We've been in Heidelberg for 5 days and been here 3 times (1 time for lunch and 2 times dinner). Service is quick and utmost friendly. The Flammkuchen are excellent and don't forget to check the daily menu, which is definately your money's worth! Also, the biergarten is really nice and atmospehric!

Not recommended for business travelers and those who would like to sleep. The rooms towards the pedestrian zone are insanely noisy and unbearably hot. Sleep was not to be thought of here. The breakfast is very manageable and more like a cheap hostel.

We had a really great time here! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Our room was sufficiently big and cozy. During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage.

Centrally located, large rooms. Very friendly and trained staff. Great breakfast.

Very nice staff, pretty little rooms, good breakfast. However (still) nothing for people who have problems with climbing stairs or the heavy luggage. But an elevator is probably under construction right now.

Good food, professional service, also the location has something. 5 stars.

Restaurants in the front main street (i. E. Before the market Square) are not considered to be the first choice, but, apart from exceptions, they are in the reputation of being too focused on tourist needs.
As one of the exceptions, the "Perkeo" turned out. I was attracted to a cool drink. Immediately I was impressed by the unique atmosphere conveyed by the historical furnishings — the unique wall claddings and wooden ceilings in the neo-Renaissance style. As a reminiscence of the "historical" Heidelberg renaissance of the castle or of the hotel "Ritter" It is occasionally found in the old town: the interior of the old Auditorium, the University library, and the "Perkeo".

Very familiar atmosphere, charming, probably repeat.

Love this place. Always coming back there for the environment, great food (try no. 77 on the menu) and the best beer in the world (Heidelberger).

This place is average with a lot of stairs and slightly wonky floors. No air con no fan the only lights are the little bed lights and a small lamp. Reception are lovely. Parking is OFF SITE If you end up on the street side of the building and need to sleep with the windows open because it's a stuffy box with no air, good luck sleeping between the rowdy late night party people the machines that run up and down the road at all hours.

Reception is up a huge staircase. No porters, no elevators. Hope you don't have much luggage! Rooms are then up more stairs. No air-conditioner in the room, not even a fan, very hot on this late spring day, would hate to stay here in summer. "On site parking" is a public parking garage a block away. Clean and tidy though. Towels are bright yellow. Staff were nice.

A very cozy and respectable Restaurant, with relatively large portions for small prices, and a beautiful, Vintage" atmosphere, a visit is definitely worth it! Even vegetarians will find some meatless dishes.

We were on Saturday evening, and extremely satisfied, the food is very good and the Service perfect (Asif)

Miserables Breakfast, "cheese and ham" insisted ham latschigem Gouda and the form of the front. A pretzel from the previous day and a pappiges Kaiser rolls. The omelet with Feta cheese was ok. Operation, on average, friendly. Coffee came from the machine (in a house, it's called a "coffee house"…). Overall, a dispensable experience in the beautiful Heidelberg.

Went there yesterday with my friend here. The new year's eve menu was disappointing. Had been twice here before and satisfied. We had to wait a long time for the food and when it was finally there, it was a disappointment. The potatoes weren't through, as well as the flesh of my friend. Both dishes were not really warm. Our waiter was not interested for us, as we wanted to inform him of our concerns. He was very inattentive and not exactly friendly and knowledgeable. The bill was much too expensive for the offered menu and its quality. Also, no bread was offered with the soup. The basement meant only that you would have to ask… although something like that is in this price class.

The perkeo is a very nice restaurant directly at the Heidelberg main. Nice atmosphere, tried to operate and good food at fair prices.

Regular ticket gets you into the courtyard and a 5 min circle of eateries and 1 view of the river and town and the biggest wine barrel I have seen. Guided tour may be different.

Einfaches aber schönes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Empfehlenswert.

The restaurant forever been waiting for, to demand, then the answer, it goes to the row, then noticed the waitress, finally, that the order has not been abandoned. Then the question of whether we still wanted to eat something, we had the Apettit passed, there never again! 10.09.2013.

The staff is unfriendly. They could forget about you and your order in restaurant and would not even apologise. The worse place I have ever been. Simply avoid it.
