This means: If you can do without all The Comforts and it doesn't bother you that you can only sleep medium-good on weekends until 5 o 'Clock in the morning (! ) due to the Noise of the adjoining Pubs, then you have come to the right place: Because the central Location is really great!

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly and furniture, the room is very clean.
The breakfast was solid and the rooms were small but quiet despite the city centre location. Unfortunately, the shower drain was consistently clogged and the water flowed very slowly. The staff were very different, on the one hand very cordial employees and later very disinterested/bored employees.

Staff was very friendly. Some sockets did not work, were poorly distributed. Breakfast could have other choices, more suitable for vegetarian participants. Otherwise cozy.

Small quiet room in the middle of Heidelberg. If you want to visit the city and the King's Chair, you can take part. Rooms and bathrooms were Sauber, the Wi-Fi good and the staff friendly. There are problems with parking as there are no parking spaces available in front of the house.

A budget hotel in the Heidelberg old town area. Great location.

The location is unbeatable. A couple of hundred metres away from the Marktplatz, but still on a tiny street that's not heavy with tourist traffic. The rooms are basic and clean, and the breakfast was good with juice, coffee, tea, different kinds of bread, and an assortment of cold cuts.

The hotel is supposedly a bed & bike hotel to the palatine count. At least the advertising at the entrance is so.
However, cyclists are not welcome!?
A storage facility for our three new-quality e-bikes in the courtyard of the hotel was strictly rejected. We had to leave the wheels in front of the hotel entrance on the sidewalk overnight, although the parking of bicycles was expressly prohibited there.
In the courtyard of the hotel there were only a few motorcycles and a car overnight. There was enough space.
Unfortunately no star!

Very good location, walking distance quickly in the old town. Hotel rooms also nice large and bright with wooden floors and old furniture. Room in itself was clean, only unfortunately spotty linen and towels. Bathroom was very small, no daylight, outdated faucets but okay. Breakfast, a small buffet, was also fine. Staff was very friendly so all in all three stars.

Top location is the only thing that speaks to this hotel. Beds miserable, breakfast moderate,

Great, free breakfast?! PFFFF, on the bill stood 8, €0! And that for disco under ware and hardly any choice. The friendliness of the staff should work. Open shower areas in rooms I have never experienced. The house is very much in need of renovation, E. G. Not cleaned.

Close to the center, impossible to understand how to get there by car (with reserved parking previously) so we did 2km walk with suitcases. Normal Hotel, receptionist a bit intrusive. However all in all good.

Crew ans breakfast is awesome.

Right in the centre of town just two minutes from Fischmarkt. Excellent staff, elegant rooms and a hearty breakfast saw us refreshed and ready for the day.

Nice. Clean. Cheap. Well eqipped. Best location — middle of the old town. Can it get any better? If I ever come back to heidelberg it will be pfalzgraffen again:).

I studied abroad in Heidelberg during college, and anytime someone was in town visiting, they stayed at the Hotel zum Pfalzgrafen. The family that runs the hotel is incredibly friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The location — in the heart of the old city — couldn't be better. I've returned to Heidelberg several times since college, and I have always and will always stay at the Pfalzgrafen.
