Great location and comfortable and a very clean lunch a nice friendly Manager.

Beautiful rooms, very good beds, absolutely friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast!

Nice little simple hotel in the city centre in Heidelberg … Very well located … You can easily explore the city on foot. Downtown starts at the hotel's breakfast is also small but good. A good cheap overnight option for a city break.

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, a bit noisy if you room is facing the street.

Were already here twice and would also check in a third time here. Very nice staff. Had both times the same, great room. Breakfast was also always top!

I was at the yesterday 19.09.2017 with my fiancé. We checked in to the hotel at 22.00 due to other meetings in another town. We asked for a late check-out for the morning and were granted one for 12:30 o’clock for the following morning. The next morning however the room service came at 11 o’clock and knock on the door, and asked with impolite words to leave the room immediately. I replied that the check-out was agreed for 12:30 o’clock. After the cleaning person the woman from the reception came knocking to my door and she repeated the demand to check out of the room immediately. This demand made me feel angry and irritated. I gave up and packed my things and went then to check out. During the check out the woman at the reception not look at me and did not hear me out what was agreed the evening before. All this left me feel sad, disappointed and angry with the way I was treated. Later the day when my fiancé came back to fetch the luggage the woman at the reception said that the information about the late check out was to passed to her further. Yet no apology was offered to me, it was only said to my fiancé that the reception person the evening before was getting bad feedback for the mistake he made.

The rooms have a nice arrangements. The reception guy was helpful for our extra requirements.

Vintage charm in a central location at reasonable price-performance ratio.
Special plus are the room height of approx. 4 m (I like very BB´s) and the size of the beds of 1, 80 m x 2 m (instead of two single beds pushed together like in many hotels). Room, Interior, as well as the bathrooms are recently renovated contemporary — everything. Reopening was probably in July 2011. Wi-Fi access is available.
Because Heidelberg eh arrives late in the evening to rest close to the busy Bismarckplatz doesn't bother (it may be actually sometimes slightly suspicious).
Overall: Like there ever again.
