Extremely unsympathetic and unhelpful hotel. We were forced to cancel our trip to Europe in September due to Covid and the Australian government not allowing anyone to leave the country. This hotel was in no way sympathetic and would not offer a refund, credit or rebook (every other hotel we booked has offered us a refund or credit). Seems we simply have to lose our money. No goodwill at all for this hotel, do not book them.

I know you'll remove this post but I'll say it while I can: if you truly want to do good in the world how about starting with refunding people's money whose flight plans were canceled by their airline, whose reason for traveling to Europe this summer was also canceled? I made a reservation to stay at this hotel this summer but had to cancel because my whole trip was canceled. If you want to create goodwill for your customers, you will refund money to those travelers, through no fault/control of their own, cannot make the trip and stay at your hotel. Your god is capitalism, not hospitality, because you will re-book the same room and now get double the money.

Such an amazing gem of a hotel. Cannot possibly recommend it any more highly, friendly staff, immaculate rooms, beautifully furnished, excellent breakfast in a truly unique hotel. Our kids loved riding in the gondola elevator! We will be back!

Top hotel, highly recommended.

Great place will stay again but only breakfast meals and after small snack meal. Staff will send you in the right direction to eat lunch or dinner and that very close by. Also so close to train station offers great meals! Have to add they do have a full serviced bar.

Like this hotel, even though room space is small but it is clean and newly decorations. Very young and friendly receiption lobby. It is also very near to Munich central station for 3 minutes by walk. Will definitely be there again when visit Munich next time. Price is reasonable as well.

Really great hotel in a convenient location. Check in was easy and the room was nice and had a small rooftop terrace. Breakfast was very good at the buffet and overall the kids really enjoyed the unique atmosphere with the cow and skiing theme. The only deduction was that they charged €60 extra for our two kids for the night. I did not book it as 4 persons, but normally it doesn't make a difference on the price how many people are in the room.

I would say this is a good hotel. For me, the location was a bit sketchy. Ended up checking out early and moving to a hotel located in a better part of town. This is good if you like being near the Hauptbahnhof, but that's about it.

One of the funkiest Hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful, so helpful. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast — for €12 each is worth it. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, comfortable bed with AC and the most incredible black out curtains — I slept like a baby. The theme is really cool and breakfast is top notch.

Cute hotel with fun alpine themed decor including a full sized gondola car in the lobby. Very close to Munich's central train station. I stayed in the most basic room type and it was a little bit small. No table/desk to sit at and no phone to call the reception desk. Other than that the room was very comfortable.

Was a last minute stop but loved the hotel. Super friendly staff, extremely convenient location (if travelling by train), the room was very clean and had a great shower. Loved the style of the hotel.

Good place. Rooms are neat and has good. The concept in the lift is really awesome, check it out yourself. Also it is very close to the Sban station and in the heart of the city.

Very bad value for money. Very small room, noisy, no heating at bath room. Keys did not work three out of three nights. Never again.

A very nice new hotel with friendly staff. The decoration concept (ALM, mountains, cows) is consistently carried out. The breakfast is very lovingly designed with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. It was very good. One of the most beautiful hotels I was allowed to visit as part of business trips and the price for Bed and breakfast was surprisingly cheap compared to other hotels.

Stayed 2 nights there. Very modern and newly renovated hotel. Breakfast could use a little more choice. Rooms are clean and pretty but very sparse.

Very classy stylized alpine style hotel. I would like to mention the pleasant installations in the lobby in the form of a funicular and a chair lift. As well as cozy rooms with elements of Alpine décor. Very pleased to have stayed here. I'll be back with pleasure.

Pleasant lobby, stylized as a ski slope: in the corner there is a closed lift for pictures, there is a lawn with artificial grass for "just lie down", a small bar. And on the street in front of the entrance is a design bench of used mountain skis.

Beautiful Hotel! Decorated as if it were a ski resort, the rooms are a little small but it is modern and clean and is very well located next to the station and ten minutes from the historic center.

Was a great stay. I was in the smallest room but still plenty of space. The breakfast every morning was nice and filling. The 5eur credit is great but if you only want a single beer youre stuck with losing a euro : (The location is great, right next to central station and close to bus station.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem super Designkonzept. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Parkhaus. Mit einem etwas größerem Fahrzeug ist es Recht schwierig hier unbeschadet rein und raus zu kommen.

Loved the Alpine theme of the hotel, especially the gondola ride in the elevator. Definitely set the stage for our travel into the Swiss Alps. Rooms were extremely comfortable with modern fixtures. Staff was extremely friendly, and they were very accommodating and switched to English when my German broke down. It was within walking distance to the central train station, Marianplatz, and the Oktoberfest fair grounds.

Stylish design, not bad breakfast, but not very comfortable and lacks such basic things as slippers.

I have had checked with first of many other hotels in the area and found it very interesting and have looked at it myself and was very happy and enthusiastic. Room climate fits well and very nice bathroom. Would highly recommend to us again.

A centrally located hotel at a reasonable price for 1 night (company excursion). We chose the cocoon and were completely satisfied. Nice decorated rooms, clean and equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast no luxury but something from everyone. A clear recommendation from us.

The hotel is really new. It reproduce the atmosphere of an alpen place. I find it really nice. Prices are reasonable giid location and super stuff. Highly recommended for a stay in munich.

Loved this funky little boutique hotel. Clean, comfy, great staff. And cows. The video in the lift was pretty funny — videos on the side and back walls that make it seem liked you are ascending a huge gondola. Also only a 2 minute walk to the central station. Room was somewhat small, so not for those who need a ton of room. We loved it.

Had a very nice stay here, the staff is very friendly, the décor in the Alpine style supports the pleasant feeling.
The rooms are rather small and comfortable. The breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired.
The location in a side street at the main train station is ideal to quickly get to the important points of the city (Theresienwiese, city centre, ISAR, etc. )

Perfect location for transit stays, bad neighborhood but with a good number of services and not far from downtown. The hotel is definitely nice and particular, the rooms are small but well appointed and clean. The buffet breakfast is quite abundant and tasty. The only flaw was the Internet connection, the speed is low and the Wi-Fi does not arrive in the outer rooms.

Great hotel and super friendly staff The only thing to criticize for me is that every light in the entire room (incl. Bathroom) is connected, either all lights are on or off. And that there are sometimes too few staff, which leads to waiting times until one is served or cared for.

Stylish hotel in which you have brought out a lot of space. Already the elevator is implemented cool. The rooms are not very large but equipped with lots of fun details. The bar is 24/7 open and offers a nice selection. The breakfast is top, just like the location of the hotel in direct proximity to the central station.
