Hotel rooms vary beautifully, various famous cities serve here as a template. Breakfast buffet is smaller, but good in quality and worth the price. Service is friendly. But: no air conditioning, in hot summer the room is well warmed up.

All Sauber. Room Okay, but not wow. A little too expensive. Breakfast normal. Not a 4star house overall.

Love the idea of bringing the world into a hotel. However, in terms of comfort and facilities in the room, it is overrated as a four star hotel. Wi-Fi drop twice during a one night stay. It is also far from central station and needs 10 mins to walk to the bus station.

Perfect for a city trip. In the middle of the pedestrian zone. Funny themed rooms.

Hammer Hotel, great rooms with plenty of space and many "little things" … Ironing Board, iron, umbrella, shoes, safety Deposit box, bathroom radio, shower gel & Co… Service can not be topped… mega friendly… great and tasty Restaurant (Heidelberg go there) … in the Middle of the old town… better not. Great theme rooms… price — performance, TOP … who is not staying here … blame yourself… garage 3 minute walk away … come back! Thank you.

Top hotel with themed rooms. Each room is individually equipped. Very good gastronomy. Central location in Heidelberg!

Ok place to stay one night.

Shame the location isnt identified! Mine was located in Heidelberg. Unfortunately I was given the London room… it was terribly cheesy with wood panelling, bronze rachorses and oils of hunting scenes…
Bed was hard. A worn thin single duvet on a double bed with the most terrible square pillow folded in half to give it any thickness. No spares in the wardrobe. Woke up with back ache.
Rooms were spotless and well sized.

Ideal location especially at the university and in the old town. The reception was very friendly. The rooms are quiet and clean; Designed to be useful; There is no fridge or minibar. Each room is named after a city and decorated in this style, so every room furnishing is individual. The hotel's restaurant also serves hot meals until 23h.

Nice Central Hotel. Overall maintained. I missed a socket next to the bed and a pillow with a neck support function. Some mold in the bathroom. For this 4 star hotel therefore 4 stars.

A cute hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Very nice large rooms all decorated with a city name. E. G. Amsterdam. London etc. All slightly trimmed to "old" but beautiful.
The breakfast excellent and the waiters very cheerful and above all very accommodating. Gladly again.

A unique hotel — have already inhabited 7 rooms and will try to get to know the others too! My favorite: Zermatt.

The rooms are individually decorated. With attention to detail. Centrally located in the city centre.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten könnten besser sein.

Every room is different. Ours was pretty awesomr. Staff are friendly, but when you leave your luggage they just let it sit in the hall all day : (

Amassing place! We had no reservations, arrived in the evening, and the girl at the check-in was very nice and helpful. We also got welcome drinks. Our room was London. Beautifully decorated little room with a comfortable double bed, a neat bathroom, a biggish TV and a Wi-Fi. I would be glad to stay another time in this hotel and to try different rooms.

Beautifully appointed; eclectic but very fun. Breakfast was Perfect. Location wonderful. Prices extremely reasonable.

The rooms were nice, we stayed in two of them. Prague was very charming but all the wonderful light kept the room very warm. So we spent our last two days in the Down Under room which was so unexpectedly fun and amazing! Wish we could have seen them all!

The service at this hotel is excelent. By now, after reading the reviews, you know that the rooms all have a city theme. I stayed in the Paris room, a large room which sleeps two (one queen bed and one twin). The rooms are decorated sparsely and tend to be dark. The floors are hardwood. The rooms are quiet and good for sleeping. The internet did not work when I was there, despite hooking it up to a network cable. They were having trouble with it at the time. There is no parking available. Instead, you must park two blocks away in a three story parking lot. This is ok as you will most likely not need your car for your Heidelberg stay. The town is a walking town with great hikes and wonderful stores and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful room each morning, but not included in the room rate, 12euros per person. The restaurants in the hotel are two of the best in Heidelberg. The main one is a Morracan restaurant. I would stay there again, despite the lackluster decor of the rooms as the friendliness of the staff and its awesome location made my Heidelberg stay.

We spent a weekend at the hip hotel of heidelberg: a dream of a hotel. As we took the Heidelberg, the largest, with a beautiful terrace. You are in the Center and you seem to be on an island. The Moroccan restaurant takes you on a culinary journey exceptional: a riot of aromas and flavours from the Arabian nights. And then there's the young lady at the desk: we don't know what it's called (was there this morning, on 24 may, when we left) : a girl to make you fall in love, very pretty and very unique. In a word: a wonderful experience.
