We spent a night at the Acor Hotel Heidelberg. For 120 euros including breakfast we expected much more comfort and service.
The hotel is centrally located. The room was clean and adequate. In the bathroom, however, only the cold water worked, on the setting for warm water the pipe remained dry. On our complaint we were given the opportunity to take a shower downstairs in the morning. Here the water went, but the old shower curtain did not invite you to feel good.
The receptionist admitted that the water problem has been known for some time (and other reviews also confirm this), but he could not give a discount of more than 20%. There was no employee available to talk to us about a reasonable discount and decide.
Breakfast was not included in the price. The buns were baked second-class and were only occasionally redefined, as were the cold cuts. Instead of scrambled eggs or warm egg, there were dyed eggs and yogurt from Aldi. After a long discussion and a subsequent telephone call we have now agreed with the hotel at 67 euros for the night, so that at least we were compensated.
All in all for the price a real disappointment which we would not recommend to anyone.

Not a real hotel. An empty place where to rent a room. Not recommended.

Good location. The best you can say. Very small rooms. The heating at the side of the head. The bathroom ridiculous. Very nice staff.

Quite disappointing. The rooms are small and narrow and very outdated. The reception closes at 18 and generally there is little service. The breakfast buffet advertised should only be available if there are many guests, we didn't get that lucky. The parking is an outdoor square without closing almost in the street ynte charge 10 euros. I'm not convinced.

Excellent location, close to old town. Rooms very clean and quite. Friendly and helpful staff. More home family atmosphere.

The staff don't speak french: really nobody! noise from the street in the room
the home of the Lady of the afternoon and evening is excellent and very friendly. However the young woman in the morning is. Mediocre. She knows not to smile.!
selected parking: 10 euros, but, surprise! I was parked in the street, place of hotel Achor, morning, my BMW was surrounded by broken glass! Apart from that, hotel very clean and well placed for visits.

Very good location, friendly staff, good prices. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.
