Excellent location. Friendly staff. Modern, large and clean rooms. Breakfast is good with many choices of yoghurts, breads, ham & cheeses. Cappuccino is machine made.

Very helpful and friendly staff in a centrally located boutique well-kept hotel with spacious rooms in the old city of beautiful Heidelberg. Family friendly, within 3 minutes walking from main old city street and has a Garage and Air Conditioning. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant which is among the best in the city. I highly recommend this property for people who want to explore the city by foot and those looking for a clean modern boutique hotel with artistic touch.

Excellent location. Simple but modern hotel with great facilities, breakfast and helpful staff. One suggestion — small in-room fridge will add to the quality of the hotel! Car park is also available for the hotel guests.

The Art-Hotel is one of the few hotels that I would recommend without hesitation. For our 1-day stay in the old town of Heidelberg, it was ideally located, also because of the hotel's own underground car park. I don't want to rate an underground car park higher than a hotel room — but if the way to the car is short and clean and an underground car park is also clean and doesn't look like an underground car park at all, you don't feel the need to put all the suitcases straight to the room. To drag. Otherwise the hotel was really great and on my next stay in Heidelberg I will definitely book it again!

Top location, well-appointed, air-conditioned rooms in a historic building with very individual interior design. The water pressure in the shower could be higher. Beautiful roof garden with a view over the roofs. A star deduction for breakfast. Packaged jams, etc.

We were there for an informal chat about our wedding reception and party and got a great overview over the hotel and their services. Would like to give the food a try as well soon.

Be careful to read the fine print before booking! Hotel in itself quite nice, the rooms also, but here everything is extra: garage 12 EUR/day, breakfast per person 12 EUR/day, extra bed 39 EUR/day (! ) and there in the middle of the old town in the morning at 3 o'clock (despite rain) really noisy!

Finally, again a beautiful Hotel. Service, room, Breakfast, staff TOP.

Good comference rooms and food, but the Wi-Fi speed is pretty low.
