It was a wonderful weekend, what I didn't like is 💝the bar, it has no atmosphere, the acoustics are very bad, it echoes like in a station hall, most of the chairs are uncomfortable… otherwise the hotel is great and so is the service.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is close to the center. The rooms are very large. The only thing that bothers you are the parking fees for a day 24 Euro.

Highly recommended! Centre.

The price of power. Not entirely true. The Hotel itself is nice and big and very Central, however, I was disappointed with the room. The toilet was not cleaned, there were no Slippers, the room was ordinary just like the Hotels, the cost per night is 40€. In the Garage Parking is expensive and the Breakfast p. P. €24 a.

Terrible hotel, we arrived at 9:00am after traveling 24hours from Australia, we were told we couldn’t check in until 3:00pm! The person at reception didn’t even look to see if a room was available, just sent us away! At 3:00pm we checked in, when doing this we were told “due to the extreme heat in Germany the air conditioning will not work very well and you can have a free mini bar but no alcohol” (oh this was what was in the mini bar 1 water, 1 milk and 1 soda) well the air conditioning didn’t work at all! The outside temperature was 38° and the room temperature would of been close to 50°. We went to reception and were spoken to like we were idiots and told every hotel in Germany are having the same problems! This was a ridiculous excuse! After a heated argument at reception with every excuse under the sun the hotel ended up agreeing to a refund but “apparently” it will take weeks to come back to our Credit Card! We ended up changing hotels and going to a beautiful modern hotel in the next town with amazing air conditioning running at 21° Perfectly!

Nice hotel. Room could have been a little cleaner. (floors) Impressed with the breakfast room, food and friendly service. Loved the kiddy table. What a great idea. Parking 24 euros for the night TOO TOO much. No even 24 hours. Arrival 5pm and departure 11am = 18 hrs. Guest should be free.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful and very spacious reception. Friendly staff. Nice and spacious room with fridge and safe. However the safe was not working and the mattress was not comfortable. The breakfast is very nice with huge variety. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had recently. Parking is available but expensive. It is walking distance from the old city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most beautiful NH I know, especially because of the special architecture that includes the buildings of an old brewery.
An NH is always a solid 4 star hotel, which is no less true here. Friendly service, good restaurant, good bar. I always like to be there.

Checking in had an unruly queue and very stressed out staff. The room is very spacious but hard to control the temperature so it was too hot to fall asleep and too cold in the morning. Room service stops at 11pm just like the restaurant so there is no way to eat if you land on a late flight. The receptionist last night offered no solution nor help. There are much better cheaper hotels in this beautiful town.

The service was mediocre. Rooms are nice and big enough but there are stains all over walls and carpets. In the bathroom you can hear every word, noise or fart of your neighbors.

We got a double room for a cheap offer and for this price considered the room is really fine. The service is friendly and the facilities impeccable. However, if you put the original price in relation and pay attention to the details, I can no longer really make a recommendation for a four-star hotel: damaged furniture, battered edges, drivers on the walls. However, otherwise maintained and clean. Unfortunately, there is nothing to notice about the promised air conditioning in the room, but I did not take this into account in this review as we have not yet noted it at the reception.

Do not stay here. Expensive and not worth paying for! I booked a room for three adults (check in at 18.00pm 9/7/18), extra bed wasn't ready… used tissue next to the window, slippery bathtub. The room was very hot. I am sure there is problem with the air conditioner. The staff said there was nothing they can do. They are not trying to help. In this weather, I couldn't sleep all night. Disappointed.

See beautiful building, the old brewery building integrated. In 5. Floor, unfortunately, there is no light-tight curtain or the like So that it is very early bright.

Perfectly loacted close to shops, restaurants and the river. Everything is within short walking distance. Rooms are clean and very modern, and there is a gym and sauna to be used. Only downside is doing laundry costs a fortune.

I was here with my boyfriend only for one night. The place overall was neat and the people are approachable. Very welcoming. The main lights from room we have had didn't worked the whole night for some reasons, but was able to sleep well. The next morning, we decided to eat our breakfast there and the food really tastes great. There are wide selection of breads, cold cuts, juices, teas, coffees, etc. I enjoyed also the yoghurt and the croissants the most, and you may take out any food as well as much as you want. I would definitely recommend NH Hotel for their great service. I look forward to stay here again in the future.

