Nice hotel. Pitty that the orange juice was not present during breakfast due to a broken machine.

Very good service. Helpful employees. Breakfast lace. A nice outside bar. Clean rooms.

Room top. Breakfast very good. Unfortunately, no free parking spaces. Very quickly reachable center or sights.

Friendly staff. The location is good and the main station. Is only a 5 minute walk away. At the corner there is a edeka if you want to buy something. I took a star away because there is no mini bar in the room and there are also more closet compartments. But a great experience there.

It is a good hotel but they gave me two small individual beds, I am 5"6 and still felt very small beds.

The holtel is located 10 — 15 min walk from the old town. The tram passes right in front of it, if you want to avoid rain or save a few minutes. The hotel is quite nice, however the interior walls are thin enough to hear the steps and the talk or the todler night cry in the next door room. Heilderberg is small town but a major tourist attraction, and it is always busy; book in advance.

I love the Holiday Inn Express! Good breakfast, comfortable bed and white, clean and new bathroom. Special for when you travel and use the hotel just to sleep. Good value for money.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff at the reception very friendly and attentive. The dining room is far too small and the breakfast buffet is more than simple. Here you have to get up early so that you get a place right away. The existing parking garage also beats vigorously to the cash register, which should not be for guests.

Very clean hotel with modern rooms. Large shower and super comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was a bit crowded and restless, but the tables were always cleared quickly and food at the buffet was immediately refilled. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Super location, the tram right outside the door and just a short walk into the old town. A grocery store right next to the hotel. I would book the hotel again for a city trip immediately.

The hotel is very fresh, clean and quiet, excellent location to be able to walk.

Wish I could give this hotel a better rating but for the amount we paid, I feel like we didn't get a deal. The Wi-Fi is awful, not worth even connecting to. Our room was okay. Incredibly soft bed! The closet smelled really bad. It made our whole luggage reek.

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Friendly and helpfull staff. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car. A little bit far (30min walk) from the city center main visit points, but just one bus away (just take the 33 in front of the hotel to the Castle). I recommend it.

Express but Urban. Better quality than those located on the road or near airports. Breakfast if that is express, though correct and enough.

Great hotel close to the historic centre. It was one of the cheaper options during summer but the rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is ok. Started here with 2 kids.

It is 10 minutes walk from the historical center. A very nice place to meet.

Good hotel in every way. Easy to reach by car.

We only stayed here for one night but it was great. Room was clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked well (it was 30+ outside). Breakfast was included in the price and was adequate. We parked our car in the garage in the basement which was only 25 euros for 24 hours, good for Heidelberg. There's an Edeka (a German supermarket chain) 50m away which does all manner of snacks which was useful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Like all Holliday Inn it never fails. Breakfast was right from very early. Comfortable and complete rooms. A little far from the center to go on foot, good to go with auto.

Very typical holiday Inn express with all the features you expect. Convenient location for what I needed (8min walk to Heidelberg print academy). A 20min walk to the old city and Castle which are, of course, unmissable. Prices were not cheap but it's Heidelberg so expected. Staff all very helpful.

Very good hotel clean rooms, spacious, class, very good bedding for the great very clean bathroom shower and little something nice and convenient a blue light for the night or for a different atmosphere for the small lunch as big fresh choice with servers waitress who controls all the time if it lacks, something possible lunch and terrace indoor I recommend and I repeat the same hotel if I go back.

The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast ist perfect and the service is good! Wifi is free, and parking in the garage costs 15$ for a night. Only problem I had, was the door to the bathroom in my door, which was kind of broken. But besides that, perfect hotel for a good price!

It is a good modern Hotel. However, there are too few designated Parking spaces for the guests in the Park house. The Wi-Fi of the hotel is very good and the Breakfast also tastes good. The bathroom is also modern, however, the temperature fluctuates slightly.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. It was in a good location pretty close to old Heidelberg. While we were sitting at the bar about 7 people either called or came to the desk to complain about their terrible Wi-Fi. That is why I give this hotel 2 stars. Our Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room also, and it is clearly a common problem. This is one service hotels should make sure they definitely providing to the fullest. Lots of international travelers that require Wi-Fi.

Before today, the Hotel can book you on the Internet is smart and reads the comments so I'll try your questions which you could make in the run-up to answer. 1. The Holiday Inn Express advertises with Breakfast and free Wi-Fi, if you can do both should be positively noticeable. But the opposite has happened. Came Werder with a laptop or Smartphone to the Internet. The Breakfast was very unimaginative and tasteless. 2. Room: painted walls and coagulated blood on the carpet. 3. Site… As it would not be enough… 4. Pre-payment and the price! 450€ for 3 nights. 5. Part of rude staff. Some of the staff are really friendly, and the breakfast (with the Birchermuesli) is really nice! Avoid a room on the street side, there is a bit of noice.

The first room was not clean, carpet dirty and the waste from the predecessor in the bathroom. Unfortunately worked the Safe does not, however, was absolutely necessary, because the male Person from the Housekeeping comes without knocking into the room. Right ok here. Very clean and everything chic. All things are 15€ for the Garage too much.

The double bed was 1.40 m wide. The air conditioning was very weak. The double room was not vacuumed. It had to be paid in advance, despite the lodgement of a Visa card. Staff was not very friendly. The Garage at a cost of € 15.00 per night We would not check in.

The hotel have a nice staff and a clean room. Internet is free and was fine in my room. Location was central for my trip. Free Breakfast.

New Hotel, centrally located, rooms are clean. Breakfast is included, but also Spartan. The Hotel is very sterile. Quite expensive for a Holiday Inn Express, as you get in other cities much more for the money.

Room clean and new. I clocked the Wi-Fi speed while using a vpn at 16mbps download and over 6mbps upload. Fast enough to stream Netflix or hulu plus.

The hotel is new, clean and the staff is friendly. Internet is free of charge and fast, compared to last year's nightmare hotel Leonardo. Being an express hotel, don't expect to have a refrigerator in your room. Location is good, 10 minutes walk from the main train station and another 10 minutes to the city center. There's a tram station at 2 minutes walk distance. Parking garage cost 15EUR/day. Entrance around the corner.

Nicely appointed and new. However unable to control the heater to a comfortable lower temperature from the sauna like experience. Also Wi-Fi is really poor.
