Air conditioned rooms was why we stayed here and since it was so hot out, this made it well worth the stay. Rooms were small but fine, and breakfast was good. Very diverse area as can be expected this close to the train station.

Clean and neat hotel. Pleasant staff. Normal breakfast. It's located near the railway station, besides Germans there are a lot of turkish and black men on the streets, but anyway it's safety. About 5 minutes to the metro station, about 15 minutes to the old City center.

The hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable. The bathroom had heated floor and plenty of space to lay out your toiletries and complimentary nail file, vanity set, shower cap, liquid soap on hand basin, hair dryer, hair & body shampoo in the shower. Clean fresh bedroom and bathroom linen. Large mirror in bathroom and bedroom wall. Tv. Electronic safe. Mini bar. Writing desk and 2 chairs. Amble storage spaces. Side tables on bedsides. Inspirational books for reading.

Similar to a B&B. Very small rooms. (I was given a canera ground floor with windows in the courtyard and in front of the kitchen a ridtorante of kebab) Bad breakfast. TV just as ornament. Lift that runs up to the 1st floor. (My travel companion who had the room on the 2nd floor had to keep walking). Dining room decorated with a kindergarten: small balls and letters hanging between the walls and the window. Arrogant staff. Rated 3

The rooms are tiny, although clean. The whole hotel is very small and kind of claustrophobic. The room furniture is ancient. Bathroom is modern and clean though. The area of the hotel is horrible and doesn't seem safe especially at night. The breakfast buffet is a nice added bonus with a good variety of cheeses, bread, ham and cereals.

Nice and cozy hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect for a few days. The breakfast was very good. Very good place to get anywhere. The only bad thing that the street he's on gives a little thing.

The hotel itself is great. We were there with an infant for 2 days, also got a cot put in and accordingly bedding.
Thanks to the lift, the hotel can be easily accessed by a stroller. However, whether people in a wheelchair see the whole as comfortable I was to doubt. We had to squeeze the stroller into the elevator more or less.
It should be said very strongly that the area is not particularly child-friendly as we have noticed. Around the building are strip clubs and sex shops as well as masses of people standing in front of all the shops and acting quite aggressively.
Alone or with partner like again but not with a child.

I remembered price and service, good hubicacion.

The hotel is inexpensive and centrally. It's clean and you sleep quietly. My wife and I are always happy to come here again. Recommended for a short trip to Munich.

Super super every time again, a compartment fits everything. Improvement prices but very high at night.

Very nice staff. The coffee machine is up late at night… Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel near public transport in Munich, you will arrive with a few minutes walk.
Nice room, clean with comfortable bed and bathroom with large shower and every accessory!
Equipped with shower-gel dispenser and Body lotion! A detail that ladies will certainly enjoy!
Breakfast buffet with sweet and salty and hot or cold drinks.
The only drawback is the parking lot! The hotel offers parking agreement with a garage a few meters away but in my opinion a little expensive…

Good place to stay for Xmas markets pretty central to get to the main train station also for tours.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was helpful and nice, olkusbthey knew English which helped us. It was close by to the Marienplatz and the HBF so we could walk everywhere.

Staff is very good and nice. Double beds even for single person registration. Price is same for two persons. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Breakfast is free. Hot drinks free all day until 23:00.

Hotel was small but nice. Bathrooms were tiny but remodeled, so great shower. Prime location to eveything. The included breakfast had a great selection of a European continental spread. I liked the security features of needing a key card to get into the building and onto each floor after hours. The free Wi-Fi didn't have the greatest reception, but it gave enough to send emaila, check Facebook etc. The price was really high considering the quality and size, but visiting during Oktoberfest is expensive no matter where you're staying. We would probably stay here again.

Fine for a brief stay, small room with some road noise but comfortable. Close to the major transit station and Old Town. Staff helpful and polite.

Very good breakfast Unfortunately Sconsigliatissiamo for families because of the way in which there are too many nightclubs and various Arab clubs. The hotel is summarily nice although the rooms are small.

The rooms are pretty nice, but very very small of course. The Wi-Fi for our room didn't work, but they were very helpful and got us hooked up on a different one that was weaker but worked. Nice breakfast. Also be aware that there is a long, tall window between the bathroom and bed. Totally fine if you're a couple, but might be weird if you're trying to share a room with a friend or family member. There is a little pull-down shade though.

Perfect location, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet, good and rich breakfast, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, … Perfect for our short trip to Munich!

Uncanny smell throughout the whole building, practically no internet, dirty carpet, Spiderwebs, dusty, and a television, with more than half of the channels not working. On a bright note breakfast was "OK" And the bed was comfy, I was fortunate, it was one night only.

Typical 3 star hotel, with a nice German breakfast. The room was ok, but isolation was bad, very easy to hear the neighbors. We got the room right next to the reception and had basically no Wi-Fi reception. Also half of the TV programs didn't work and there was a strange smell in the whole building. All in all overpriced for what you get.

Hotel good location near the city centre and the station. Stay with wife and 1 year old son. Our little room was not served by a lift, so very difficult to achieve with the stroller. We didn't partake of breakfast.

Affordable. Clean. Helpful staff. Secure building. Perfect if you don't want to stay in a hostel but you're traveling on a budget. Also manageable walking distance to a lot of fun hostel bars, places to eat and drink, and the shopping in the city center.