Gar nix to complain about. Good location too. £130is fair. I get by with less, though. Otherwise five asterisks.

Not get the room we wanted, but we two then got breakfast (€22 per person). Breakfast, though, was the money not worth it. At the price I expect a glass of sparkling wine and better service (when clearing, filling and serving with filter coffee, as well as "proper" espresso preparations and no vending machine with self-service.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the old town of Heidelberg. Spacious lobby and nice attentive staff. The rooms are adequately sized and reasonably equipped. What you don't like. Parking at the hotel is charged at 21, €0 per night, the breakfast is 22, 00 per person, which I find fierce, therefore only 2 stars.

Pretty setting in an old brewery with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet and decent wellness/fitness area. Unfortunately, the rooms did not quite match the exterior.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in whole very are obvious. However, the junior suite was not the one from the Web ad and we had a get into the jahregekommene dark booth. This should also be modernized by the end of 2018. Too bad, it is not usually seen by NH.

We were very pleased with the NH hotel in Heidelberg. The room was very comfortably, the breakfast buffet rich and the service friendly and helpful. There are 5 stars for this.

I've been to a training here. Nice hotel, very well maintained, large and bright room and large, clean bathroom. Hair dryer, shampoo etc. However, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. I always have everything with me, but I also know good hotels where such utensils are available. Furniture and space seem to be partly older, perhaps somewhat inhabited. But that brought out the super food again.
The breakfast is great, everything you could want. Lunch and other food during the training top. I can recommend the hotel as a place for training as well as for private stay.

Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, we did get some conflicting answers in regards to what costs what, what is free and so on. At the same time the night we arrived, it was understaffed so it was hard to get everything done in a timely manner. But the staff that was there was very helpful and kind, just overwhelmed.

Good service and location. However, the room was in dire need of a refresh (carpet, paint). Good internet. Great breakfast, but had to go elsewhere for lunch or dinner.

A very nice hotel. A little far from the historic center but the area is very quiet and the rooms are super spacious and modern.

Although the rooms are spacious, I was surprised to fine the room and the bathroom in the condition as is for a 4 star hotel. Maybe I got an old room but the room is outdated and feels like a cheap motel. Bathroom feels like its from the 70s and the heat does not work. Pretty terrible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms, however, are tapped and the overnight and breakfast prices are simply inappropriate altogether.

Great hotel, old building with new cultivation, we were accommodated in the old building, huge room, with visible wooden beams, super, breakfast buffet immensely rich, parking garage at reasonable price, stop directly in front of the house.

NH Hotel is always a synonym of quality for the right price. The restaured industrial building is quite impressive and offering a very nice italian Restaurant. The small only is that NH should invest more on the quality of bad rooms, it looked quite cheap to the overall offer. Walking distance to city center is around 10 Minutes and only a pair of minutes to the river.

For me the most beautiful hotel in Heidelberg. Located on the Bergstraße road outside the historic city centre, this House combines old industrial architecture with the modern comforts of a four-star hotel. However, the NH probably 2018 for a longer period of time due to renovation work.

Excellent hotel for a great price. Everything is well taken care of. Rooms spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast with all options and of good quality. Walking distance around 600m to city center with lots of shops and restaurants. Closer to hotel several dining options. Highly recommended.

Nn Hotel has good standards.

Right along the Neckar river, hotel NH Heidelberg is in a great location. The staff is knowledgeable and speaks English, and can guide you to where you need to go. The area with street shopping and where you can purchase tickets to the Heidelberg castle is about a 25-30 minute walk, but it is straightforward and easy. The hotel itself has a giant lobby (because it used to be a brewery), with a bar and restaurant. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious and have all necessary amenities. There is an on-site parking garage which costs about €21 per day. The breakfast is not included and I did not try it, so I cannot comment on it. The hotel is very modern and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Heidelberg.

