st October to 3rd October 2014 to participate in the Munich October Fest. The rooms allocated to us were 404, 410, 412, 414, 416 and 426. On the second night and 3rd morning at about 3.45 am I was suddenly woken when my door was opened and I saw a person of black African guy at the door and when I shouted he closed the door and went off. I reported the incident to the reception. A security person was sent to investigate after which the receptionist told me through the security persons phone that she has looked into the cctv camera and the the person was another guest staying in another room and that he may have been mistake and opened the door on seeing the door ajar. The explanation given was not at all convincing. At about 4.30 am the door was again opened this time and I confronted two white drunks at the door. The incident was again reported. In the morning on the 3rd I asked the receptionist of the incidents explanation again not satisfactory. In room 412 occupied by my elder brother Dr Poraviappan informed us that his watch was missing and when I told him of my experience he reported the incident to the receptionist and again the response some what unsatisfactory and was informed that the will look into the camera andlet him know in the evening as we were away for the day to visit Neuschwanstein Castle.

Great hotel with centric location, the main central station is just around the block. Munich historical part is 10 minutes away on foot. The deutsch theater is 5 minutes from the hotel which hosts amazing performances. The neighborhood is suitable for Arabs with plenty of arabic cuisine around. The hotel breakfast is lovely with fresh fruits, juices and all sorts of hot drinks, the variety of food is nice "hash brown, pan cakes, different types of cheese and cold meat, croissants, omlette " The only issue is the bed mattrice, isn't exactly my choice of comfortable bed, you will wake up with back ache from it. The service is excellent with swift check in and check out time. I'd stay again if its for a couple of days.

Very pleasant Hotel with bright, modern rooms. Positive, there is definitely no shortage of power outlets, Wi-Fi relatively quickly, but unfortunately one must often fresh dial. Negative sufgefallen: Friendly but inflexible employee at the front Desk; very cold floor in the room.