Great location Very clean. Children are welcome. Self-serve candy and biscuits. Lemonade for everyone. Only downside: breakfast very expensive. But possible to take hot drinks at the bar.

The best option in Heidelberg. They were absolutly helpful everytime, the meals were perfect, and the rooms are really good. And it is in the main street 5 min away from the centre.

Well, hotel looks good, very good location to the Office. The problem was hotel's crew. Since I made up check-in problems started. Instead of whole week (booking over the internet) it was single day. Once I informed reception desk crew about this issue, they were not pleased to make correction. Same happened to all my colleagues. But finally done. Then Air condition was not working even I have booked the suite with AC. Also suite access card was one day deactivated for me and all my colleagues as well, thus we had to go to reception desk to re-code, no idea why, no explanation given. Last breakfast was charged in addition (even above the paid breakfast) due to senseless internal system. I would say all troubles were cauused due to improper crew handling, otherwise suite is comfortable, big enough, breakfast tasty, sufficient.

Stayed here for a night while on a motorbike Tour. Nice room, nice hotel. Didn't take the breakfast, as, with most hotels, it's very expensive. They allowed us to park our bikes for free in an out-of-the-way place which was nice.

Renovated room and reception area are great. However it is like a maze. Be sure to get instructions to your room. It is walking distance from all relevant places.

The hotel is rather stunning and a nice example of refurbishment of an industrial building but overall there is a disconnect between how good it looks and the rooms per se that are typical of an average German hotel i. E. They have nothing special. But overall it is good value for money — as often with NH — and a nice surprise. I did not test the restaurant nor the breakfast but it looked OK. The staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely a good option and a good compromise.

Lovely hotel and really good value for money. It's in a great location, close to both the old town and the train station. The staff were very helpful and able to recommend things to do in the area. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice building and rooms. Key code error sans apology, impertinence instead. Small gym in attic, you are bound to hit the wall with your head when using weights rack. No obvious directions to find gym. Max weight is 14 kg only. Multi muscle exercise machine is not great. Cardio devices are ok, but no spinning bike. Breakfast is average, restaurant for dinner is good. Slow Wi-Fi. Expensive parking.

Had a great stay, very friendly staff, and very nice hotel. My first room was a bit far — maybe in a different building — and was a bit chilly. The second one was much better. Nice little bar in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Heidelberg, in walking distance (~10 minutes) to the main shopping streets and the old part of the town. The room I stayed in was very clean and, except for some wear and tear on the walls and the wardrobe, in a good condition. The service was very nice and helpful. If you arrive by car you can park in the underground car park that is only accessible by other hotel guests and there is a lift that connects the car park with every floor of the hotel. The architecture is very open with a gallery as the central part and a very clean and modern appearance reflecting the concept as a 'business' hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would come back any time.

For me the best hotel in Heidelberg. Modern meets the old. Bathed in a subtle play of colours the ambience is designed to feel well from the beginning.

I was there for guest in the brewery. (So not a hotel guest) Everything I've seen, liked me.

90 minutes waiting time, Wiener schnitzel around 20 00 from plastic pieces in the soup, Burger was served without supplements, the ambience and the map at all not fit to the card, which is very clear. The service is very helpful, can but the failure of the kitchen of course do not iron out.

Nice room, quite spacious. TV was almost retro. Atrium and lobby are beautiful, breakfast expensive (20€! ) but really good. Location is fantastic as well.

The hotel has already made an absolutely good impression on us upon arrival. The entrance hall with the successful roof construction, which combines the old with the new — just great! Although many guests had visited the hotel on the weekend, we had to wait long at the front desk and could check-in immediately. Very friendly staff at the reception, as well as in the service. Breakfast very rich and varied — typical NH. Although the price of 19 euros is slightly high, €15's did too. The bar — totally comfortable and Nice staff. We felt right at home. Our room was absolutely top, the bathroom was also clean. Unfortunately a small downside: breakfast somewhat expensive with €19 p. P. Otherwise we were approximately satisfied. For a weekend stay suitable for city trip o. Ä. Not only a business hotel, but rather all round hotel. This hotel confirmed the NH Hoteles standards. Would come back any time.
